It took all the stress out of arriving in Egypt. We wouldn’t have know. Where to go or what to do without our guide. Only downside is having got through quickly we then had to wait for four others to join us in the taxi to the hotel which took nearly an hour

Preis ist zu hoch , man sollte bei jeder weiteren Person den Preis senken , zu Beispiel 1. Person 59 € , 2. Person 40 € ab der 3. Person 30 € , das wäre ausreichend meiner Meinung , aber wie würden es trotzdem wieder machen war top und Mitarbeiterin sehr sehr nett und freundlich 👍👍👍👍 Auf der Startseite steht das auch deutsche Sprache ausgewählt werden kann , was leider dann beim buchen nicht möglich war !!!! Gott sei dank sprach unsere Mitarbeiterin deutsch 👍👍👍👍

We enjoyed not having to worry about finding our way round the different kiosks. And no queuing was great. Was even taken with our luggage to the coach. Very efficient service. From start to finish. Was a bit pricey £104 for 2 people.

They should say before booking that if you need special assistance(disability) that you don’t need fast track. Special assistance and fast track are the same thing, and special assistance is free. This info was from airport staff. I wasted £104 and feel scammed.

It didn’t happen waited on the plane as requested by stewardess until everyone had disembarked two people then ferried people off the skyway of the plane in wheelchairs and asked to get out whilst the chair was reused to get everyone off the plane they took two people through the airport and left everyone else After waiting 30 minutes decided to walk and never saw any member of airport staff returnig The service was totally useless and reflect badly on TUI as this is offered via your website

Es lohnt sich immer wieder, die schnelle Abfertigung an den Flughäfen bei TUI zu buchen. Der Service ist außerordentlich, kompetent und freundlich. Schneller geht eine Abfertigung auf einem Airport nicht. Danke!

Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen, bei der Ankunft war es noch ein besser als bei der Abreise. Sofort 2 Mitarbeiter die das Gepäck entgegen nehmen, Zack Zack an allen vorbei incl. Sicherheitskontrolle( dort dazwischen geschoben wie VIP) bis zum Bus begleitet. Beide waren sehr fröhlich & hilfsbereit. Danke sehr Security Service

Anyone that's been through Hurghada airport will know that more often than not the security lines entering and after check-in can be quite busy and add in the heat can really spoil a great holiday,with fast track they get you at the door and take you straight to the front of all the queues they even got our check-in opened early. Its a bit pricey especially as you still feel obligated to tip but boy is it worth it!!!

Es währe besser wenn es für Fasttrack eigene Abfertigungslinien geben würde. Man wird an wartenden Schlangen vorbeigeführt und quasi vorgedrängt. Das erzeugt bei den Wartenden Ärger und führt zu Beschimpfungen. Das ist für den Nutzer des Fasttrack unangenehm

The gentleman who met us Ahad Khames to assist us with our visa was great, he met us from entering the terminal and helped us right to the end when we collected our luggage and had a luggage assistant take us straight to our private taxi. It was streamless throughout out in 25 minutes from entering the terminal, getting our visa, collecting our luggage and getting in our taxi!

Highly recommend this service. As soon as we got to Hurghada airport our guide was waiting for us. Straight to the front of every que! Entry cards filled Visa's done, whizzed through security, bags collected and taken to Tui taxi. Excellent service!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom TUI-Service (Fast Track MUS13586486). Die Mitarbeiterin kam zu spät, der Check-in war chaotisch, und ich wurde fälschlich mit dem Kofferjungen durch die wartende Schlange geschickt, was zu unangenehmen Situationen führte. Er und ich wurden auf übelste Weise beschimpft!! Die Servicekraft stand abseits, war überfordert und half nicht. Die letzen Male wurde ich direkt zum Schalter geführt! Für 55 € absolut unzureichend – vor Ort kostet derselbe Service nur 22 €

Zunächst am Eingang Abflughalle weit und breit kein Servicepersonal zu finden. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme über angegebene Telefonnummer unmöglich. Niemand war dort zu erreichen. Nach dem eigenständigen Durchlaufen aller Stationen (Sicherheitscheck, Einchecken, Ausfüllen Ausreiseformular) dann am Schalter in der Abflughalle Kontakt aufgenommen. Bestätigt, das wir um 12:00 Uhr abgemeldet waren. Dann Service nur durch die Passcontrolle noch möglich. Unterirdisch für diesen Preis, geht gar nicht!

Es war niemand am Flughafen. Kein Mitarbeiter mit einem Schild, kein Gepäckträger. Es war angeblich keine Resevierung vorhanden. Es war für uns unangenehmWir haben den Check in dann einfach selbst gemacht.

We were greeted by a staff member pretty much straight off the plane and guided through Security/VISA application and assisted us in getting some money converted. Took us to get our luggage where a porter was waiting for us and who got the luggage and carried it through for us straight to our transfer. It was very quick and seamless. Would highly recommend.

Der Ablauf insgesamt war in 2025 viel flüssiger und klarer als in 2024. Der Wechsel des Begleiters fand nur einmal statt. Unser TUI-Shuttle von Hotel zum Flughafen hatte Verspätung, am Flughafen stand dann niemand mit einem Namensschild von uns und wir mussten uns erst durchfragen. Den Vorwurf, dass wir eine halbe Stunde zu spät seien, fanden wir nicht angebracht, da wir das shuttle nicht beeinflussen konnten und der TUI Reisebegleiter vom Bus aus auch telefonisch bescheid gegeben hat.
