Foncez à travers la jungle maya en quad, voilà ce qui vous attend lors de cette visite aventure express. Pour une bonne dose d'adrénaline et de plaisir, c'est l'escapade idéale pour les amateurs de sensations fortes qui ont peu de temps. En seulement 1 heure et 20 minutes, vous profiterez d'une balade en quad d'environ 30 minutes sur des sentiers pittoresques, suivie d'une baignade rafraîchissante de 25 minutes dans un plan d'eau naturel. De plus, un repas vous sera fourni pour vous permettre de refaire le plein d'énergie après l'effort. Si votre visite part de la région de Cancún, vous aurez également la possibilité de réserver une excursion en jet boat pour un supplément.

Évitez de participer si vous avez des problèmes cardiaques, de l'épilepsie, de l'asthme, des restrictions médicales, des blessures, si vous avez subi des opérations chirurgicales ou des blessures mineures au cours des six derniers mois, ou si vous êtes enceinte.

Le poids maximum par véhicule est de 270 kg.
Pour l'activité en jet boat sur le site de Cancún, le poids maximum est de 136 kg et la taille minimum est de 1,2 m.
Les chaussures fermées sont obligatoires pour les activités de quad.
Une pièce d'identité officielle et un permis de conduire doivent être présentés à la réception de l'activité.
Des photographes sont disponibles le long de l'itinéraire pour capturer les meilleurs clichés sous des angles uniques. Le forfait photo est disponible moyennant un supplément.
L'activité est accessible aux personnes âgées de plus de 12 ans.
Les participants âgés de 12 à 16 ans ne peuvent pas conduire mais peuvent être passagers.
Les participants âgés de 16 à 17 ans peuvent conduire à condition d'avoir un permis de conduire et d'être accompagnées d'un adulte.
Les participants de plus de 18 ans peuvent conduire ; un permis ne sera demandé qu'en cas de doute sur leur âge.
Afin de garantir une couverture d'assurance adéquate, tous les participants doivent être munis de leur permis de conduire pendant l'excursion.
Si vous réservez le quad pour deux personnes, le prix est indiqué par personne.
Cette excursion express dure 1 heure et 20 minutes, hors temps de trajet. La durée totale de la visite peut varier en fonction de l'emplacement de l'hôtel et des conditions de circulation. Les activités comprennent une balade en quad d'environ 30 minutes, une baignade de 25 minutes et une pause pour le repas de 25 minutes.
Les quads peuvent uniquement être réservés pour une ou deux personnes. Pour les groupes comptant un nombre impair de personnes, veuillez réservez en conséquence (par ex., pour 3 personnes : 2 options pour un quad à deux personnes + 1 option pour un quad individuel ou 3 options pour un quad individuel).
Pour l'option de quad pour DEUX personnes, les prix sont indiqués PAR PERSONNE.

We were picked up quite early and had a long wait at xcaret with no information we were booked for 11 but the activity did not really start until 11:30 once we started it was amazing the guild / driver was fanatic, when we finished it was already time for our pickup so we had to eat lunch on the way back to the hotel, lunch was very nice well worth the money.

The ATV ride was very fun and amazing. I definitely would recommend this excursion. Everybody was very attentive and took care of safety. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. It definitely was a good value for the money.

We where picked up by our driver and handed over to a greater who took us to the experience, introduced us to our guides Paulina and Axel. We where shown a safety video and fitted with safety gear, as we went around d the arv trail axel led and Paulina was at the rear, my partner was nervous but Paulina reassured her and got her around safely. Axel was great at explaining everything and leading the pac. The ATV'S where well maintained the swim was lovely way to cool off half way through

Sehr freundliche Guides mit Top Ausbildung. Super organisiert und vorallem immer sicher. Guides ginger auf die Gruppe ein, ob beim ATV fahren oder beim Baden. Ein rundum super Halbtag mit hinterlassenem Eindruck. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful first time. Our guide Fabian was nice, interactive, and funny. 10 stars for him and the ATV staff! Additionally, Daniel our driver; deserves 10 stars as well. He is very informative and congenial to boot. I would recommend and use this service again

Absolutely love this experience! My boyfriend was so happy with it as he got to go from four-wheel-drive to 2 wheel drive so we got to do some drifting , the instructor was really helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend if you are thinking of booking this activity.

The experience was good fun. It was well organised and the tour guides Ricardo and Christian were excellent. They took the more experienced drivers on a different route and allowed the novices to gain confidence. Jumping in and swimming in the cenote was a good break half way through and lunch was good. It would have been good to have the option to pay for a longer experience as I was just starting to get the hang of driving it. My husband was more experienced and he really enjoyed it.

Het rijden op de quad was erg kort. Ook mocht je je telefoon niet mee nemen en werd er een extra verzekering aangesmeerd voor als je schade aan je quad had gereden.

Die Guides waren alle sehr aufmerksam und haben jederzeit nach dem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Die Quad- Tour war zwischendurch mit einem Schwimmaufenthalt in einer Cenote, wirklich schön, hat Spaß gemacht. Wir hatten eine Gruppe mit 15-20 Quads und die Guides zwischen drin haben gut auf alle aufgepasst. Das Mittag danach war auch frisch, lecker. Schade finde ich den Preis, 85€ pP.für den Ausflug, 15$ pP., falls etwas mit Quad passiert und 25$pP. für die Fotos. Für so eine kurze Zeit doch recht viel

Accueil parfait, personnel qualifié et très professionnel, équipement au top. Le repas fournis, bien qu’étant composé d’un sandwich, était vraiment bien et les produits étaient frais et très bon. Boissons (sans alcool bien entendu) à volonté. La navette aller-retour était également de ********** facture et le chauffeur très sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

First half was to just drive slow and have way to many photos taken. Only second lap was aloud to have fun. The trip was a lot of money for 40 mins on the atv. Good course. Great staff. Was double the price other people at the hotel said they paid

Apart from the 30 minute wait to start everything was great. Staff (particularly David and Osiel) were super friendly and helpful which really made the experience. Awesome!! Would definitely recommend it.

Didn’t like the really hard sell on the collision insurance. This was not mentioned at time of booking and members of our group 6 in total had no cash on them Would no recommend this trip but the guides were very helpful the management need to leave the hard sell to the time of booking

Great day out! Definitely worth paying the $15 collision fee as the track is very rocky and bumpy and has sharp corners so best to just cover yourself! Guides was brilliant. If you can get the first ATV you will love it as you will be able to go fast but if your stuck behind people more than likely you won’t, but was still a brilliant experience!!????

It’s totally not as advertised it’s a prepared purpose built track like any theme park the tour is advertised as a jungle tour there was no tour just race around the track don’t get me wrong if it was advertised as what it is it ticks all the boxes you couldn’t fault it and would make for a great experience but be accurate as I was looking for a tour of the jungle by atv and that I definetly didn’t get for 100quid

Enjoyed the part of the ride where a driver was sent down the faster path and then the next driver went after a period of time elapsed. Our driver, from the hotel, Kevin was amazing too. The actual time on the ATV seems too short, as the duration on the app says 4-8h , but with the atv ride , lunch and purchases it was closer to 1h. Very limited variety for lunch. Hibiscus juice was enjoyable. Insurance not included with package price. Price of photos were reasonable. Some defects on ATV framing

We were made to do the excursion as a couple. There was nobody else present at the trip. We were then upsold insurance for the ATV which we were not happy about. We had to change lockers 3 times because they were all broken. They would just open again after locking them. The Jet boat was rather dangerous & the water was absolutely filthy. Full of god knows what kinds of parasites. The water was in our eyes, ears & nose. Very unsafe. Lunch was a ham sandwich. I don’t eat ham. No alternative

25 minutes round a pre made narrow track is not half a day trip, it was neither exciting or a experience, we were just in a long queue of quads following each other, we were back in the hotel within 3 hours

Enjoyed the ATV's, but not value for money for time spent on them, was sold as a half day experience and was back at the hotel within 2 & half hours, was told we would goto Canote cave but didn't, also have an option for a speed boat ride but didn't. So all in all throw your money in the bin rather than do this experience.

Very friendly staff who were professional, courteous and safety conscious throughout. Great course layout with plenty of hills, obstacles and caves. The cenote part of the trip wasn’t able to be offered due to an issue they were having so they did allow a little extra time on the ATV’s. I personally thought that 25mins on the ATV’s that is normally offered is a little too short in respect of time for an experience such as this. Good packed lunch at the end of the experience.

Staff involved in running my tour were helpful, polite and explained everything we needed to now, I was disappointed that we were only actually on the ATV’s for 25 mins and there was a stop to swim which was not mentioned in the description, I cannot swim and have a fear of deep water so this spoilt my experience having to sit and wait, I thought the experience overall was overpriced for what you actually got for your £92, lunch was also underwhelming.

Loved the experience! The ATVs and speed boats were so much fun and the guides were kind, fun, helpful and professional throughout. The lunch was very good as well! The only reason I rated the safety a 9 instead of a 10 was because of how thrilling the speed boat experience was but the guides were very focused on safety.

très bon service néanmoins la prise en charge a été laborieuse. On devait venir nous chercher devant le parc, finalement j'ai dû aller demander aux guichets et il a fallu 2-3 personnes pour nous guider vers le bon service. Aussi il n'y a rien pour se sécher si on se baigne dans le Cénote et donc il faut reprendre l'ATV tout mouillé. Autrement c'est très chouette et le lunch est très bon
