À quoi s'attendre
Deze boottocht op de rivier vanuit Dalyan staat helemaal in het teken van natuurschoon. Een geweldige manier om lekker tot rust te komen. Je zet koers naar een van de meest ongerepte stranden van Turkije, met onderweg stops bij modderbaden en een restaurant aan de rivier. Ceren, een van onze lokale gidsen, zegt: "Het strand van Iztuzu staat ook bekend als Turtle Beach omdat hier bedreigde karetschildpadden nestelen. Het is een magische plek met weinig menselijke activiteit. Het strand zou in de jaren tachtig ontwikkeld worden met nieuwe resorts, maar gelukkig stond natuurbehoud hoger op het lijstje.”Je vaart de Dalyan af. En vervolgens smeer je je in met de klei die het huidverouderingsproces vertraagt tijdens een bezoek aan de authentieke natuurlijke modderbaden van Dalyan. Cleopatra, die bekend was om haar stralende huid, zou hier in de mineraalrijke vloeibare modder hebben gebaad. Je neemt nog even een duik in het warme zwavelbad voordat je aanschuift voor een vers bereide lunch van lokale gerechten. En voor een vleugje geschiedenis en cultuur vaart de rivierboot vervolgens langs Lycische rotsgraven die in de kliffen zijn uitgehouwen en dateren uit 400 voor Christus.Als de rivier zich verbreedt tot een lagune, krijg je de kans om vogels te spotten. Tenslotte bereik je het strand van Iztuzu. Deze 4 km lange strook goudkleurig zand scheidt de rivier van de zee. Het resultaat is een natuurlijke oase die een waar toevluchtsoord is voor wilde dieren. Beschut door bergen loopt het strand langzaam af in een kalme baai. En na een middagje relaxen sluit je je dag af met een boottocht over de rivier terug naar Dalyan. Wat is het programma van deze excursie?Het programma van deze excursie is:- 7.45 tot 8.30 uur – pick-up bij je hotel- 8.30 tot 9.30 uur – rit naar Dalyan- 9.45 tot 10.00 uur – boottocht naar de modderbaden en zwavelpoel- 10.00 tot 11.30 uur – vrije tijd bij de natuurlijke modderbaden- 11.30 tot 11.45 uur – een korte boottocht terug naar de andere kant van de rivier- 11.45 tot 12.45 uur – lokale lunch in de buurt van de rivier (drankjes betaal je extra)- 12.45 tot 13.45 uur – boottocht naar Turtle Beach- 13.45 tot 15.00 uur – vrije tijd op Turtle Beach- 15.00 tot 15.45 uur – boottocht terug naar Dalyan- 17.15 tot 17.30 uur – aankomst bij je accommodatie Let op: de tijden en het programma kunnen op de dag zelf nog veranderen.

Die Tour ist sehr gut organisiert. Die Abholung ind der Empfang perfekt. Das Schlamm-/Schwefelbad ist total überbewertet und überlaufen. Die Flussfahrt war hingegen wirklich schön. Die Infos der Reiseleitung waren sehr ausführlich und informativ. Allerdings war die Zeit am Strand ein wenig knapp bemessen, da hätte man gerne noch mal ne Stunde länger verbracht. Mit viel Glück sieht man sogar Schildkröten. Wir hatten Glück 😊

Overall the day was fantastic! The boat trip, seeing the tombs and the trip to Turtle beach were amazing. We saw turtles a few times on the trip. Food was fine. I had two children who did not enjoy the mud baths or the hot spring pool (which I expected) and would really like a whole day option that did not include this or at least an option where we didn’t have to go down to them.

Hervorragende Reiseleiterin , viel Kultur und Geschichte vermittelt. Essen war gut, Schildkröten ebenso ein Highlight wie die Felsengräber. Eltern sollten aus drücklich daraufhingewiesen werden , dass das rumturnen an Bord nicht gestattet bzw. gefährlich ist. Es hat etwas genervt.

The whole day was well organised and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The only one thing is I think Tui should step in to bring the price down for the photos as £30 was too steep for me to pay as a single mum and I had to decline them which is a real shame.

Leider ist mir vorher nicht gesagt wurden das man mit Bluthochdruck , Herz/ Kreislaufproblemen nicht ins Schwefelbecken darf. Mittagessen war eine reine Katastrophe. Alter verwelkter Salat. Reis und Fleisch kalt. Der Rest vom Ausflug war in Ordnung. Reiseleiterin war sehr nett. Sprach aber nur Englisch oder Türkisch so das wir nichts verstanden haben.

Wir wurden über eine Stunde zu spät von unserem Hotel abgeholt, von unserem Hotel ging es dann 2h mit dem Bus zum Boot, nur um nach 2 Minuten auszusteigen und beim Schlammbad zu sein. Das ist ganz nett, die Tour würde aber auch ohne Schlammbaden auskommen. Die Fahrt über den Fluss ist schön und ruhig, wobei von den versprochenen vielen Vögeln kaum welche zu sehen waren. Das Mittagessen war sehr lecker, der Aufenthalt am Strand leider viel zu kurz. Die Schildkröten werden mit Futter angelockt.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience tremendously, especially the thermo pool and mud bath, also at iztuzu beach were we saw the turtles and had a swim too. Our tour guide was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable of history of Dylan and Turkey itself. Pleasant and safe ride with our coach driver as well.

Wir sind bei der Rückfahrt nach Marmaris an einem sehr schönen Aussichtspunkt über Marmaris vorbeigekommen. Dort noch ein kurzer Halt wäre gut, auch wemn es nur für ein Foto ist.

Really enjoyed the guide. Wasn't keen on the chicken we had which was the included meal at the restaurant in Dalyan,. Turtle beach was beautiful and worth the visit and we did see some turtles.

Tour guide very knowledgeable throughout & was clear with how/ what was happening through the day. Food at lunch was poor & small portion - I had the chicken which was very dry & chips were cold. We did not see any turtles at turtle beach as migration season was over - this was not explained by the TUI rep at the hotel. That aside, I would recommend the trip as it was relaxing & informative

Ze względu na miesiąc pobytu-październik i niższą temperaturę trudno nam było osobiście skorzystać z kąpieli błotnej w porze do południa. Trochę zbyt wcześnie zaplanowany jest lunch. Ogólnie atrakcja ciekawa, piękne widoki w trakcie rejsu łodzią. Bardzo ładna plaża, ale przydałby sie dłuższy pobyt na niej.

Boat trip, mud bath, pool, tombs, turtle beach all good except having asthma stops you using thermal pool, why isn't this said before you book? Lunch cold and they seemed they wanted you out quickly for next trip, wouldn't recommend, but the position of restaurant meant you can't go elsewhere.

We had the best time on this trip. Our guide ‘V’ was really knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions and gave us some really interesting facts about the area and the history. It was due to rain at 3pm so he changed the order of the day for us so we could see everything outside before the rain came, and his timing was perfect! We would thoroughly recommend this trip. The mud bath was great fun and we saw 3 huge turtles too which was an added bonus!

Very friendly l, helpful and knowledgeable tour guide, great organisation and excellent value for money. There was a problem with the boat at Turtle Beach but we were quickly transferred to another boat very efficiently and effectively. The only downside side would be the entry and exits from mud bath and spring, which would benefit from guide rails / ropes of some kind as the steps are difficult to see and slippy uneven surfaces. Everyone involved with the trip were friendly and helpful.

There is a lot of time spent on the riverboat so this isn’t ideal for everyone. Over 2.5 hrs on the boat which is a very long time, they try and sell you things at any opportunity wether that is pomegranate juice or photographs of yourself.

De gids was Engelstalig (te weinig Nederlandstalige deelnemers), wat voor sommigen van de groep wat moeilijk was. Maar het was ons wel vooraf meegedeeld. De genomen foto's die vrijblijvend aangeboden werden, waren redelijk duur. We hebben ze gekocht omdat een deel van de opbrengst (20%) bestemd was voor het project DEKAMER (schildpadden ziekenhuis in Dalyan). Ik hoop dat het ook zo is, want we moesten de gids op zijn woord geloven. De ervaring modderbad, warmwaterbad was leuk, maar kort.

We enjoyed seeing a turtle, the meal was in a nice restaurant and the service was good maybe it would have been better to order the meal from the menu. The mud bath was enjoyable but a bit rushed for time. If we hadn't had seen a turtle it would have been a disappointment. Good value for money.

Possibly could have done with 2 guides as we were on 2 boats so not sure what info we missed out on though both boats were pulled together when points of interest were in view. More info on food menu rather than just fish and chicken. More time at mud and thermal baths

What an excellent trip, the mud bath was fun and a great icebreaker for all of us, we all got very familiar very quickly.! The boat trip was very relaxing and we were fortunate to see some turtles too which was such a bonus! Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable throughout.

My daughter and I enjoyed the trip. Our guide was 'Suga' and she was amazing. The mud bath was ok! Lunch was good and the boat ride passed the tombs to the beach was very interesting. We thought we might have seen more turtles but only saw one where the boats were. Overall an enjoyable day!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Tag und alles hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Unser Reiseführer war freundlich und hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Mitgeben möchte ich an spätere Teilnehmer, dass man bei dem Schlammbatt zu den Duschen über Kies laufen muss. Wem das Probleme bereitet, denkt an Badelatschen für den Weg. Schildkröten haben wir gesehen und ich kann die Tour auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Onze gids Volkan is echt oprecht een super coole gozer en hij weet echt kansloos veel van turkije! ( you can ask mister V everything you want to know) De trip zelf was erg goed, de uitleg die V geeft bij alles is super makkelijk te begrijpen en als je het niet snapt legt hij het op een andere manier uit! Wij waren de gelukkige die 2 schildpadden mochten zien spelen in het water! Het eten is ook echt smaakvol. Overal super geregeld en mister V is THE tour guide to make the day better with fun!

Prettig klein gezelschap, maar onze beenruimte was te krap, kwamen beide met pijnlijke knie"en thuis. Modderbad is grappig, lunch was heel lekker en verzorgd. De koningsgraven zijn bijzonder. De vaartocht mag wel veranderen in elektrische boten en die met muziek daar weren. Schildpadden plek nogal druk en commercieel.

We really enjoyed that we could all do it. 6month old baby and adults. Didn’t like all the children’s toys laid out on the boat this took my daughter attention away from the culture

As a family we had such a great day. Fantastic value and cant think of any areas that need improving. Our tour guide and boat driver were brilliant and friendly.

Great guide...very informative and explained each stage of the trip. The dalyan area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the boat trip. Lunch was also very good. The highlight was seeing a turtle in the shallow water near the jetty. The final beach stop was lovely. Overall very happy with this excursion thank you!
