Our guide and the people at the, spice farm were great. The four wheel drive journey wad spine shattering but bearable. The walk to the falls was OK as long as you're careful. Access to the pool was downright dangerous. Far too many people pushing to get in and out over slippery rocks was, quite frankly, madness. Our guide got us there early which was better, but it soon filled up until getting out of the pool was almost impossible. Amazing scenery though.

Poor

Travel was way too much. An hour and 15 minutes to get to the waterfall. And then 45 minutes in the most uncomfy 4x4. You get an hour and a half in the water fall after a 10 minute walk to it. Then after that it’s back in the 4x4 for another 45 minutes. And then 45 minutes back in the coach to the spice plantation. Had dinner, a quick tour and then back in the coach for an hour and 15 minutes back to hotel. I would suggest splitting this excursion and just have the waterfall trip as a half day

Great

I'm aware it's a busy trip. But more care needs on loading us passengers on the jeeps.

Advise to wear sensible footwear due to walking over rocks. Could be cheaper

It is a bumpy ride in the jeep and there is some scrambling over rocks required at the waterfalls, so as long as you can manage, it is 100% worth it. The scenery is stunning and the water was so cool and refreshing to swim in. Lots of cheeky monkeys about too! The spice plantation was great, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience interactive and interesting. The food was top drawer and I was very happy to stock up on spices to take home.

Excellent

Very commercialised, , rep explained the procedure, packed 7 to a4wd vehicle and wen along a bumpy track to the waterfalls, no sign of any animals along the track but the driver did keep a good lookout, what should you expect it isn't a zoo. Overall nice trip , a but different don't let negative reviews put you off, its different, real wild india, if you don't fancy a swim , it isn't a requirement, enjoy the view!!

The waterfalls themselves are spectacular. We just didn’t feel it was worth the 1 1/2 in a bone shaker of a bus, with a driver who didn’t really slow down for rough roads and insisted on trying to overtake other vehicles on blind corners followed by 35 mins in a dusty off road ride and a15 min trek over very rough terrain. We were also put in a tuktuk for the last part of our trip back to the hotel. Our guide said he’d paid, but when we got to the hotel the tuktuk driver said not, so we paid

Great

Going to see the Waterfall was amazing, especially when the train went across. Beautiful walk to the falls and the drive was bone shaking. I'm asthmatic and would have appreciated to be told about how dusty it was going to be!!! Where we picked up the jeeps, well what can I say - chaos. We ended up on a jeep with people who actually weren't even on our original coach. It felt like nobody knew what they were doing

Great

The coach left a lot to be desired and at some points, we were concerned that it might not quite make it, however, it did suit the driver that we had! The tour guide (Jaques) was very professional and knowledgeable, took an interest in all our comments, then arranged other activities that suited our preferences.

The falls were beautiful but no one said how dangerous it was on foot to get to them. We had to vlimb over rocks and broken steps and my wife fell over hurting herself. The fact there was no warning of this or min max age limit so if anyone was hurt badly. and claimed Tui would be vaunerable. I doubt a senior Tui rep has done this tour themselves. Also the tour of the small spice plantation was a mosquito nest and had not been fogged or sprayed, everyone on the tour hot bitten several times!!

Excellent

Fabulous tour and Laurence the tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, we had a terrific day. We would encourage anyone booking this tour to consider the trek to the falls and appropriate footwear, I was glas I had read reviews and wore walking sandals, and be aware of the 45 minute off road jeep trip, great fun but if you’re not prepared for it might be a shock! Loved it, and the added trip to a spice farm afterwards was great too. Thoroughly recommend!

Waterfall was beautiful and swim there was great. Advice to wear trainers and swimwear proved very useful. Jeep ride as bumpy as expected but good fun with the windows down. Lunch as spice plantation was really nice and staff there excellent Only negative for us was as first coach pick up, it was a long day as lots of waiting around for people but can't be helped really.

I think you should go into more details about the jeep journey how rough it is and also I think you should explain more about the walk to the falls and getting in the falls
