The welcome was lovely and the setting. We booked again as we had been the previous year. Unfortunately the food was served cold and the fillet was tough. The lobster was of poor quality. It did feel like the Tui customers had been pushed into a corner. More choice or a change of menu would be good.

Only complaint was the limited menu. Whilst food was delicious and well presented, table behind us were able to order lamb, which wasn't available to us and which both my partner and I would have ordered if given the choice.

Guests should be pre warned that the transport to the venue is a jeep which you climb into the back. It is cramped and unsuitable for mobility impaired guests (my wife) or older people who also struggled to get in.

Verbesserungsvorschläge: Evtl in die Buchung mit eingeben dass man die Getränke extra bezahlen muss. Ansonsten Ambiente sehr sehr toll! Livemusik super toll und romantisch. Lagerfeuer sehr sehr schön und Essen sehr sehr lecker. Service auch sehr sehr gut.

Eten was goed maar niet op het strand. het kampvuur stelde weinig voor. Bediening was heel goed. Drankjes waren duur. Totaal 70 euro per persoon is wel veel voor wat je krijgt. De fotos van de fotograven waren niet scherp, maar dit is niet van Tui zelf.

Werd aangeboden als een diner met “Lobster”. In het restaurant stond dit ook als Lobster op het menu, dit was echter een “Lagostim of Crayfish” en zeker geen Lobster! Eigenlijk worden de gasten gewoon **********! We hebben in het restaurant gelijk ermee geconfronteerd. Na eerst proberen te ontkennen kwamen er excuses en hebben we iets anders besteld. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is dan ook niet juist! Verder mooie locatie en fijne sfeer.

Absolutely gorgeous place.... Pure heaven with the most fabulous food from start to finish. Totally outstanding. Live singer was amazing and set a very beautiful romantic scene. A must have trp worth every penny.

Der Abend übertraf bei weitem unsere Erwartungen. Es war wirklich ein romantischer Abend mit einem super Service, Livemusik und hervorragendem Essen. Die Dekoration war sehr Liebevoll und der Abend klang mit sitzem am Lagerfeuer aus. Danke für den schönen Abend.

Lobster was on the menu, but was told it was not available until September, but guests we knew who went outside of the package deal were able to order it. The steak was also horse meat! That said, it was still a great experience and good value, just not entirely as advertised.

Was an amazing setting. Staff were very friendly. The food was superb so was the service. There was entertainment throughout the meal who was excellent. It was that good we plan on going for the beach bbq. Would highly recommend this trip. Only downside was the transfer as they are crazy drivers in old vehicles

Really enjoyed the whole evening, food was lovely, service was great and the entertainment was good, overall we had a great experience celebrating a birthday and anniversary. The only thing I would say is we would have liked more time relaxing after our meal around the fire with our cocktails but this was really rushed, such a shame as the setting was beautiful.

Staff were excellent. Photos taken were lovely and worth the 25 euros. Food was the best we had on the island. We had prawns and lobster but told the steaks were delicious too. Nice to sit round the fire after dinner. Numbers are small so got to speak to some lovely people. Well worth it and nice to get off the hotel grounds for an evening.

The food was amazing, we had prawn cocktail the lobster, desert was never offered to us so unsure if that was part of it or not. The cocktails were lovely (at extra cost, but we expected that) Unfortunately the timing of pick up left us not catching the sunset which was disappointing, maybe that needs to be adjusted, if we didn’t have to collect from the 2 hotels right on the doorstep of venue we may of caught the sunset. Other than that it was a VERY enjoyable evening.

Lovely setting, lovely food and great staff, what's not to like. Please however if you can't cope with nature give it a miss, such a shame 3 couples couldn't cope with the sand, flying insects and wind!! It's on a beach in the middle of no where, honestly not sure what these people expected. We would go again in a heart beat.

The part of the hotel we stayed in was a bit tired but comfortable. Themed restaurants pretty bland but I did leave feedback for this. Choice of aircraft very poor. Was like going on a 2023 coach trip in a 1967 Bedford.

The transfer was poor, guide did not talk to us at all and inform of pick up times or explain what we needed to do on arrival, by the time we worked out what to do, all inside tables were taken and we were left outside in the wind. The food was good and very nicely presented, no explanation on drinks and no gathering round the fire as described. The service from the restaurant was poor and to top it off, we could have booked direct with the restaurant which included transfer for 20 Euros less.

Really ideal for Valentines's day, even though it was really cold. At the end of the night all other couples had moved inside already. Diner was overall really nice but did not worth 60€ per person (even including trasfer to and fro) Drinks not included, not sure that was mentionned by our TUI guy. Live singing was really good and clearly set the atmosphere! Nice view on the ocean (being on the beach) and sun set. Overall really nice just a bit too expensive for the dinner itself.

I was told to pick up the bus from the Karamboa reception but as a RIU Palace guest the security guard rudely refused to let me in. Eventually the bus came to the RIU Palace and we got to the restaurant where we had a very good meal but didn’t have any information on when the bus was picking us up. Could have been so much better with the correct information and communication.

The staff at the restaurant are amazing and take care of simply everything so you can spend the evening focused on eachother making this evening the favourite of my stay. The food is some of the best I've had on any excursion. A beautiful three course meal including perfectly prepared lobster. Definitely recommend

Schönes Ambiente, Essen war sehr lecker Was nicht so schön war, war das als das Lagerfeuer angezündet wurde hieß es nach 5 min der Bus ist da. Das war dann doch ein etwas überraschend schnelles Ende eines schönen Abends.

Der Guide hat uns nicht mitgeteilt wann wir wieder zurück fahren .Haben noch ein Getränk bestellt,da kam eine Mitarbeiterin vom Service und sagte uns dass wir um 21.30 zurück fahren ..leider war da schon 21.30 Uhr und wir mussten die Getränke stornieren . Schade .

De sfeer van het restaurant was fantastisch. Het eten was uitstekend. De live muziek maakte het af. Ze waren zelfs bereid om cocktails te maken die niet op de kaart stonden. De locatie was echt prachtig. Om het af te maken werd ik deze avond op het strand ten huwelijk gevraagd. Het was een perfecte avond.

Was a bit dubious has we were getting closer to the restaurant. Driving off road and past a building site, but when we arrived the venue was excellent. It was very romantic. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. I had steak and it was tender and tasty. My partner had chicken and that was beautiful to. The presentation of the food was also excellent. Would highly recommend it.

Gids bij excursies prima. Jammer dat quadrit niet de Sal Rei aandeed wat wel in de omschrijving van de activiteit stond. Verder een gave activiteit. Wat betreft de begeleiding vanuit TUI, vonden wij het jammer dat er geen kennis is over wat te regelen als er medicatie wordt meegenomen die op de opium lijst voorkomt. De begeleiding in het Hotel verwees voor elke vraag naar her hotel. Daar hadden wij een actievere houding verwacht. Wat betreft de restaurants staat er in de beschrijving van de accomodatie dat we konden kiezen uit 4 restaurants. Het hoofdrestaurant is vrij toegankelijk en de rest moet je boeken. Dit bleek vanaf dag 1 niet mogelijk. Dat was teleurstellend. Bovenstaande is bedoeld als feedback. We hebben een super week gehad op een top locatie met gele vriendelijke medewerkers van RUI.

Could not fault the "romantic dinner". Lovely venue on the beach. The food was amazing and would go as far as to say best meal we had all week. Catered for vegan/vegetarian. Glass of proseco on arrival as part of package. Cocktails were 7 Euros but well worth the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Music was great - male singer with guitar. A very enjoyable evening. Would definitely recommend.

Schön, wir haben die Erklärungen des deutschen Reiseführers für kompetent empfunden. Es gab auch immer wieder mal die Möglichkeit für einen WC Besuch. Lediglich die eigene Zeit in der Stadt zum umherbummeln haben wir für zu kurz empfunden.

Eine sehr schöne und einmalige Location. Was nicht dazu passt, sind die Getränkepreise, die etwas überhöht sind. Aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen
