Poor
Mostly Italians on trip, only 7 English. Very little explained to English. No safety instructions given in English. No information at snorkelling points given to English. Did not really feel included on board.

Erg wilde zee waardoor snorkelen lastig was, terwijl ik het regelmatig doe. Te druk, teveel boten, teveel mensen in water.. vanaf white island was het complete chaos en zijn er mensen een poos in het water achter gebleven die niet bij de boot konden komen. Deze hebben ze soort van moeten redden met reddingsboeien en ze waren heel erg bang geweest. De crew vond ik erg sympathiek maar al met al geen goede ervaring. Ook lunch viel tegen.

It was an amazing experience from the moment we were picked up to the moment we were dropped back at the hotel.
Hassan and the crew were brilliant with my daughters especially my 6 & 5 year old. They had never done snorkelling before and wanted to try it. Would highly recommend

Transfers on time and all additional costs explained fully. Pay the rental of equipment and park fees in pounds/euros/dollars otherwise they’ll give their own conversion rate for EGP! Snorkel guides really looked after anyone who needed assistance. The photographer takes amazing underwater shots at the first stop of 3, worth the money. The local lunch served on board is delicious! Sun and Red Sea snorkelling, just simply brilliant! Great reasonably priced excursion

The driver couldn’t find the second pick up for a long time which delayed us. The dock where we picked up the boat was dirty and noisy. Once on the boat we had lots of space, a great crew and great snorkelling. White Island too busy. Good food on the boat.

Le prix est tellement élever pour la prestation !!! Excursions à 7h30 qui commence à 10h ! Aucun email pour l’heure ni sms. J’ai attendu plus de 1h à la réception de mon hôtel jusqu’à ce que le manager décide de contacter le tour opérateur. Soft = eau coca et sprite… Quand vous êtes sur le bateau vous vous faite harceler pour descendre dans l’eau par l’équipage. Rien de waw J’ai annuler ma deuxième excursion. Les prix sont différents sur le site et à l’hôtel !

Absolutely loved this day trip. Snorkeling was amazing. Staff were lovely. Food was good. My only complaint is that we booked it online the week before we travelled because it said 10% off but when we arrived they were offering it a lot cheaper. I paid £98 for 2 of us but another couple who booked on the 1st day of holiday paid £78.

The service in organising this was great and the staff really took good care of us. Howebver, the boat was so rocky, and it was very frightening. some poeple thought we were going to die. It was also very cold and some peiople had only brought swimwear - we didn't go in the water as we knew we would get so cold.

Looking for a great beach destination? The Red Sea’s warm water is great for swimming, and there are miles of great beaches in Sharm El Sheikh for working on your tan, but if you’re a diver, look no further. It was a really good vacation and enjoyed it so much with my friends and will be booking from experience from TUI. All information was in the app and the assistance in the destination was lovely. No issues at all and the service was truly high class and excellent. Thank you for the service and booking another holiday soon :-)

The trip itself was great and everything we hoped it would be. However, at no point during booking was any information given about snorkelling equipment… this being the point of the trip you’d kind of assume it would be included, not the case so allow up to £20 per person for mask, fins and a wet suit. You are taken to collect them on the way to the boat. Also, photography, there’s a very talented photographer on board and we loved his pictures of our son, but if your interested in that and the underwater photos of you take at least another £50. The boat team were amazing, the reps for travco whilst good can be a bit pushy in the encouragement of tipping.
