The bus had several broken seats! The air conditioning was via holes instead of louvres. The coach left Corfu town 10 minutes early and left some guests behind! No check was made before departing!!

The bus provided had a number of broken seats and the air conditioning was not working very well which meant the journey was uncomfortable and long particularly in the way back. The time in Corfu town was a good amount of time.

We paid for the transfer service from the hotel to Corfu old town. The bus and transfer to and from was a horrible experience as no air conditioning and generally in a poor state of repair with broken seats and felt very unsafe.

The transfer to Corfu Town was overpriced and double the price of every other transfer available locally which we found out from other guests after we had booked with TUI. The driver for the transfer to Corfu Town was terrible and had no lack of knowledge for the safety of passengers. Speeding all the way, aggressive driving, and talking on the phone for most of the journey. Was terrifying. Very disappointed overall and to have been overcharged by our own tour operator.

Were told the transfer time from Sidari to Corfu town was 45mins to an hour. It took 2 hours to get to our destination and then another 2 hours back along the bumpiest, winding roads in Corfu picking up other guests and returning, which could have been a direct route. Time in Corfu town itself was great and ample. The town is beautiful to discover little boutique shops and lovely restaurants but the transfer just really puts a dampener on the trip.

Paid 105 euros for 3 adults transport to corfu and back from Acharavi left at 3pm dropped off at 5.15pm was later picked up at 9.30pm and dropped back near hotel at 11.50pm so had we known that the transfers were going to be so long we never would of booked it. You can catch the A3 bus return ticket for 8 euros each which takes you there within 1hr 20 So really dissatisfied and disappointed this is one of many complaints i will be putting into an email about our holiday.

Nothing against TUI per se here, just the experience in general was a waste of time and money for me. Got picked up at 3:15 and arrived at maybe 4:30pm. The minibus driver wouldn’t let us eat our calippo ice lolly on the bus so we had to wait until we got to Corfu. Then in Corfu there wasn’t really much to do so we walked around and overspent on food and drinks. Got picked up at 9:30pm to return to Kavos but pickup was chaotic with loads of buses and the journey home took almost 1h45min.

Die Transferzeit war insgesamt 2 Stunden von Roda aus, da noch viele Hotels angefahren wurden. Mit zwei Kindern war es einfach zu lange und von Korfu Stadt hatte man dann auch nicht mehr so viel, weil man ja die Zeit im Nacken hatte. Es war mehr oder weniger eine Busfahrt statt ein städtisches Erlebnis. Das nächste Mal werden wir den Bus für knapp 5 € nehmen und dann in Ruhe die Stadt erkunden. Insgesamt 4 Stunden Bus und 4 Stunden Aufenthalt. Sehenswerte war es trotzdem.

Good value for money, as taxis from out hotel was roughly €100. We were picked up around 4pm arriving into Corfu town around 4.45 picked up at 9:30. For me this was a little too long in town especially in the heat. Guide wasn’t interested in us, we were just told to go spend money. Pick up point was a shambles with nobody knowing where the coach was etc as all companies were picking up at the same point & time

Es wurde eine falsche Dauer des Ausfluges mitgeteilt. Bei Nachfrage bei der Buchung hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass man gegen 20.30 Uhr wieder zum Essen im Hotel ist. Leider hat es sich bei Ankunft herausgestellt, dass die Abfahrt in Korfu nach Acharavi erst um 21.30 Uhr stattfindet und man somit erst gegen 23.15 Uhr im Hotel war. Diese falsche Info passiert lt. Reiseleitung vor Ort in Korfu immer wieder. Hier sollte man die Verkäufer der TUI Ausflüge bitte neu instruieren.

Über die Verschiebung der Abfahrt wurden wir per Mail informiert. Im Urlaub erwarte ich da einen Anruf. Der Bus kam dann nochmals eine Viertelstunde später. Der Termin für die Rückfahrt wurde nicht entsprechend verschoben, wodurch die Zeit in Korfu Stadt noch kürzer wurde. Der Bus war die absolute Katastrophe. Die Sitzeinstellungen waren fast alle defekt und die Armlehnen ließen sich nicht fixieren. Die Reiseleiterin kann ich nicht beurteilen. Wir haben sie nur kurz bei der Ankunft gesehen.

It was great knowing we had transport to and from Corfu town and we didn’t have the stress of having to arrange this ourselves. It was nice to have free time to explore ourselves. Only downside was the cost, very expensive for what really was just a bus ride into and out of Corfu Town.

It was a nice experience, the town is very interesting, but there was an awful lot of walking involved which was not explained by the rep. As my partner is disabled which the rep was made aware of when booking, he found it quite an ordeal finding somewhere within the town to sit down and the trip of 5 hours was too long and we and other people spent time just killing time until the coach arrived to pick us up..

5 hours was a little tool long. I don’t think the current weather helped as it was so humid. I think if with did this again we would do a guided tour rather than go round on our own. We did feel a bit vulnerable waiting in the square in the dark to get our mini bus home. But managed to find a couple more on our trip, so that helped. Old fortress was worth a visit and the old town streets full of atmosphere. We bought a few gifts.

We were picked up by a mini bus with no air conditioning which after paying for a family of 4 £80 was disappointing there were families with small children on the bus crying because they were soaking with sweat the driver spent all his time talking on his mobile and was very rude we were just going round in circles as he could not find one hotel which prolonged the journey. everybody on the bus asked to be return back to their hotels but driver refused. Very unhappy would like a refund please

This is literally just a bus service into Corfu town. A taxi from Sandy Beach to Corfu costs 70euros each way so for 6 of us this was a much cheaper option. We were picked up at 15.30 and arrived in Corfu town 16.30, only a few more pick ups enroute . A lovely drive along the coast road. Dropped by the old fort which is a short pleasant walk to the main area. We were picked up promptly at 21.30 as arranged. The driver was friendly and we had no concerns about his driving..

Trip was fine, although I had the unfortunate experience of falling ill while in Corfu Town. Heat wave conditions at the time meant that it was still very hot at 4:30pm when we were driven the hour long journey to Corfu Town. Air con wasn't very effective on the mimibus which meant passengers were already feeling hot on arrival. I think it might have been better to have the departure time later, say 5:30pm, with better air con on bus. Other than this, trip was good.

Le contact de TUI nous avait annoncé 1 heure de trajet entre l’hôtel & Corfou. La navette qui nous a récupéré était en fait un gros bus qui faisait le tour de tous les hôtels avant d’aller à Corfou. Du coup, 1 trajet durait 2 heures & le temps passé sur Corfou était réduit.

Transport was initially running late than anticipated but that did not impact they experience as we were notified via text. I felt that we had enough time to eat and explore town, of course there was more things we wanted to explore such as going to the museum but perhaps next time. For the most part corfu town was filled with tourist souvenir stores. Corfu town can be like a maze at times so I suggest pinning the meet up location on the map! Overall I would definitely recommend, i enjoyed it.

Time notification changed on the morning of our visit. Coach journey was fine . Time in Corfu was fine, but the title would have been more appropriate if called Evening in Corfu town as it was still daylight until.we left at 9.30!!

This trip into corfu town is worth doing to have c4 hours in the evening to see the place and soak up the bustling atmosphere. The fort is worth a visit for the views (€6 for adults, kids free). However ‘corfu town by night’ is also on offer via local travel agents for much less, (€15 return we saw in Roda) so I think the tui price is not value for money. The rep implies other trips won’t be as good, but it seems to be exactly the same! All the local coaches were air conditioned.

It would have been helpful to have some information on the sights to see when we were there as there was nothing given to us about this. It would have made it more of an experience rather than just transport.

Bei Nacht kann man den Aufenthalt nicht nennen. Es war noch **********, lediglich die Rückfahrt mit dem Bus fand im Dunkeln statt. Die Mitarbeiter von TUI am Port waren sehr nett, hätten aber auch ein paar lirze Worte an die richten können die diese Tour ohne Guide gebucht haben. Zudem war die Fahrt sehr überteuert. 29€ pro Person, da kann man laut anderen Hotelmitbewohnern gut und bequem den normalen, klimatisierten Bus für 3,60€ nehmen. Wir würden die Fahrt nicht mehr buchen.

I never had an invoice to show much I paid for this trip, well it wasn't a trip it was a coach ride. I paid for a number of excursions so never had a break down of costs. I asked again for an invoice and never received it. Corfu town was lovely but hardly a by night trip when you are picked up at 21.30pm. All in all quite poor.

Die Katamaranfahrt war super. Crew unheimlich nett und wir haben einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang gesehen. Die Hin- und Rückfahrt mit dem Bus von jeweils fast 1,5 Stunden war aber doch sehr lang. Die Wartezeiten bei den Abholungen ebenfalls.

For the price we only got transport which is fine if the driver drove safely. Speeding and driving crazy. Then only got short amount of time to view the town.. very short for the ground we could cover.. we felt safe whilst walking around the streets. Pick up was in same place of drop off but maybe should be somewhere with more street lights as it was hard to find the bus after dark.

Corfu town at night was lovely. Pick up was on time and took about 1 hour from our hotel. Return pick up was on time but delay in leaving due to stragglers who can't stick to a time. Bus ride back was a little erratic and the speeds travelled at may have been a concern for some passengers. Overall worth it for an evening out in the town.

Corfu old town is a lovely town. Streets are quaint and lots to shop. Plenty of places ti eat and drink. Lots of history and culture. Bus service was not good though. Return bus was 45 mins late. With no information. Took a wrong turn, got lost, had to ask directions and then drove like a mad man through the winding roads back.

Reasonable price but transfer experience poor. 35 min delay in pick up with further 30 min delay waiting for another minibus to join our coach. Trying to find return coach quite stressful as wrong number shown initially! Return driver drove very fast and had to brake hard a couple of times.

Corfu town lovely. However bus trip from Roda far too long on a very difficult winding costal road. Bus late by 15 minutes to pick up. Bus driver on leaving told us to go to a different pick up point next time - not the pick up point what was agreed at the time of booking ( not sure about this?).

Overall trip was okay but we didn’t expect to be on the coach for 2 hours before we got to Corfu town. The driver didn’t seem to know where he was going and then we picked up some people with their cases and had to drop them off at their hotel. Didn’t expect this on an evening trip and the extra time picking up and dropping them off meant we had less time in Corfu town.

The hotel had a few problems from the very start of the holiday which were rectified but a very slow process. The standard of the hotel has potential but not worth the cost of the holiday. Cleanliness poor and communication difficulties from staff. TUI reps were not visible when required and more information should be produced in the rooms to explain the hotel layout and facilities, the timings and local area. We spent the majority of the time having to find info which meant we missed out.

The main issue is the transport to and from the town,this was the second time we didn't feel safe, crazy and dangerous overtaking, slamming on brakes so hard the people at the back come off the seats no seatbelts only in the front row, we will never book a trip with tui again, was going to Albania but have cancelled and got our money back.

The bus was 20 minutes late. No communication at all until we arrived in Corfu town and then only a very brief time to get back and pointing to the shops. On departure bus was 10 minutes late and again no communication. We enjoyed the visit but TUI was not helpful
