Me and my family absolutely enjoyed the river rafting and Dunns river sail and falls. Our sailing with Captain Andy and DJ Mobey was the high point of our vacation. So much fun and energy. Our river rafting with Super Blocks and his brother was amazing. Can't wait to do it again.

The individual parts to the trip were good but there was no organisation and some of the staff were unpleasant. No one knew what was happening and we were just left to figure it out. We may as well have arranged Dunns River, a Snorkeling cruise and some food separately ourselves.

Pickup was to early, we didn’t leave the harbour until 2 hours after we arrived. The trip was a good experience, but didn't have lunch until we returned to back to the harbour which was around 3 o’clock. Lunch did not included a drink.

From leaving our hotel Aquarelle it took nearly 2 hrs by coach due to picking up at other hotels waiting at most we would not do this again , probably look at booking a taxi or other supplier ,the staff at the outpost were very arrogant rude especially the lady who lead us in she was rude with most people she shoul not work in hospitality. Coach driver Winston 10/20 boat crew 8/10 having to pay for drinks with your meal at Margaritaville very poor felt cheated , the repeated request for tips

My bucket list dream to ride on horseback in the Caribbean sea . It was fab & the guides looked after us well . I still think $10 is a bit steep for a locker though !!

Our tour guide & driver were brilliant - We were taught about the history of the island and about the culture and people in Jamaica. It was great to see how passionate and proud they were to be Jamaican. Very friendly and fun. The whole trip was great - the guides at the location were brilliant too!

It was all great fun for my whole family; the guide helps you climb the waterfall and also assists you in a slide on the rocks and a trust fall into a deeper area of water. Photographs and video that we bought were also worth the money.

The issue I have is that 2 people in my party were not able to participate in the ATV and the horse back riding due to weight restrictions that were not communicated prior to booking the excursion. The staff were very nice and looked after the child that was not able to participate in the ATV.

The Dunns falls was amazing however the boat ride which was supposed to be a party boat on the way back only was so loud with the music there and back and the DJ was shouting the whole time which was so annoying only the drunk people enjoyed it the family's were not so happy overall I wouldn't book the boat Again just the falls

Organisation was appalling. we got to the boat and chose to sit on the nets. What we didn't know was that we would be sat there for 30 minutes in the searing heat while we waited for them to cram more and more people on the boat. I started to feel ill but couldn't move to get out of the sun as boat was packed full of people. We left hotel at 8.40 and despite being told lunch was included, we didn't get any food till 4.30pm. My son was physically sick because he was so hungry.

We did a similar trip 26 years ago this was a massive let down, the weather was aweful but that you can’t help.The food that was served was cold we ended up ordering from the menu which wasn’t cheap given there was 5 of us. And the boat staff were insisting on tips as you left the boat would not recommend

The time we were given was 7.40 when it should have been 8.40. If it wasn't for amstr rep being there and ringing round for us we would have missed it. We would have thought he was not co.i g and left the lobby. I tried to see the tui rep as they should have been at the hotel from 8.30 but no-one was there. This was very frustrating as we ended up waited for over an hour.

Bus used for transfer too small,even though enough seats,it wasn't very comfortable,take into account we have to take bags of towels and things with us and nearly a 3 hour journey. Food at Margaritaville,very poor and we didn't get lunch until 4 o clock. We loved the catamaran,bar staff were a bit miserable compared to rest of team. And the staff at the falls were amazing.

There was a lot of time wasting and hanging around. We also wasted over 20 minutes dinging wavers for our group which could have been done in advance when booking the excursion or on the coach while travelling there. The catamaran was far too over crowded which made the experience unpleasant. The cocktails were of limited choice and meal was ok but the seating arrangements were not good

We went on a catermoran, we drove past the falls where we were going on the boat, then had to stop and fill in loads of paperwork then told to wait and go shopping in their really expensive shops for an hour, wasting our time on the boat. Then when we got on the boat it moved out to see for literally a few minutes and we went snorkelling, then it went down the coast for a quarter mile to where we had to fill the paperwork in, which too, five mins by road and then zig zagged back to make it seem.

We mochten niet snorkelen met onze full face masks en dat was ons vooraf niet verteld. Er werd ons n glas drinken aangeboden waar alcohol in bleek te zitten, wij zijn alcoholisten die al jaren clean zijn en we werden er flink ziek van. Het is sowieso een grote zuippartij. Misschien ook een aanbieden zonder drank!

We enjoyed captain Lee on the water raft and we really loved the helpfulness of Lincoln during our horseback riding. However, women at chukka atv/horseback were not very pleasant. & the female taking orders after water rafting sold my 15 year old liquor without asking her age. Her minor armband from RIU was on. My daughter asked for 2 slushi drinks upon looking at the receipt she charged us for alcohol and my daughter didn’t request alcohol. If my daughter drunk it I would have sued.

The whole experience was good when it came to the horseriding. Its just the money making extras. Was told to put camera in lockers at cost of 10US, no problem. Then discovered we could take them and the lovely staff took pictures on our phones. Obviously not in the water part; but we could leave them with our helmets. I had only 2 pictures taken I bought them for 40US. My choice but a bit of a con Can't fault the staff and the experience. Would still do it again

The amount of time that we spent in the bus was way underrepresented and different staff told us different things about boat departure time, what we would do when, and about water shoes. The lunch was cold and late as well. It was most definitely not worth the money.

Our driver Trevor was awesome! He was great the whole trip and helped us as much as he could through the trip. The rum punch on the catamaran was delicious and Dunn’s Falls were beautiful. What a great time!

We had a lovely time but it wasn't very well organised. Lots of hanging about, not many shops open, meal time was rushed - we were told we had 45mins from ordering to leaving. I travelled with someone who doesn't use Q codes and this was required so I had to use my phone.

The falls were excellent, and although it could be seen as a bit dangerous, the guides were fantastic. The catamaran trip was very brief, with less than 2 hours spent on it. Please, please, please will you instruct the crew that we don't need the volume at bone-rattling 200 out of one hundred levels. In the background would be nice. They need to remember that they are constantly telling us we are in paradise. I didn't realise that after experiencing 'paradise' everyone goes home deaf.

The experience was excellent from start to end the guides were very informative and made the day fun Good value for money and the photo pack at the waterfall not overly expensive. - not welcoming the area where we arrive. The on and off the horse does not make the activity smooth. The real fun which is when horses reach the water, after a circle no more than 10min ended. The groups should be smaller and more time on water. Clear name of the instructor and explanation of Chukka, who and why all started and all the Chukka village stands by together to explaining how many horses, how they are taking care, etc.

Blue hole really good but the tubing and zip lining were poor. Only did three small zip lines hardly worth putting the harnesses on. Tubing would be good for family’s with smaller kids very tame for adults Would not do this combination again or recommend it

The day was slow we were charged alot of money for this trip and it was good but cost was not worth it and to charge for lunch was a waste of time could have just finished and gone back to hotel for lunch as thiscall day trip would have taken half day as it was we were back before 3 so good trip nice people just to expensive for what it was

I enjoyed the lunch theat was included and the shops in the village. Every guide we had was very friendly, knowledgeable and placed safety above all else. Each of our guides for ziplining, horse back riding and climbing Dunnes River Falls explained all aspects of the excursion before we started and regularly asked if we were OK. It was the best time. My children and I have lifetime memories that we will cherish from this experience.

Enjoyed the experience and the guides were friendly. Lincoln put me at ease when he realised I was on my own, so led my horse and took photos for me along the route. The professional photographer took great pictures of me, and someone else helped me to pay for them before they were emailed to me. My friends back at the hotel, and family back home, all said I looked good and relaxed on my day out. I can't think of anything that would improve my own experience overall.

This was a great excursion, well organised and felt totally safe. Guides were absolutely great and ensured that everyone was okay and respecting the horses and other people. The staff at the centre were efficient and helpful. All in all it was an excellent experience. The taxi driver that took us to the Chukka centre, Barbie, was a bonus too. She was lovely from the minute we met her to returning back to the hotel. Great day out, thank you!

We arrived and really enjoyed the cruise, the Dunn's river and the return cruise. The food was excellent. However, we were advised before eating that out belongings would be safe on the bus. When we came out from eating, our belongings were left in the entrance which is open to the public as we had to change busses. We were left waiting for transit, the driver informed us that he had to come in on his day off to transport us. He wasn't told our hotel and drove past until we shouted out to him.

I have been there long before TUI ownership back in 1991 & I have witnessed the changes over the years. It has evolved nicely but unfortunately the locals don’t appear to be as involved in the way they used to be. Really hope staff pay is fair as due to heavy dependence on tipping like in the USA.

The trip its self was great, the service from Tui was poor. I booked the ultra package which had no option to pick the activities so we presumed we would pick on the day. I made the booking the day before we flew out, never received any confirmation. I spoke to the rep on arrival but got the impression it was his first day after hearing how he spoke to me & other customers, he did send me the confirmation the following day & told us we could pick our activities on the day - That wasn't the case

It was all very beautiful, the blue hole/ gully falls especially so. The guides were brilliant and entertaining, I wish we had had a little more time at the falls to fully appreciate them.

Blue hole was amazing as was the river tubing. Guides were really helpful and ensured we all had a great time. Zip lines were a bit of an add on with small landing platforms. I was a bit alarmed by instructions about breaking and the risk of running into platforms. Overall a great day out

This excursion was so good that I enjoyed every minute of it would definitely recommend to other travellers but not recommend if you have mobility problems as the stairs at Dunn’s river falls are steep

The day starts with a sedate catamaran ride, then onto Dunns Falls which you have the opportunity to climb. You must buy the water shoes or it would be impossible to do. Maurice the guide looked after everyone helping and making sure we were all safe..he was excellent. It’s a real buzz when you get to the top. Then it’s back on the catamaran for rum and party time. An excellent trip would and we would highly recommend this one.

The trip was great fun loved the snorkelling and climbing dunns river wish we could've spent more time on the catamaran good food and good portion would reccomend this trip
