Meeting point:

The meeting point varies depending on the ticket option you've booked (departure from Grindelwald or Interlaken). You can meet in Grindelwald (Glacier Canyon Grindelwald, Gletscherschlucht 1) or Interlaken, where you can choose from the following pick-up points: Balmers Hostel, Outdoor Höheweg Shop, Train Station Interlaken Ost, Train Station Interlaken West. Guests departing from Interlaken can also meet at OUTDOOR main base, Industriestrasse 17, 3812 Wilderswil, Switzerland (check-in desk on the 1st floor) - this will be the only meeting point for the 2026 season. You'll select the meeting point during the booking process.
