Trip was cancelled and we were not informed! Turned up on the Tui hotel lobby and waited 40 minutes until we enquired at customer services in the lobby and were told the trip had been cancelled!

A brilliant day! It was a very long drive but the scenery was breathtaking and made the travel worthwhile. Our guide Richard was friendly and knowledgeable and was an expert driver on the hair raising roads up the mountain!

It was really educational how coffee is made and the hard work that is put in place for us around the world to have a cup of coffee. The coffee smells amazing and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. We went 5000 feet in the mountains, it was abit scary but the guide looked after us. I'm glad I went it was nice experience.

The people hosting the tour were lovely, really helpful and knowledgeable. The swimming at the waterfall was a welcome break at the end of all the sitting on a bus. It took 3 hours to get there and then we drove up a hill, just to come back down again. Not quite what I expected from the rainforest tour. We all felt a bit sick on the bus as it was about 8 hours travelling all in all. If you get the option to book the cycling, I would recommend it to break ip the time on the bus.

Price was reasonable. Great to see the local area. Guides were fun and informative on the way up there, quiet on the way home. The cost of the items to purchase was extremely expensive.

The Blue mountains are was lovely, but from Falmouth it is a 4hr journy each way! so we were out of our hotel for just under 12 hours. Bus driver was good but when we got to the venue they thought we were all on the cycling tour & there was very pooor communication as to what the visit entailed for the non cyclist. After we dropped the cylists off we then went a further half mile up the Mountain and stopped & walked for 20 mins with our guide this was great, then back on bus and follow cyclists!

The tour guild Davin was amazing he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and it was a really good day with him. He made the experience feel worth it with his experience and knowledge and could answer everyone's questions and didn't leave anybody out. Shared plants and told us how they are eaten, used or grown. We travelled from Montego bay to the blue mountain and it is a very long day. The first time we booked we didn't get picked up.

The drive, the driver, all the staff, and the food and experience were superb. I would have love to do it again during my trip but I’ll definitely be doing it again on my next trip. The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Thank you.
