Lovely views from the boat but unless you manage to get a seat on the middle deck you were completely out of the experience . Some very inappropriate jokes and discussions around killing people - not just shooting with the guns or cannons but actually saying “ shall we kill my ex wife “ “ shall we kill the manager of this hotel “ etc

Loved the crew and how much they engaged with everyone. Everyone was fully entertained and the stop offs and food were also good. Could maybe have a couple of small retractable awnings outside and lots of areas were quite sticky so could do with a wipe down.

Staff were great, ship fantastic, food lovely Staff were thorough in all safety aspects with clear explanations of what to do and what not to do. It was a shame that there were no actual sails though. Not only would be more authentic looking but help create shade on a very very hot day. But overall it’s a trip worth doing

My teenage son and I booked the excursion for the Black Pearl.The coach picked us on right outside our hotel and was on time. The boat itself was great. Made to look like a real pirate ship and all staff on board were dressed up. The middle deck seems to be where all the action is with children's and adults games etc. However we sat at the top and thoroughly enjoyed the views. We passed cape greko and the blue lagoon. With 2 swim stops and lunch on board we both had a great day.

Loved the experience only downfall is if your at the back of the ship you don’t see the entertainment so you have to find a place to stand to watch it.Food was great,as was the timing of the bay swims.Shelley at the bar was amazing especially as she has the job on the top bar serving 100’s of customers with all different languages and at a high speed,she’s worth her weight in gold,Thank you to all the staff on the Black Pearl and our driver who was on time and got us there and back safely.

Could not of enjoyed the black pearl enough, it was a fantastic day with fantastic staff, the laughing we did with the staff just topped it off brilliant, excellent day with brilliant, lovely people, definitely going on it again next year, would most sincerely recommend this to everyone who visits Cyprus

The trip itself was very good, the staff were great and very friendly. However, I will not be booking tripa through tui again. We booked this trip for a Monday and this trip isn't even available for Mondays. It was luck that we walked passed the ship and spoke with a staff member the night before who was able to accommodate us on another day. Our transfer didn't turn up so we ended up having to make our own way there. Not a great way to start the holiday.

The excursion was fab it appealed to all of us from 6 to 56 it was fun for everyone I didn't like the area where we got on and off as it was very rocky and there was no hand rail I am not the best on my feet a hand rail would have been good not good if you are disabled

The staff were wonderful! Fun and engaging, very kid friendly experience. We have 1 boy aged 10 and he had a blast. Fun for adults as well. The food was average and ship is dated.

Whilst it’s understandable with families a trip of this kind is likely to be busy it felt far too over booked and chaotic. There were not enough seats for people on board which with a young child is not ideal. The sea swimming was ridiculous, with people crowding the exit of the boat it was so hard to get back on board.

Fun boat trip, seeing the sights and swimming in the sea. The pirates were lots of fun (with no filters) so can’t be offended easily. But overall a good laugh. The food was delicious and bar prices not to bad. The only things I would say is a designated smoking area is needed on board. We couldn’t escape someone blowing smoke in our face yo on deck and at the front of the ship. My son has asthma so we had to dodge them where we could. Also no aircon inside the only shaded area. So very very hot.

Amazing from start to finish,the pirates put on a great show and kept us entertained throughout. Would thoroughly recommend. Lunch was great too,was served chicken,rice,salad and potatoes. Just need to take money for drinks. Had 2 swim stops aswell

The black pearl is an impressive ship & obviously draw the attention of the kids but we felt for the price for 2 adults & 2 children the experience was disappointing. The ship was very busy so we sat lower deck, which we didn’t mind to be honest as it was a very hot day. However this meant we had no interaction with any of the “pirates” other than when they helped with the life jackets. We didn’t even get the paper passed down to make a flag. The swimming was fab & food nice.

Overcrowded, and not enough shade in the heat of the sun. Can’t see any view when indoors. The smell is overwhelmingly strong as well. The crew are fun however, and the swimming part is good. My son enjoyed it. The food was better than expected.

From the start having transport was the best option. We had to walk to the meeting point but only a short walk. When we arrived we were dropped off right by the Black Pearl. When we finally started on our journey the pirates and staff were fantastic and interacted with the whole ship. Jack Sparrow was brilliant and a very close lookalike with great mannerisms! The show put on by the pirates made this trip amazing! Stop off swimming was great as well as lunch! Very well run ship!

The boat was so overcrowded we were stuck down under deck. Missed the some of the entertainment. Awful food and disorganised when leaving the boat to swim. A huge crowd of people trying to get in and out of the water which I felt was unsafe.

Det var en väldigt rolig tripp på havet med väldigt roliga karaktärer. De fick igång både vuxna och barn även om språket var engelska. Dock var det problem när vi bokade första gången. Pengarna drogs på kortet men vi fick ingen bekräftelse på bokningen. 10 minuter innan bussen skulle gå fick vi äntligen ett samtal om att bokningen inte gick igenom. Då hade jag jagat svar i ett dygn. Det blev väldigt ledsna barn som stod redo att gå till bussen. Dock fick vi bra service i ärendet i efterhand.

We didn't stop laughing until we got off the ship... This really is a great day out. The pirates are so funny and make a real effort to get everyone involved. The bar staff & crew members are all equally good and all get into the spirit of the day. There is plenty for the kids to do. They do flag making, and different games and a dance around the boat. When other boats pass or you see people on land, you all have to shout ,Aaaarrrrgggghhhh, and the kids all have to wave their flags.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip , I do recommend sitting on the main deck to catch all the action though as that’s where it’s all at. It’s was really hot when we went and you are in direct sun so remember your hats ??. I even jumped off the top deck into the water which was an experience and also see a turtle ??.

It was a brilliant day out - really tailored well for younger kids. Having said that, my two daughters are 12 and 17 and although they didn’t get involved in all of the activities, they still said it was the best day of their holiday! The staff onboard were brilliant, lovely lunch and it was really entertaining. You just need to turn up with your swimwear, suncream and towels with some money for drinks and any Black Pearl t shirts or pirate toys to buy onboard (all were a reasonable rate).

The pirates were very interactive. The children engaged and thought the whole trip was great. Very reasonably priced drinks, snacks and ice creams on board. Was a little crowded and difficult to manoeuvre around the boat however this did not spoil the trip. Maybe fewer numbers would have made the trip a little more comfortable however no complaints really. 2 stops for swimming which were great. Staff fab and overall a great trip.

Super hyvä! Järjestäjät jack sparrow, pursinainen (britti) ja captain barbossa oli super hyviä! Heidän kemiat kohtasi todella hyvin. Hieno laiva ja kaikki on todella sujuvaa mm. Bussikyyti, pysähdykset uimaan ja ruokailu. Monelta matkustajalta puuttui uimataidot, niin miehistö oli todella huolehtivainen.

The pirate ship was a really enjoyable experience for my children. The ‘crew’ embraced their roles & interacted with guests throughout. The only improvement may be to offer the trip later in the day/evening when It is extremely hot.

Det var en trevlig aktivitet för både barn och vuxna. Kanske behövs mer uppsikt när alla hoppade i från båten, det var strömt. Att guiderna måste komma ihåg alla barnen på båten, inte bara de som var på ”huvuddäcket” där alla inte fick plats. Kanske inte prata i munnen på varandra i mikrofonen, svårt för barnen att höra engelskan. Annars bra mat och bra underhållning!

We booked this experience through tui, we thought oh it’s going to be full of families and no couples how wrong we was.Being fans of potc ourselves we could not miss this opportunity, it was absolutely brilliant, the Crew made sure they involved everyone even though it was a busy ship. The rum definitely was not gone yet anyway Captain Jack even sat down with us chatting away got a picture with my partner by shouting get over here gin ger beard we know you want a pic.

The biggest problem was TUI picking us up from our hotel an hour before it was due to start sailing off which meant the party of 8 we were traveling in failed to get a seat or table in the sun. All the entertainment was on the upper deck and we saw none of it. The only little benches we were able to use was in the smoking section right at the front, which wasn't great as we had young children with us. The cruise was over subscribed. Dont think I'll bother next time. Shame we can't get a refund

Great excursion! Duration perfect amount of time, so entertaining and brilliant to have 2 swim stops. All very professional and thoroughly enjoyed! Bit too long waiting on stairs queuing for lunch and life jackets but with number of people on board couldn’t be helped. Also very hot waiting at the dock while everyone boards - an iced bottle of water as a welcome drink would’ve been handy and a nice touch. Flag competition winner not announced which was disappointing for kids. Overall I recommend!

Great fun for all ages. Take your snorkelling gear as was great watching the fish at the swimming stops. Food was lovely and big portions. Staff were very amusing but also informative of the area where we were.

The actual experience of going on a boat like the black pearl and that some of the staff where in character. The toilet facilities where disgusting and the asking for tips at the end. This is cringe. The trip for a family is expensive enough. Drinks on board of very expensive. Would be better if all the crew were dressed as pirates. Over all ok trip but could be improved

The day out on the Black Pearl was fantastic. The guys that run the ship an the entertainment was brilliant. They got everyone involved an we will be returning next year to have Capt Jack Sparrow rebew our 25th wedding anniversary vows. ?? can't wait. This trip is a must in Cyprus.

The best part was the swim in the blue lagoon and sandy bay with my 7yr old boy, there was nothing that I can find fault with, it was a very wonderful experience. Absolutely Loved it. Higly recommend this excursion.

Fantastiskt bra pirater med engagemang och inlevelse. Kombinerade fakta och nöje på ett bra sätt. Barnen var stört förtjusta (5, 6 och 9 år). Vi badade från skeppet i kristallblå vatten. De tillhandahöll flytvästar för barnen att ha på sig för att bada. Helt okej mat, kycklingklubba, ris och sås. En jätterolig upplevelse för hela familjen vi gärna gör om :)

Great day out for all the family. Staff provide brilliant entertainment, lunch was tasty and plentiful. Lots of information as we sailed along the coastline. Reasonably priced drinks. We loved it, highly recommended

The only thing i would say is that it should be more clear that this is not for small kids in terms of bathing. The back of the ship is chaotic during swim opportunities, i saw several families with kids 5-10 really struggle. And, only 1 working toilet was a bit of a disaster :-)

Best value for money possible. Lifetime of memories made, and everything was perfect from the transport, crew, food, breathtaking scenery and incredible swim stops in the unreal blue Lagoon.

Everything was perfect until our return to Bristol airport. We had travelled through the night and were exhausted. The flights were fine, staff were excellent, huge praise for Nicola the cabin manager, but from the moment we got off the plane in Bristol everything went Pete Tong. It took over 2 hours for our luggagee to come through, without one member of staff from either Tui or the airport available to tell us what was happening. It was shambolic!
