Der Besuch im Carnival Magic in Phuket ist auf jeden Fall ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Anlage ist unglaublich schön gestaltet, mit vielen Lichtern, Details und einer großen Show, die wirklich beeindruckend ist. Man merkt, dass hier viel Aufwand betrieben wurde, und allein die Atmosphäre lohnt sich eigentlich schon. Allerdings ist der Preis ein klarer Minuspunkt. Der Eintritt ist schon relativ teuer, und im Park selbst muss man für fast alles extra bezahlen – Essen, Getränke und viele Aktivitäte

Absolute Abzocke! Sehr teure Eintrittskarten, drinnen fast alles zusätzlich kostenpflichtig. Geeignet bis ca 8 Jahre, da läßt man sich von bunt blinkenden Lampen und einfachsten Spielgeräten begeistern. Ist man älter, das Geld lieber woanders ausgeben! Service & Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.. daher insgesamt eine 3/10.. ansonsten 1/10! Schade um die wertvolle Urlaubszeit!

Carnival magic is a fantastic experience for any age , we went as a older couple and loved it . The only downside was being fussy eaters there wasn't much choice at the buffet. Overall we had a great time

Falsche Uhrzeit auf der Voucher eingetragen, information nur über TUI App wegen Änderungen geschickt, nicht mindestens über Rezeption, eine Stunde umsonst verloren, keine information wie in park der Ablauf ist. Sehr schlecht organisiert und keine richtige Kommunikation

God oplevelse men synes at det er al forkert at det skal koste penge for at prøve de forskellige ting man føler sig presset til at prøve og har man børn med kan det hurtigt blive et helvede når der bliver sagt nej ?? de hyler og skriger og det er ikke til at holde ud for os andre høre på

Upon booking we were told the carnival was open from 5.30 till 11.30pm and out transfers would take approximately 1 hour. We were picked up from our hotel at 4.25 and didn't arrive at the carnival until 6.35, so took over 2 hours. The transfer driver then told us to get back to the pick up location at 10pm. This meant we literally only had 3 hours to enjoy the carnival in which time we also had to eat and couldn't see the final show at 9.30 due to transfer back. Not value for money due transfers

I had a wonderful experience! The event was very well organized, and all the staff members were super friendly and welcoming. Although a few had some difficulty understanding English, their effort and hospitality more than made up for it. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

The park and show is more for younger children and that should be made clearer when adults are booking although the kingdom of lights was very good. Also timings of parade, show etc should be clearer as we were having dinner and missed the parade. Excellent for younger children though
