The value for money is good but tui charges adult price for an 11 year old only for you to have to pay more when you get there as they see it as you've paid for a child. So I ended up paying another 44 lev. I suggest you clearly state when people put the age of there kid and pay adult price that they need to be paying for age over age 11 even if they are 11 and under. The choice was 7 to 11 and under 7

Great service on returning from the aqua park to our hotel using the shuttle bus. The only disappointment was the service wasn’t available for pick up from our hotel to take us to the park. This meant we needed to pay for public transport and then walk to the park.

It's a good size Aquapark and a short distance from the Blue Nevis resort. It's worth booking online as pre-booked queue is much shorter. It's an afternoon excursion which means entry from 2:45pm till 6pm. It's still enough to do all the slides. There are no privacy/family changing rooms and toilets were really smelly. Also, we kept our belogings with us (like most people do) as lockers are extra paid. All and all good excursion. Thanks.

Pros: clean. Friendly staff. 10% off food due to booking with Tui. Could take in water not food, except baby food. Transfer there easy to book with hotel reception. Cons: ticket cheaper if 90-130cm but there are only 5-6 slides you can go on with someone 130cm+ as well as a splash park. Made the day awkward for us. Transfer back was chaos. Our hotel wasn't an option on the boards & drivers weren't interested. Thought we'd have to walk back when our lovely original driver appeared: our saviour!

Lack of inflatable rings for water slides meant long waits for rides. Most staff were friendly and approachable but janitorial staff in restaurants were rude and aggressive. Good choice of sun beds though and park was clean and tidy. Kids had great fun. Was a shame you couldn’t take your own lunch and drinks into the park as food was expensive when already paying a hefty entrance fee for a family of five

The hotel rooms was lovely and the lobby too it all was very clean and nothing wrong with the rooms/ hotel building whatsoever. However there is not much range of food and bars, I ended up eating the same meal for 7 nights. Also the swimming area could be better and more clean it felt like a 2-3 star hotel when you get near the pool area not a 4 and a half rated.

Personal myself couldn't go on any slides because the steps were to high when using a walking stick. So if you where a spectator you should have had a reduced rate

Lots to do for children and adults. My family enjoyed the water slides and everyone seemed to enjoy the wave pool especially the foam machine followed by the pool party. We all enjoyed the visit - even the less active of us!

It's good for the kids plenty to do. You need to explain ticket prices on your app clearly on the main page. My son is 10 but 145cm which means he needs a adult ticket So was charged again on arrival which is poor from tui. Also my daughter is 2 but under 90cm which means she's free to enter which is even more annoying as I bought her a ticket, as tui say from age 2. Basically it's all done on height but tui don't explain this on the ticket purchasing page.

Really fun day, not too busy. Lots to do for the whole family. Beware, website says kids under 11 years is child’s price but when you get there they made us pay the extra for adult price for my 8 year old son as height above 130. Food is good and reasonably priced.

Having been to both Nessebar and Sunny beach aqua parks. This park is definitely better for smaller children, smaller queues and a more relaxed atmosphere. We were happy to let the kids go off on their own at times as it was a lot smaller park and less busy. Having said that there were plenty of rides to keep them entertained and the lazy river was a winner, which was much bigger than the Nessebar waterpark lazy river. The free bus took us from door to door no fuss.

Great waterpark, queue times were pretty short. Service in the fast food restaurant was appalling, though the food itself was reasonable. Staff were .ore I tested in chatting and laughing amongst themselves rather than serving customers. The kids loved it and loved the wife variety of slides

The lifeguards needed to take charge of the rubber rings. People weren’t leaving them at the slides but instead keeping them on their sunbeds. The service at the restaurant is awful and I wouldn’t recommend.

Stor & trevlig vattenpark där det verkligen finns något för alla. Vissa rutschkanor går galet fort (superkul men lite läskigt också) & det är trevligt att man kan åka ring i flertalet rutschkanor. Det finns även flera små barnvänliga områden/världar. Det finns gott om solstolar över hela området om man vill sola/vila. Minus var att man inte fick ta med eget snacks in, men den märkte de upp så man fick tillbaka när man åkte hem igen, vilket var jättebra. Toppen att det fanns skåp att hyra.

Paid online via Tui the when we got to the water park, we had to pay an extra 24 lr for our child, they said on the desk that it was based on height not on age. Same for the family behind us, they had to pay it 24 three times. It’s not on when you pay the fee and then have to pay more money when you get there. Not impressed at all.

The park was clean, rides easy to get on as the queues were not too long even though park was full. Cost of food and drink reasonable and plenty of sun loungers around the park. Clean toilets and shower facilities. Would recommend to families

Fantastic place to visit. Just need TUI to update prices. I paid for 4 adults and 3 kids as the ages where 3-11. My daughter who is 9 was over 130 so we got charged an adult price at the aqua park.

Holiday was lovely. Pool area and staff were very nice. Location was great Room was very small and old fashioned. The luggage check in at the airport was a disgrace, 2 staff members to check in the flight. Took over 3 hours to drop off bags and get boarding cards.
