Great to have 3 free drinks included in the price. However, 1 of those drinks is to be used in the main bar either before or after you go in to the ice bar. Service here was very slow with only 1 bartender. The ice bar itself is organised so well that it feels like you’re being told off half the time. You only get a maximum of 25 minutes in there and the drinks choices are purely different flavoured vodka shots or beer. Wouldn’t recommend or return in the future sadly

Staff disinterested. Limited drink options - diluted drinks. Ice bar is basically air con and a few props Gloves smelt bad. Didn't like the atmosphere

If you have been to Manchester Ice bar at Xmas you will be expecting about the same … except it’s not … it’s like a large freezer that ur all stood in

Great
Good atmosphere, but a little disappointed at the lack of actual sculptures, of which there was 1! Other than that, the staff were welcoming and not bad value for money.

Icebar itself was a good experience but we were booked in for 3pm on the Sunday only to find out they don't open until 4pm and had no update from Musement but other than that i would recommend it for something different and was very welcome as it was 28° outside
