Esta medina, una de las mayores del mundo islámico rodeada de murallas, fue declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en 1988 por su magnífica arquitectura árabe, que no ha cambiado en siglos. La Gran Mezquita y la fortaleza de Ribat son mis monumentos favoritos". Little to see in Hergla, unless youre interested in graveyards. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Sousse felt a bit dangerous at times for tourists and was pleased to leave unfortunately.

Staff were incredible - polite, attentive and so welcoming. The facilities were clean and everything accessible. Fantastic choice of food every night. Wine was awful, though - so much better quality is needed. Floor in dining room was very slippy: we were lucky as guests but witnessed 3 staff slip on the floor, one woman fell on her face and seemed quite badly injured.

Wycieczka do Hergli i medyny w Sousse była świetnym doświadczeniem – ciekawa, dobrze zorganizowana i pełna interesujących informacji. Ogromna w tym zasługa Pani Małgosi, która jest niezwykle sympatyczna, otwarta, pomocna i ma rewelacyjne poczucie humoru. Dzięki niej cała wycieczka miała wyjątkową, swobodną atmosferę. TUI, w ramach nagrody, prosimy zimą wysłać Panią Małgosię na Zanzibar – my chętnie pojedziemy tam razem z nią! 😄

Die Tour war insgesamt gut organisiert, allerdings wurde sie als deutschsprachige Tour angeboten und fand dann in drei Sprachen statt. Dadurch gingen viele Erklärungen verloren und es zog sich teilweise unnötig in die Länge. Außerdem war die Shoppingzeit mit nur etwa 1,5 Stunden deutlich kürzer als erwartet. Hergla wurde als das „Santorin Tunesiens“ angekündigt, entsprach jedoch leider nicht den gezeigten Bildern. Für knapp 50 Euro pro Person finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut

Nous avpns dépensé 240 euros pour rien !!! Nous avions expliqué à la représentante que nous voulions juste aller au Souk et elle nous l'a vendu comme ça alors que nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'acheter quoi que ce soit ! On a d'abord fait une "visite" dans un village on a eu 20 minutes pour faire des achats mais 1 seule toilette donc 10 minuted de files ! Au Souk meme pas 1 heure de temps libre et le guide court .... Activité à fuir il vaut mieux prendre un taxi!!! Nul nul j'aimerai être rembour

Coach was 30mins late from leaving our hotel even though it arrived on time. When we got to the next hotel the driver went Inside to get the next passengers and the tour guide. He returned 20 minutes later. We were now 1hr behind schedule. Not much English spoken or communication between us and the guide. When we got to the madina we were left on our own for 1hr to do some shopping inside a shopping centre. It was not guided at all through the markets/madina. I was very disappointed with this

Expected a Welcome Tour to give us a good insight into the country, its people, its history, its culture and the politics of the local area instead we got a tour that pointed out flowers, trees and Mosques. Driver was professional. Guide was pleasant but him delivering all elements of the tour in French, then English, then German meant that time was taken up translating his script. He never gave any opportunity to ask questions and also lacked any charisma. Would not recommend.

Durch Sousse gehetzt um dann in ein Geschäft gebracht zu werden und nach zwei Stunden den Guide wieder zu finden, bei einer roten Ampel schnell in den Bus zu steigen. Von der Stadt haben wir nichts erfahren.

The excursion should be sold as a stop at a tied fishing village with a walk up a cobbled hill, then a stop at a coffee shop at the side of a main road,to finish off an hour in a souvenir supermarket. Little time was left to explore the old city because of the time lost in traffic.

The tour sounds amazing but in reality it was a disappointment. The guide was pretty knowledgeable. The 1st location the people were friendly but given about 25mins to walk around a couple of shops. The 2nd location all the vendors jump on you to come into there store. We were given about an hour to kill but you seem to be dropped off in a shop where you enticed to either eat in the cafe or buy something as soon as you leave the shop your harassed by vendor's whilst trying to kill the time.

The tour ran on time. Lots of information from the guide. Only two stops so nice and compact and not overflowing and tiring. Medina was very good, good opportunity to do shopping. Coach was comfortable, good AC and safe driver. I would recommend this trip being value for money.

Wir 2 waren die einzigen deutsch sprechenden Personen, verstehen etwas englisch. Der Guide war sehr bemüht, hat uns den Sitzplatz im Bus hinter ihm freigehalten und uns zuerst immer in deutsch kurz erklärt, dann französisch, dann englisch. Er war sehr bemüht und hat die Gruppe gut zusammen gehalten und gut aufgepasst auf uns. Trotzdem hätte ich mir vorallem in Sousse etwas mehr erwartet, war aber in der kurzen Zeit wohl auch nicht möglich. Insgesamt wars aber in Ordnung.

Generally this was a great way to see 2 very different parts of Tunisia in a controlled environment. We loved Hergla but would have enjoyed a bit more time. The Medina tour was OK, but we felt that we could have got lost at any moment. I would have felt happier had he told us a meeting point when we got off the coach, lest some of us got lost. The translation into German, French and English was frustrating.

The guide was very informative . We weren’t warned about the cobbled streets , which made difficult walking . I have mobility issues so found it difficult to walk on the cobbles. Would have liked an extra hour in the medina for shopping . But all in all , a good experience

Quadtour war Toll,es wurde Rücksicht daraufgenommen falls man mit Quad nicht klar kam,prima! Very rushed. Did not enjoy the tour. Also not told about mobility issues for Hergla......my mother really struggled with steps there. Overall we would not reccomend.......very poor trip........the same at Sousse......rushed through the medina to an expensive shopping center.. not the experience we expected. Very poor trip.

The welcome tour was a great way to introduce us to the area. See the flamingos was lovely. Having the tour around the medina in Sousse was good to get your bearings and see the important sights. Have a drink in the cafe on the top top floor as the views are amazing.

Very much enjoyed the Hergla part of the tour and could have done with more time there. Not that interested in the shopping mall part although the view from the top was ok! Was not impressed with the fact that we could have been picked up from our hotel as instead as we booked online the hotel Tour kalef was not on the list. We asked the rep at the welcome meeting if he could assist but he didn't seem interested. 15 minutes to the collection hotel. The tour guide said this would have been ok...

This your is nothing like the description, the village of Hergla was pretty much a waste of time, as there was very little to see. I appreciate it's Ramadan but the village was almost deserted. The trip then to the souk might have been better had we not been rushed through it just to have mosque doors pointed out to us. We were then shown where to be for the coach pick up and given just over an hour to have a look round. Nowhere near enough time to meander through all the little streets.

After we were picked up and drove half an hour we waited for another half an hour at a hotel in Sousse for a family that had cancelled their trip. This meant that we spent 1.5 hours on a coach before we got to Hergla! This was a bad start but the guide was very knowledgeable when we got to Hergla which is a beautiful town. Then we were taken to a cafe where we were encouraged to buy a drink. Sousse was a quick tour round the medina then 1.5 hours free time.

Half day trip was just about right. Trip to Hergla was interesting but there was not much there. Trip to Sousse was longer but with a large group it was difficult to negotiate the Medina Market - meaning the route was not always through the main areas. The time at the end of the trip allowed you to visit areas that may have been missed. Guide Mohammed was knowledgeable and coped well with a multi national group - fluent in German & English

The trip to village was just like any village & coffe shop stop was unnecessary. Visit to Medina could have had more free time
