Para conocer el rico patrimonio de Malta, esta excursión es difícil de superar. Disponible en opciones de medio día o día completo, retrocederá en el tiempo hasta los lugares más históricos y pintorescos de la isla. Pasee por las calles adoquinadas de Mdina, visite los acantilados de Dingli y contemple los jardines botánicos de San Antón.Nos dirigiremos a Mdina para realizar una visita guiada por sus estrechas calles y a los miradores que ofrecen vistas panorámicas de la campiña circundante. El tiempo se detiene en esta "ciudad silenciosa", paraíso de los cineastas. A continuación, los acantilados de Dingli. La excursión de medio día termina con una parada en los jardines botánicos de San Antón, situados cerca del Palacio Presidencial.Si opta por la excursión de día completo, también hará una parada en las catacumbas de Rabat, paseará por el centro de artesanía Ta' Qali y visitará la Basílica de la Asunción de Nuestra Señora de Mosta, que parece un panteón y posee una de las cúpulas más grandes del mundo.

De excursie was goed ,het enige minpunt was dat de gids is vertrokken zonder zich te informeren waar we waren.In Mdina hadden wij begrepen dat we om 16 uur moesten verzamelen.Op dat tijdstip was onze hele groep al vertrokken en is er vervolgens dus niet meer naar ons drieën omgekeken.Dit vond ik niet verantwoord van de gids.Er had namelijk vanalles gebeurd kunnen zijn.Uiteindelijk hebben wij om 16.30 maar zelf een taxi gepakt naar het hotel

I really enjoyed this tour, John Paul our guide had so much knowledge, that it made the whole experience enjoyable. The food venue was good and the food was lovely. My only issue, is that not every one drinks wine, so it would have been a nice addition if soft drinks were also available as an option.

De communicatie kon beter . Gids maakte dan wel gebruik van microfoontje met versterker. Het slenteren door de smalle straatjes, voldoende tijd bij de kliffen was ok Beperkte toilet aangelegenheid bij lunh stop. ( 1x defect) Rondleiding in Mosta + schuilkelders was top.

Elizabeth the guide was very witty, informative and extremely interesting. A very good balance of things to see, not rushed and well planned especially in view of the heat. Raymond the driver always on time to pick us up and coach very comfortable. Food good in restaurant. Would definitely recommend this full day trip, well worth the money. Don't think there is anything you can improve on as it was so good.

Celine, the tour guide really knew her stuff, giving us a very comprehensive history of every site we visited. First stop was San Snton gardens, and the presidential palace. Second stop was Dingli Cliffs with The Chapel of Mary Magdalene, then on to Mdina. She gave a full history of Mdina throughout the centuries from the Arabs to the Christian’s back to the Arabs,. Listing the knights grandmasters. Final stop was The Rotunda & war tunnels in Mosta. Amazing day out.

Sehr schöne Tour, da wir am Norden der Insel wohnen, war die Fahrt mit dem Bus zum Treffpunkt ok. Aber es waren am Vormittag zu viele Gäste, über 40. Deshalb konnten einige die Informationen des Guides nicht immer mitbekommen, trotz Mikrofon. Dann waren mehrere Busse zur selben Zeit zur selben Stelle Unterwegs, was chaotisch erschien. Es hat alles geklappt, die wissen schon was sie tun, nur ab und zu war es eben hektisch, weil die Gruppen einfach zu groß waren.

De hoogtepunten waren de Mdina, de botanische tuin van San Anton, de kliffen van Dingli en de Mosta dome. De lange stop in de ochtend in het zogezegde “ambachtelijk” dorp was totaal overbodig en zorgde voor te weinig tijd op de andere te bezoeken plekken. Deze stop moet geschrapt worden! Jammer dat de gids totaal noch gemotiveerd noch enthousiast was. Een absolute afknapper was de lunch. Er is een vast menu en er wordt geen rekening gehouden met allergieën of intoleranties.

Het verdelen van de groep per taal verloopt chaotisch waardoor men tijd verliest. De gids was goed in zijn uitleg maar als we van het één naar de andere locatie gingen te voet keek hij niet of iedereen kon volgen.

It was a great day out, but we had no more than 20 mins to ourselves in places before heading to the next. Which meant there's was no opportunity to explore once you've found a toilet!!!!!!! Really disappointing as the tour was mostly about churches, which hold no intetest for us non-religious types!

Unser Minibus musste ca. 20 Min. ohne Informationen warten. Ohne Entschuldigung oder Erklärung nahm der Guide die Tour auf. Das ganze wirkte eher wie eine Verkaufstour. Durch Mdina wurden wir mit Erklärungen nur durchgeschleusst ohne Möglichkeit mal 15 Minunten auf eigene Faust sich umzusehen. Für eine deutsche Reiseleitung waren Sprachkenntnisse gerade noch so ausreichend.

Tour was great, very well organised and Jean Paul was very helpful. The meal was excellent although I was annoyed as a non-drinker to be charged for a bottle of water when everyone else got free wine! Our Tui Rep Sebastien was very helpful in suggesting and organising the trip for us.

The guide was excellent, and we did visit a lot of history. However the whole day was very rushed, with too much crammed in. The bit that we really wanted to visit (the Mosta rotunda) was hugely rushed so we hardly saw any of it. The cliff visit was a waste of time (apart from the coffee) as was the visit to the jewellery store. There were too many people on the tour, so everything took too long, and the large amounts of walking were clearly too much for many of the group.

The tour was too rushed with not enough time to ecplore Mdna. There were other places lile the cliffs and factory shops where buying was the priority. John the guide was excellent and knowlegsble. The church in Mosta was good but the cattacombs were not the official St Paul ones which was disappointing.

De basis van de excursie is Mdina/Rabat. De gids was vriendelijk en vertelde veel, maar hadden maar 15 minuten de tijd om zelf rond te lopen (veel te kort). Moesten naar een restaurant, waar veel tijd verloren ging. Daarover: vooraf aangegeven dat 1 persoon geen varkensvlees eet. En op t menu stond een varkenslapje. Er werd een dunne omelet gemaakt, verder veel tijd leidt aan een commerciële “handcraft Village” . De excursie was niet slecht, maar viel tegen…,

Nous avons aimé la qualité des explications de la guide. Les découvertes faites : Mdina, les catacombes, l'église de Mosta. Par contre, le jardin botanique n'est indispensable à une journée de visite. Rien de remarquable. Le repas à Rabat n'était pas exceptionnel. Menu imposé sans le moindre choix alternatif excepté pour les régimes alimentaires différents.

Folgende Anmerkungen haben wir: der Aufenthalt in Rabat (Sterling Manufaktur streichen, wird hier Provison kassiert?) hätte für e. indivi. Aufenthalt noch länger sein können. Hier war nur die Besichtigung der Katakomben möglich. Das Essen vor Ort war auch eher von schlechter Qualität. Hier merkt man die Massen, die durchgeschleust werden. Der Weißwein war nicht gekühlt und das Wasser musste man zusätzlich bezahlen. Hier sollte eher Wasser angeboten werden und Wein extra bezahlt werden.

Our rep booked this for us. He spent a lot of time talking about the full day tour and what it involved but then only booked us and others on the half day without telling us (I think the full day was fully booked but he already told us all about it). The best bits of the tour we didn't get to do. It was also too many people for one tour guide, we were struggling to stay with her and couldn't hear anything she was saying

The guide Valentina was superb, excellent information and very interesting and very patient with some who weren’t as punctual as necessary. Our driver Ian was brilliant. However, had we known how much walking, without a stop for refreshment or short sit down, we may not have chosen this. Ideally lunch should have been taken earlier thus breaking up what was quite arduous walking for some. In high summer older guests would have found it exhausting. Give this consideration.

Mdina and Mosta were very good. The day was too long. The dingle cliffs were unnecessary. The catacombs were basically go down a flight of steps to stand in a basement and hear some history not what was expected at all. The garden s were nice but no forewarning of the state of the paths. This trip needs a rethink. The lunch was very good.

Jean Paul, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour and was quite amusing. Our driver, George, was extremely careful driving us around. The lunch was really tasty and very welcome by the time we arrived at the restaurant. My only negative comment was the short time allowed for independent sightseeing as we seemed to only get 10-20 minutes free time.

Die Reisebegleitung war exzellent. Auch alle mitgeteilten Informationen und der Bustransfer. Das Essen war dagegen mittelmässig, aber bei dem Preis wohl nicht besser machbar. Alles in allem sehr gut.

Our guide was very efficient and knowledgable. The only issue is that he had yo ask the group about food issues as this is not communicated to him although i was asked by my tui rep when i booked. The restaurant were able to provide swaps. Philippe handled it all very well.

Medina was interessant. Bezoek aan de tuinen met woning president ook. Bezoek aan de kliffen hoefde er niet bij te zijn, maar was ook niet storend.

Tha guide was knowledgeable. The tour seemed to be disjointed but appreciate the customers need to be collected in to one place to start. Tour was enjoyable Strange that you could stay at the end of the tour

Charlie our guide was knowledgeable. Unfortunately the weather was cool and rainy as it was the first week of March which made standing outside listening to the history less enjoyable. Quite a few activities so a busy day.

Elizabeth was a font of knowledge & she had a great sense of humour. She answered any questions easily & all in all was excellent. The garden visit was a waste of time, especially this time of year. Lunch ok not brilliant. All other aspects of the tour I would say was brilliant & we really enjoyed.
