Bij deze tour wordt u opgehaald bij uw hotel of accommodatie in Bratislava. Het wijnbouwgebied Kleine Karpaten ligt op de zuidoostelijke hellingen van het gebergte Kleine Karpaten en is een van de acht wijnbouwgebieden van Slowakije. U komt aan bij Red Stone Castle, waar u de kasteeltorens boven het dorp Casta bezoekt, dat op slechts 35 km van Bratislava ligt. Na de bezichtiging gaat u verder met een bezoek aan Modra, een historische stad. De volgende stop is Pezinok, waar u een stadstour maakt met de ingang van een Majolica Pottery fabriek. U heeft dan vrije tijd voor de lunch. Op de terugweg naar Bratislava stopt u in Svaty Jur, waar u een degustatie van wijn uit deze regio krijgt in een stijlvolle wijnkelder. Our guide, Milan, was very knowledgeable, we enjoyed our time with him. The castle tour was very good. However, some things not as advertised. There was no time scheduled for a lunch break, as the tour was from 12-6pm, we had little to eat between breakfast & 6pm. The majolica shop was closed The initial wine tasting stop was closed. Milan eventually found another wine tasting, which was very good. But a lot of time was wasted place finding things closed, & trying to find somewhere open.
