Bardzo fajna wycieczka. Super przewodnik, z bardzo dużą wiedzą. Ciekawie opowiadał, dzięki czemu naprawdę nie dało się oderwać ani na chwilę od opowiadanej historii, a dzięki wplataniu żartów dużo zostaje w pamięci, w tym także tureckie słówka. Przepiękne widoki i zrównoważony czas na każdą atrakcję. Polecam każdemu!

Der Guide Turan war sehr nett und konnte viel erzählen Das war das einzig Positive. Für diesen Preis bin ich von der Tour sehr enttäuscht. Es waren 1,5 Stunden Shopping und wenig Kulturelle Veranstaltung. Ich würde dieseTour nicht mehr machen und kann sie nicht empfehlen. Besser etwas außerhalb des Hotels buchen ohne Shopping dafür mehr zu sehen für weitaus weniger Geld. Es ist mir ein Rätsel, warum Tui so gestaltete Touren anbietet.

Der Ablauf war nicht wie von der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort beschrieben. Der Besuch im Shoppingcenter sollte 35 Minuten dauern. Der Guide kündigte eine Stunde an, die es auch dauerte. Plötzlich wurde ein zweiter Stop zum Shoppen mit 45 Minuten angekündigt, von dem die Mitarbeiterin als wir wieder im Hotel waren angeblich nichts wusste. Alle Gäste der Tour waren enttäuscht und sauer, da die Zeit in Side dadurch kürzer war als angegeben.

Das ist eine reine Butterfahrt. Erst zu Dieckmann, dann zu einer " Lederfabrik" , die sich als schlechter Pelt- und Lederverkauf herausgestellt hat. Endlich nach Stunden in Side angekommen, hatte man selbst und die Kinder schon kein Bock mehr. Für Side hat man gar keine Zeit mehr. Man rennt einmal an den schönen Sachen vorbei, die auch noch verdeckt sind. Ich würde allen empfehlen, buchen Sie sich ein Taxi und fahren auf eigene Faust nach Side.

Insgesamt eine reine Shopping-Tour. 1 1/2 Stunden Fahrt (da wir noch verschiedene Hotels anfahren mussten) 2 Stunden Shopping (erst Bazar, dann Leder). 30! Minuten Stadtrundgang und 1 Stunde Freizeit. Eher enttäuschend, wenn man Kultur erwartet. Tipp: Direkt ein Taxi zur Stadt buchen. Ist preiswerter und flexibler

Guiden lämnade mig sjuk ock kallt i Side. Väntade före bästemnde tid för guiden som kom aldrig. Väntade och väntade på ett samtal, och att bli hämtade men hon ringde mig från min hotel i alanya för att säger att hon lämnade min vind jacka och allt jag hade med mig i hotellet. Ner jag bad om förklaringen hon blockerade mig. Pratade med Lotta dagen efter och berättade allt. Even att jag hade inte casa att ta taxy eller bus tillbacka, endaste credit kort som de inte vilja ta emot. Kom 17:58 tillba

Der Reiseleiter hat während der Fahrt in sein Mikrofon gesprochen und das war viel zu leise man hat überhaupt nichts verstanden und er hat patzig geantwortet als wir etwas nachgefragt haben weil wir es nicht verstanden haben der Apollo Tempel und die Strandpromenade waren sehenswert

The first shopping outlet wasn’t what was expected and all were back on the coach within 15 mins everyone agreed longer at the second would have been better but even though we were 1/2 hour saved they wouldn’t allow. Side a beautiful village .

Wycieczki opieraja sie na wozeniu turystów tylko do wybranych sklepów (tych samych dla kazdej wycieczki) bazaru "turystycznego" i chyba "zaprzyjaznionej" firmy. To co najwazniejsze (Side) Pani przewodnik opowiedziala w autobusie w czasie przejazdu (to bedzie po prawej to po lewej) zaprowadzila nas do punktu najdalszego, na soczek i wskazala za ile sie spotykamy w autobusie sama idac na obiad w "zaprzyjaznionej" resteuracji. Ocena "0" dla TUI za wycieczke i dla Pani "przewodnik"

The temple is very interesting, but the hottest time is the tour. Between 11-2. Swap the temple visit with the shopping. Do the temple first, then go do shopping when is very hot, in the air conditioned mall/ leather shop

Rezydentka hotelu Aletris wprowadzajaca w blad nie sluzyla pomoca zalezalo jej tylko na sprzedazy wycieczek a prosby i pytania o pomoc ignorowala pyskata wrecz bezczelna w zadnym innym hotelu nie spotkalismy sie z taka osoba. Mamy nadzieje ze nigdy wiecej nie spotkamy tej osoby.

Das erste Kaufhaus war noch ok. Das 2. war ein Ledergeschäft mit Preisen ab über 1000 Euro und mehr, aber das kann sich kaum Jemand leisten. Die Tour in Side Antik war an sich ok. Jedoch ist der Guide von Punkt zu Punkt gerannt, Zeit für Fotos waren da nicht eingeplant und es wurde auch nicht gewartet bis der Letzte den nächsten Standort erreicht hatte. Der Guide war so leise, dass man nur die Hälfte verstand. Side Antik an sich ist sehr lohnenswert.

Bus we were in had defective seats and the seat belts didn’t work , it smelled of stale smoke and wasn’t clean The shopping experience needs to be at the end so that people that want to shop can . On our tour people wanted to see Side and know about the history … no one wanted to shop so that was a waste of time . When we did get to Dide which is stunning the guide wasn’t very good and would stop in the blazing sun only a few meters away from shade Overall Side fab Tour disappointing

Bei Buchung wurde uns leider nicht mitgeteilt, dass eine Lederfabrik/Verkauf "besichtigt" wird... Der Aufenthalt im Outlet-Store hat dies aber wieder wettgemacht!. Schade war auch dass es die Info gab, dass wir spätestens gg. 14:30 wieder im Hotel sind. Aber es kam bereits zu Beginn der Tour die Info, dass es später wird... Wir waren dann erst gg 16:15 wieder im Hotel!. Aber trotz allem war es ein schöner Ausflug!

Side samo w sobie super, warto pojechac i zobaczyc ale mysle ze na wlasna reke. Przewodnik niby ok ale powtarzal sie non stop i to nie o zabytkach a o rzeczach które nie byly istotne (dostaniecie na koncu sok,) zaprowadzil nas na ruiny pogadal z 3 minuty i powrót zdjecia w biegu robilismy. Jubiler i sklep w ogóle bez sensu strata czasu. Lepiej z tego zrezygnowac i spedzic wiecej czasu w Side. No nie polecam ?????

We really enjoyed the service that we received from the staff, especially as my wife is on crutches and they above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and assisted her with all her needs. I did not enjoy the leather shop, but the dickmans store was amazing. The tour of Side was just brilliant, the guide really knowledgeable, it would be good to advise people to bring hats as the weather was extremely hot

Samo Side bardzo ladne i ciekawe ale zwiedzanie trwajace 2,5 h za 30 euro to lekka przesada. Milo, ze w restauracji podano sok szkoda, ze z kartonu. W Side trzeba bylo biec zeby jeszcze zrobic zdjecia,bo wycieczka trwajaca od godziny 14 dojechala na miejsce o 18.Mnóstwo zapychaczy i naciagania.Nie polecam nikomu tej wycieczki.Lepiej poszukac w polskim biurze turystycznym na miejscu niz tulac sie po jubilerach.Na minus równiez zle informacje o powrocie. Zamiast powrotu o 20 (wg rezydenta)byl o 22

Absolute Enttäuschung! Wir haben eine TUI-Tour in Side gebucht, die auf Englisch stattfinden sollte – tatsächlich wurde aber ausschließlich Polnisch gesprochen. Für uns vollkommen unverständlich und nutzlos. Von den angekündigten Programmpunkten und Geschäften wurde kaum etwas eingehalten, der Ablauf wirkte völlig chaotisch und unorganisiert. Besonders dreist: Wir wurden beim Einsammeln der Gäste vergessen! So etwas darf bei TUI nicht passieren.

Przede wszystkim przy zakupie fakultetu nikt nie poinformowal mnie o programie który okazalo sie opiewal Olympia jewellery, a takze sklep z podróbkami Dickman. Rezydentka jasno oferowala miejscowosc Side i zakupy tam. Ta czesc fakultetu zajela 3:45 z przejazdami. Na miejscu w Side bylismy jedynie 2:45 min, gdzie powrót do hotelu zajal 49 min. Czuje sie oszukany jak równiez pozostali uczestnicy, nie na to sie umawialismy, do tego przewodniczka bezczelna i arogancka. Wstyd !!!

Das mit der Lederfabrik würde ich streichen. Hatte wirklich niemand unserer Gruppe interessiert. Verkäufer waren sehr aufdringlich. Der Rest war perfekt.

Die Tour selber ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Shopping Erlebnis bei Dickmann war gut, aber anschließend noch der Lederwaren-Laden (mit relativ hohen Preisen aber einer großen Auswahl) ist zu überdenken bzw. die geplante Aufenthaltsdauer mit den Teilnehmern besser abzustimmen. Der eigentliche Ausflug war sehr interessant und gut erklärt, aber auch hier sollte man sich den Teilnehmern anpassen. Die Aufenthaltsdauer (mit Kindern) war definitiv zu lang. DOCH: Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!!!

It took three hours to get there as we first stopped at a weird leather shop and had to sit through an awkward fashion show and be hassled by staff to buy leather. We then had to go to what was essentially Primark - a packed shop that deals in fakes. All very boring for me and the children and meant that by the time we got to Side Old Town, it was 12pm and therefore in intense heat. We were rushed around here - shame as it was great. Back to the hotel 3 hours late so missed activities there.

Abholung mit englischsprechenden Guide, während 1.st Fahrt hat diese sehr viel erzählt, wir konnten wir nichts verstehen. Kurz vom Ziel Buswechsel mit deutschem Guide. Bis zum Mittag reine Verkaufsveranstalltung, unnötig und zeitraubend. In der Lederfabrik füllte man sich eingesperrt und von Verkäufer umkreist, unangenehm! Die Side- Führung leider in der heißeste Tageszeit, da wir ja Vormittags „einkaufen“ waren! Die Führung zu kurz, viel zu wenig Informationen. Verlorener Urlaubstag für uns!

Sehr sympathischer Reiseführer, der auf der gesamten Tour, auch im Bus, wirklich interessante Dinge über Land, Kultur etc. erzählt hat. Die Zeit im Textilgeschäft war leider etwas zu kurz. Wir konnten uns daher leider nicht alles anschauen. Der Stop bei den Lederwaren könnte unserer Meinung nach gestrichen werden. Die historische Führung durch die Altstadt von Side war sehr interessant und man konnte tolle Bilder machen.

Bij het bezoek aan de lederwinkel waren de werknemers zeer onbeleefd, zelfs verbaal wat agressief toen we van hun moesten vertrekken. Andere kledingwinkel was top, bezoek aan de tempels was zeer kort, je werd er rap "vrij" gelaten voor een uur of 2, wat mij niet stoorde. Allemaal supervriendelijk mensen daar in het kleine stadje.

Als Ausflug am Morgen deklariert, auch vom Reiseleiter als ca. 4 std ausflug beschrieben. Nach 3 Verspätungen von anderen Parteien und den Organisatioren, einer Fast Schlägerei zwischen 2 anderen Parteien, eine. Unverschämten Reiseleiter, einer Defekten Klimaanlage und 2 Märkten die nicht angegeben waren haben wir nach 4Std abgebrochen und sind mit dem Taxi ins Hotel gefahren. Haben Side nicht mal zu sehen bekommen, absolut Grotten Schlecht. Beschwerde ist raus.

Die Textilhalle war super. Man hatte nur eine halbe Stunde Zeit, aber ich wurde fündig. Die Lederfabrik war schön anzusehen, aber man kauft nicht auf der Schnelle eine Lederjacke für 400€.

The tour in Side itself is great. Lovely harbour/bars/sights. What let's this down is the trip to the leather store before Side. The staff here are really on a hard sell. You are followed throughout by a sales man, continually throwing items your way despite repeatedly saying "Just looking, I'll let you know". If you touch a single item you will be badgered with prices until you eventually leave. TUI really need to have a word with the owner or remove it from the tour.

Ogólnie sam zamysl wycieczki mi sie podobal, tak samo przewodnik. Jednak na koncu mielismy malo czasu w Side, a z przewodnikiem w samym Side bardzo pedzilismy. Z 2h które mielismy miec czasu wolnego, bylo to 1h 30min wraz z dojsciem do autobusu (25/30 min). Bylo to zdecydowanie za malo i tempo wycieczki na koncu bylo zbyt szybkie. Cena wycieczki byla ok, wiec tu nie mam co do zarzucenia.

Pani przewodnik rewelacja, zwiedzanie Side i opowiesci o starym miescie i ciekawostki na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Natomiast pokaz mody w sklepie ze skórami byl delikatnie zenujacy i ten punkt atrakcji móglby zostac pominiety. Poza tym wycieczka super.

Wirklich ein toller Ausflug mit vielen Interresanten Informationen über Land und Leute allerdings fanden wir das der Besuch bei Diazz Leder Manufaktur sehr Ernüchternd und auch sehr Undreundlich war als man merkte das wir keine 3000 € Lederjacke Kaufen wollten uns hätte evtl interessiert wie wo was genäht und oder verarbeitet wird ! Organisation und Reiseleiter waren 10 ?? sehr empfehlenswert bis auf mein Angesprochenes Manko!

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug, bei dem man nicht nur viel lernen konnte, sondern auch auf eigene Faust herumstöbern durfte. Das einzig nervige war der Stopp bei Diazz Leder, so aufdringliche Verkäufer habe ich noch nie erlebt. Diekman ging so, hätte man sich aber auch sparen können. Allerdings war es auch recht heiß an dem Tag. Mit der Binmelbahn, oder Golfcart zurück, war es aber angenehm. Danke an den Metin und Busfahrer Mehmet.

Second tour with the brilliant Denis. Great for us because he is an excellent guide. Great local knowledge delivered with the usual good humour and patience. We really felt that we left knowing a lot more about the stunning Side than we did before. It's a really nice place plenty of history on offer if you care to take from the guide. The the cafe stop was very welcome, because it was about 44 degrees. Bring a hat or umbrella for shade. Harbour was so pretty and the outlet on way back was a ok.

Uwazam ze w sklepie Olympia warto powiedziec turystom zanim zawiezie sie ich na miejsce o przedziale cen. Ktos moze sie zdziwic ze to sa ceny w przeliczeniu na PLN w Tysiacach zlotych w kupnie np. Zlota ale warto tez powiedziec ze pozlacane rzeczy sa do 200€. Sklep z odzieza bardzo fajny przydalo by sie wiecej czasu wolnego o 30 min godzina to malo na tak wielki market. W Side do samo mimo ze to mniejsze miasteczko to 2 h ponad by wystarczy

Kunne tenkt å gå litt mer å se i fred og ro i skinn butikken, da hadde man kanskje også kjøpt noe. Der ble det bare mye tid på å takke nei til ting man ikke ville ha og prøve å komme seg ut.
