The only problem we went to Thule glass Museum first and they had to go through a lot to find our tickets that we bought through you. They finally did find them, but I had no idea we were going through the space needle

I mistakenly bought 9 tickets for the wrong day for the Space Needle and Chihuly visit. The policy was no refunds or exchanges. We were not even going to be in Seattle on the day I bought them for. The customer service GRACIOUSLY reached out to the venue and they switched our tickets!

Had my buddy fly into SeaTac, and I was looking for ways to show him WA. We had a reservation on Sunday at 6:30pm, and most things closed by 5pm. We were early, and they accommodated us at both locations, would recommend this experience.

My daughter and I really enjoyed visiting the Space Needle and took some amazing pictures of the views. Chihuly was just incredible art and getting the opportunity to see how the glass pieces are made was impressive. We took many photos there as well.

I brought my two daughters and granddaughters. We went to the space needle and then onto Chihuly’s glass museum. We were all amazed at how wonderful the exhibitions were. The upgrade at the space needle was very well done! My granddaughters love, the glass blowing exhibit.

If you’re visiting Seattle, the Chihuly glass museum is great especially if you’re particularly into glass. The exhibit is so beautiful and walking around the garden is definitely a highlight. The Space Needle was awesome too - amazing views, being able to see both the city and the water. Recommend!

Space Needle is a great experience (I'm originally from Chicago, so as height goes Sears Tower has got it beat) I had seen video of Chihuly before, but nothing will prepare you for the real beauty of the place.
Also good weather played a key role.

We were very disappointed when we got to the Chihuly glass museum. Come to find out the main area was closed for an event. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Without going to the main garden really is a dissatisfying experience.

Chihuly Garden and Glass was the best thing I visited while I was in Seattle. The space needle was an added bonus. I wish I had been able to go on a weekday versus Sunday afternoon, but my schedule did not allow for that....just a reason to come back!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Seattle Space Needle and Chulaly Gardens.
Pre-ordering tickets online saved us time and everything was super easy. The only interesting thing is that you have to print out your passes for the visit. Why can’t there be a scan of your phone?

I booked the chihuly garden ticket with the space needle online. When we got there the garden was closed for the afternoon!!! I only got partial reimbursement for the ticket. It should have stated on the website that it would be closed!!! Disappointed ☹️
