Das Essen in der Lounge war nicht so gut (allerdings war es mit 5:00) auch sehr früh. Dass es keinen Rabatt gibt, wenn man als Familie (3 Personen und mehr) kommt, finde ich auch nicht so gut. Dankbar war ich für gut gepflegte Sanitärräume.

Unangenehm war die Wartezeit bevor der Check-in möglich war. Der Weg zur Passkontrolle führte wie bei den üblichen Check-in durch den gesamten Terminal, Der einzige Vorteil war die Passkontrolle durch den Diplomatenschalter. Die Lounge ist okay,Sauberkeit an den Tischen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Essen war eine Zumutung Auswahl gleich null Getränke waren soweit okay. Für diesen doch recht hohen Preis hätte man in den anderen Restaurants fürstlich essen können. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen

Poor
cost for two people very expensive. Took a long time to arrive at airport, due to bus transport spending extra time waiting for passengers at other hotels. Difficult to locate Elite Lounge. German TUI rep helped me. Husband has mobility problems. Once registered, fast track service and wheelchair was fine. But by the time we got into lounge having paid for two hours, only had use for half hour. Paying extra for alcoholic drink is not acceptable. Not good value. A refund would be acceptable.

Die Lounge ist super. Es gibt alles was man sich wünscht, obwohl die diesjährige Essensauswahl nicht so besonders war, wie letztes Jahr. Das einchecken ist innerhalb von ca 10 kin erledigt und man darf sich überall "vordrängeln". Allerdings würde ich mir wünschen, dass das Personal einem mehr erklärt und mehr auf einen eingeht. Es war etwas hektisch.

We had to wait 45 minutes at check in due to a technical error which meant we didn’t have time to use the lounge once we had been through security as we had to board. I am awaiting response from TUI regarding this as £300 is an extortionate amount to spend to not be given time to use the facilities due to the checking in error which was out of my control.

Although the service was very good in respect of by passing all the queues you have to endure at Antalya airport I do feel the price is quite steep. The lounge itself was very relaxing and the food we had was nice. For the price paid I feel at least maybe one alcoholic drink could be included.

Der Vip Bereich ist dreckig und alles ist beschmiert. Das Angebot an Speisen beläuft sich auf erkalten Hähnchen Nuggets und Kartoppelecken. Die Theken sind dreckig und alles liegt durcheinander. Die Verweilzeit ist durch diesen chaotischen Flughafen sehr kurz. Und das für 120 Euro / Person. Nie wieder.

We took advice received on TUI app to use the VIP lounge as there were going to be delays at the airport due to terminal 1 being out of use for international flights. Entering into the area was cold in atmosphere, only one member of staff had some clue about what was happening. Everyone else seemed bored. Yes, there was plenty of seating in this area but the food was diabolical. We sat looking out of the window at all the food choices below feeling quite resentful. Toilets were disgusting.

Good: Meeting point outside Door H Terminal 2. Escort to & through rapid luggage security checks & passport check/ boarding card issue Continued escort to Lounge. Not so good: “Hot” food lukewarm - not good where chicken is being stored on a buffet. Would use the facility again.

Der Check In und Zugang war wirklich stressfrei und sehr entspannt. In kürzester Zeit waren durch alle Kontrollen und in der Lounge. Die Lounge selber ist nichts besonderes, aber zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit gut und vor allem genug Sitzplätze. Das Essen war kalt, aber die Sandwiches und Getränke für. Der Preis ist zwar aus meiner Sicht etwas zu hoch, aber würde es insbesondere für Antalya jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke

The checkin is brilliant at VIP the lounge is clean and so are the toilets but the food facilities are not great as a lot of it is out in the open it would be better in sealed packaging I think that is also a little pricey for what you get as well. £50 would be better

TUI-Mitarbeiter im Hotel war nicht besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte bei ihm den VIP-Checkin gebucht, aber der OR-Code wurde nicht in der Mail von TUI angezeigt. Der Mitarbeiter drucke dann die Buchung aus und am Flughafen fiel erst auf, dass es nicht die Buchung für mich war. Daher kam es zu einer erheblichen Zeitverzögerung beim Einchecken. Finde ich sehr ärgerlich bei dem Preis von 89 Euro!!!

Apart from one security guard who was rude to my wife the actual experience was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone using Antalya airport to use this service as it was so quick and stress free. The issue with the one security guard I raised with the person taking us to the lounge and he was excellent and a credit to the company, apologising and offering us drinks as a way of apology. Could not believe how quick it was to get into the lounge once we stepped off the coach - 15 minute

It wasn’t easy to have the full fast track experience as the staff were not helpful in directing us to the correct area. Once we were in the correct area it took a long time to check in our suitcases and receive our boarding passes. We were escorted to the lounge area by a very pleasant man who did make us feel welcome and special. Once in the lounge, it was a very nice clean environment but the food consisted of cold chicken and chips! Limited selection of rolls - chicken or cheese.

Ich würde es auf jedenfall wieder buchen auch wenn es ein wenig überteuert ist. Aber es hat sich definitiv ausgezahlt. Vom ankommen am Flughafen bis zur Vip Lounge hat es ca. 10 min gedauert, tolle Sache.. Nur dann das einsteigen zum Flugzeug war sehr mühsam, ziemliches Chaos.. Ein bißchen mehr Infos wäre gut gewesen, da der Mitarbeiter uns in der Vip Lounge abgeliefert hatte und dann ging. Er schien neu zu sein..

Fast track was a great way of beating the queues although they weren’t as bad as we were advised they would be. Fantastic to be accompanied from entrance to VIP Lounge. Only got to be in lounge for around 45 minutes before going to gate, so think £75 per person is too much.

Toen wij aankwamen bij de AirPort. was het totaal niet duidelijk aangegeven waar we heen moesten. Eenmaal binnen wist het personeel het ook niet waar we heen moesten. We zagen ook niemand van TUI uiteindelijk zagen waar we de koffers moesten inleveren pas iemand van Tui. Waar we het aan konden vragen. De lounge zelf was echt wel relaxt. Je zat niet in de drukte was erg fijn! Want het was niet normaal druk op de airport. Je kon er heerlijk eten in de lounge en er was een schone wc.

The fast track check in and security was great. The staff were helpful and attentive. We didn’t eat any of the food in the lounge as there was nothing there we liked so didn’t feel what we paid was worth it as we had to buy food elsewhere.

Die Möglichkeit den Check-in und die schnellere Abfertigung am Schalter zu nutzen war schon Klasse. Allerdings hatte ich nur sehr kurz die Möglichkeit, die VIP- Lounge zu nutzen da wir sehr verspätet am Flughafen ankamen, statt 1:10 Stunden fuhren wir über 2 Stunden wegen eines Staus auf der Küstenstraße. Alles in Allem ein gutes Angebot.

Schlechte Hinweise nach der Busfahrt. Man schickte mich durch die normale Abfertigung. Später habe ich selber den Bereich gefunden wo ich mein Gepäck abgeben konnte. Eine sehr nette Dame hat mich dann in den Bereich geführt. Hier war alles völlig in Ordnung.

De service opzich was geweldig! Het nadeel vonden wij dat de reisleiding veel fouten heeft gemaakt in het boeken van deze activiteit. Datum verkeerd op het ticket waardoor we meer dan 30 minuten in de stress aan de telefoon zaten (wat extra geld kost buiten de EU) en op het vliegveld bleken onze namen verkeerd op het ticket te staan, ook dit kostte veel tijd!
