Qué esperar
Desde las extensas plantaciones hasta las escarpadas calas y bahías de la costa este, esta excursión de safari por la isla le llevará a algunos de los lugares de más difícil acceso de Barbados. Se detendrá para hacer fotos en lugares que le conmoverán el corazón, como Edge Cliff y Little Bay, y se relajará con un almuerzo bufé en el Sugar Cane Club. Los relatos folclóricos de su guía añadirán dramatismo a la excursión.En esta excursión no perderá el tiempo para acelerar el ritmo mientras asciende hacia Gun Hill, donde se encuentra una histórica estación de señales y desde donde podrá disfrutar de unas vistas impresionantes de la isla. Se desviará por el puente Molasses (pronto sabrá por qué se llama así) hacia Edge Cliff. No mire hacia abajo si le dan miedo las alturas.A continuación, volveremos a la carretera, pasando por los jardines tropicales de Andrómeda y la histórica casa de Clifton Hall, hasta Bathseba, en la costa este. Little Bay será lo siguiente, pero para llegar hasta allí tendrá que navegar en todoterreno por Joe's River Forest y la playa de Cattlewash. A estas alturas ya estará listo para comer, así que nos dirigiremos a un almuerzo bufé lleno de especias en el Sugar Cane Club.

The whole day was excellent. Ken, our driver was so friendly and informative. He took us to beautiful landmarks and even stopped on route so we could taste fruit from local sellers and sugar cane (which was a first for us and very tasty!) he made us laugh so much and the off roading was very “bumpy bumpy!” which just added to our experience because “it’s a safari!” The lunch stop was at a lovely hotel and was delicious too…yum. The whole day was brilliant from start to finish, couldn’t fault it!

A great trip- our guide Lamar was very interesting and informative. He did a great job of balancing history but keeping it light. We felt wiped at the end from all the bouncing around but enjoyed it immensely. Lunch at the Sugar Cane Club was delicious - a small dessert would have been nice - even if only ice cream as it was very hot. Plentiful snacks and drinks on the trip and loads of photo opportunities. It would have been nice to have a rest stop somewhere earlier on.

Our driver Lamar was full of knowledge and made the experience fun. Had a lovely trip round the island with plenty of stops. Food was great and plentiful with snacks and drinks along the day. Great day

The guide was very friendly and helpful. The drive round the island was a great character. The only thing that did spoil it was the weather, but that couldn't be helped.

Ken the guide is fantastic, very enthusiastic, good fun and informative. The lunch was also tasty in a lovely hotel. Its a bumpy ride so be prepared for a roller coaster ride around beautiful Barbados.

Jeep safari a great way to see the island and guide Dex was very entertaining and informative. The only negative was that the driver was 1 hour 30 minutes late . After contacting TUI through the app they did contact hotel to say he was stuck in traffic. It would be helpful in future if the company were pro-active to contact hotel to advise about this rather than leaving it for the guests to chase. This would be quite simple for the company as the groups are normally only between 6 & 10 .

The guy Marshall was funny and nice but the trip was short and the jeep was an hour late so every stop was cut short
