Qué esperar
Únete a un recorrido con acceso completo, que empezará con un paseo de 90 minutos por la capilla de San Pablo, el muro conmemorativo a los bomberos y el Monumento del 11-S. Después, el guía te llevará al Museo del 11-S, donde te entregará una entrada con hora reservada para minimizar las esperas y para que puedas disfrutar de una visita a tu propio ritmo.Tras visitar el museo, te dirigirás al One World Observatory (que está a dos minutos andando). Este mirador panorámico es una maravilla de la ingeniería y de la arquitectura. La visita empieza en vestíbulo de la torre de la Libertad (Freedom Tower), con la reproducción de la película Voices, dedicada a los hombres y mujeres que trabajaban en las Torres Gemelas y al nuevo One World Trade Center. Podrás subirte en el ascensor Sky Pod, que asciende a los 381 metros de altura en 60 segundos.El mirador empieza en el piso 102, con el See Forever Theater y baja hasta el piso 100, donde se encuentra la plataforma de observación principal. Allí encontrarás pantallas LED, un vídeo interactivo con pantalla táctil y hasta un restaurante, aunque lo que más te llamará la atención son las impresionantes vistas del paisaje de Nueva York.

Unser Guide hat leider nur englisch mit Akzent gesprochen. 9/11 Museumsbesuch und der Besuch des One World Oberservatory, beides sehr beeindruckend. Für das Museum genügend Zeit (min. 2 Stunden) einplanen. Beim WT - Turm kann auf das Tablett (10$) u. E. verzichtet werden.

De gids was een zeer vriendelijke gepensioneerde "local" die vol passie over "zijn" stad vertelde en over de dag 9/11 zelf. WE hadden ook kaartjes voor de One World geboekt maar helaas was het zwaar bewolkt en zouden we de stad niet kunnen zien vanaf de top.. Gelukkig bood men ter plaatse aan dat we het kostenloos konden omboeken naar een andere dag. Hier hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt

Guide frühzeitig vor Ort und sehr gut zu finden. Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Führung lohnt sich. Man bekam vor Ort andere Tickets, mit denen gab es im weiteren Verlauf keine Probleme (bei anderen gebuchten Ausflügen, waren die TUI-Tickets immer unbekannt und führten zu Problemen). Beim Museum keine lange Wartezeit. Das Museum ist absolut sehenswert. Der Tower lohnt sich für einen Blick über New York. Wir hatten allerdings aufgrund Nebels keine gute Sicht.

Tim was very engaging with the whole group. He made sure he knew everyone 's name which he would include when sharing other people events on 9-11. The pace was perfect and the time flew bye. Anyone who gets Tim as a guide is in for great tour.

The tour was really good and also the visit to the freedom tower was good but we were on the understanding we was also visiting the museum too but to be told that's not the case? Apparently that was not in with the price.

Tim was an excellent tour guide. We discovered that the museum is closed on Tuesdays and we didn’t know that ahead of time. Very disappointed. We really did think the museum was included in the ticket prices.

Me and wife really enjoyed the tour and Helene the tour guide was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her and the tour didn't feel rushed and she was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Our guide Benoit was great. He was informative, provided a binder full of historical pictures for reference, and kept to the schedule. We then were on our own to explore the memorial and observation deck. I would highly recommend Benoit and this tour.
