Me & my grandson throughly enjoyed our swim with 2 dolphins. The only thing I will say is you’re not allowed to take your own photos & videos & the price for the photos in my opinion is a rip off 150 US dollars & then an extra 45 US dollars for 3 extra photos that apparently wasn’t included in the price. Other than that it was amazing

The journey was longer than anticipated, on arrival we waited over an hour to go to the dolphin area. The water was extremely dirty and not as suggested in photos, which meant that my child had a fear to swim with the dolphins reducing the experience. We swam out together but came back in individually, which is a shame as the photos of us doing the activity together would have been more memorable.

Hadden een hele goede gids, en hebbe echt een unieke ervaring beleefd met Dolfijn Isa, het funtastic programma is echt aan te raden voor mensen die niet kunnen zwemmen, wij hadde deze genomen voor onze dochter van 7jaar omdat ze het toch nog spannend vond.

Easy transfer, staff staff introduction session were great, very friendly. The time with the dolphins is wonderful- and good session, lots of engagement without tiring them out. Sadly, you cannot take photos - a photographer is assigned to your group and you have to buy them. 39 dollars for one photo is ridiculous! They do 'deals' which are also insanely expensive. You are pressured to buy all the time which detracted from the amazing experience with the gorgeous animals.

Het zwemmen met de dolfijnen was geweldig en we hebben enorm genoten. Helaas viel de organisatie tegen. Voor de prijs van het Excellence-pakket verwacht je veel meer service. Eén medewerker begeleidde alle groepen, niemand controleerde of reddingsvesten (zeker bij kinderen) goed zaten, foto's kostten maar liefst $200 extra, omdat eigen camera's niet zijn toegestaan. Tevens hebben we de beloofde zeeleeuw niet gezien. Al met al een gevoel van ********** als smet op de leuke activiteit.

Paid for it online with the TUI app. Waited outside the hotel entrance for a hour for the bus to take me. Didnt turn up. Went to go see the rep after, not his fault he told me that i had to wait outside security gate not hotel entrance. You need make it more clearer on your pickup point on the booking confirmation. So waste of money really.

50 minutes in total amount of time spent in water along with other visitors. We’re told one dolphin for two people - not true In total spent less than 5 mins with the dolphin. Otherwise the experience was very pleasant and I enjoyed it very much.

Great experience. Spectators were not allowed to watch Needed more time within the grounds no opportunity to do thr bird your due to bus arriving at 2pm. We were thst a bus would take you down therefore returned wheelchair only to be them told you have to walk by which time wheelchairs had gone. Photos were very expensive. This was a birthday treat as my daughter was 11 no effort was made.

The whole experience was dragged out from the driver purposely driving at 10mph to make sure the driver took over 1 hour to get there when it was was only a 20 min taxi. Staff didn’t speak good English at the centre and kept us waiting for over 1 hour to check in and then another 40 min before taking us to the dolphins. Forced to purchase dolphin photos at $195 as you can’t take your own photos. Everything overpriced to rip the tourist. Short time with Dolphins as groups of 12 at a time.

I paid on the tui website for the dolphin encounter (not a swim as my mrs cant swim) she just wanted to get in the water and meet the dolphins as did the kids once we arrived at the park we were told yellow wrist bands get in 40mins with the dolphins not swim just meet and greet. Then as usual with these holidays it all changes once your there and there is a language barrier very rude staff. I was told instead we paid to see the dolphins nearly a mile away from the beach. Very unacceptable

Das lange warten 20 Minuten bis der Guide einen den Ablauf erklärt. Dann das Einschulungsvideo dauert 5 min und dann mussten wir wieder 40 Minuten warten bis beim Meeting Point. Sehr viel warten dadurch nach den Delfinen zu wenig Zeit zum essen Pizza musste mit in den Bus genommen werden. Vogelshow war vor 10 Jahren besser.

Overall ok experience. The dolphins are in a very small pen though which is animal welfare questionable. Staff aren’t that friendly and it’s very expensive for photos. Although it’s advertised as a 2-4 hour trip it’s definitely 6 hours. No food or drinks included so take water and pack a small snack as onsite cafe is expensive. Staff at park want you to stay longer so you buy food at the cafe which we didn’t do. Overall ok but there is better trips out sadly. I feel bad for the dolphins.

We enjoyed our time with the dolphins . Communication as to how to behave in the water was difficult to understand . The water was very murky in the dolphin pools . I booked the package that also involved the sharks and stingrays . But only got to swim with dolphins . So disappointed , Bad advertisement on behalf of tui . The gift shop was reasonable prices . Photo package and video $80 for one person $150 for two . Bus was on time, driver friendly .

When you arrive, there are a lot of other coaches arriving at the same time. The staff do not explain the process, you are pointed to seats and told to wait, which we did for nearly an hour with no updates. You are treated like a cash cow.

Transfers was fine. Got to explorer and had to wait around for nearly an hour while everyone checked in. Then NO PHOTOS anywhere in park. Straight to a photos with mccaws and sea lion which actually cost 15 dollars each! Not included in photo pack. Then to dolphins which was great. Then photos shop 80 dollars per person we had two people so got 10 dollar 'discount'. Ocean world in perto plata was better. When paying a lot of money you should a least get to explore park and take photos.

It felt a bit rushed with the seal and they only took one picture which for most people in our group did not turn out very well. Oddly enough… I only did the excursion for the seal, which is probably not the norm. The dolphins were great and seemed really happy doing their tricks with us. The trainers seemed to really enjoy their time with the animals and I loved that. I wish we could have taken some of our own pics since the seal pics turned out so bad, but overall we loved it!

It’s a shame all they wanted to do was sell you photos as soon as you arrived it starts - I wouldn’t mind but the quality was not good,out of our photos 2 were good and they wanted $210 and wouldn’t let me buy them separately!! When you get to the dolphin the pools are small and murky which makes you feel bad about how they are kept!!

The dolphin swim itself was really good however $200 for photos when we have already paid a lot to go is excessive. Also when we agreed a price in USD then then used there own conversions rate which meant I paid $10 extra as the card machine only accepts Dominican pesos. This is highly wrong in my opinion

Il costo delle foto e video 260 dollari per 4 è un furto e tutta l esperienza è incentrata nel fare le foto per poi vendertele. L acqua dei delfini è marrone per il sargasso. Tutti gli hotel spingono per questo tour solo perché lasceranno grosse mance alle guide degli hotel. Esperienza pessima

So much waiting around in the hot sun. Its quite poor when you have little ones, they get bored. We spent the best part of an hour stuck on a bench waiting around for staff to take up to the dolphins. They also charge you an obscene amount of money for pictures and even more if you pay in local currency and not usd. I would not recommend this trip, especially if you have small children

The overall experience with the dolphins was amazing. The downfall of the experience was the cost of the photos. They wanted a whopping $330 for photos! and offered us to buy one photo for $39! We have great memories but its absolutely a joke they make it so unaffordable for any physical memories.

It was upsetting to understand the clear picture of how the dolphins are imprisoned. Although, I can tell from my own viewpoint that the handler has a bond and compassion for the dolphins that’s he was working with. I still find the overall concept and condition the dolphins have to deal with as a very sad ordeal. They should be released or at least given opportunity to come and go. But I do understand this could never be the case. Over all your crew of workers are good people and very competent

Meeting dolphins was an extraordinary experience, however I wouldn’t do it again. The enclosure where dolphins are kept are too small for them. I would say, if you need to see them, go for a trip where you can see them free on the open waters.

Amazing experience!! Pricey but worth it. Had the best time ever lots of interaction with the dolphins only slight issue we had was we got forgot about on the coach we was the first hotel next to the dolphins and ended up doing a tour of Punta Cana before been dropped off the bus driver was really sorry just annoying a 5 mins drive became a 2 hour!

Spent more time waiting around than actually seeing the dolphins . Was bored for most of the afternoon . None of the staff speak english, despite trying to engage with them using the small amount of spanish i know, could not answer questions about dolphins or their habitat etc and also struggled to understand and follow their instructions throughout the afternoon which was frustrating. Cant enjoy the time with the dolphins becuase all they care about is taking photos to extort you later. Not gd

Swimming and interacting with the dolphins was an amazing experience. The trainers were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable. The location was beautiful, and getting so close to the dolphins was unforgettable. They were playful, gentle, and incredibly interactive, making the whole experience truly special.

Vous n êtes tous simplement pas venu me chercher au point de rendez vous .... et quand vous demandé des compte on vous dit lisez se qui est ecrit en tous petit en bas ... il faut re re re re re re re re confirmer que vous venez a l excursion 24 h a l avance alors que vous etes dans notre propre avion a ce moment la pendant 10h .... et que vous recevez le mail en question pendant que vous etes justement dans cette avion.....

We were led to believe the dolphins were in they’re natural habitat and could come and go as they please back to the open sea this was not the case there were contained in pens , a zoo without bars . guest should have the confidence in your reps that they have full knowledge in the trips they promote, we would of happily booked an alternative trip if we had known. We will certainly look more closely at any future trips we book this trip is not for animal lovers

We were late due to waiting for other guest to board coach by half an hour. The experience was amazing but We got changed we got photos then went to a drink where we told our coach was waiting for us and to take drinks with us. We did not get to feed the birds or see them which was part of the experience. Perhaps if the driver had left on time we would have had time to enjoy fully.

Positiv.- Det var jättekul och jag kan säja att det är prisvärd . Negativt - no mobiler eller privata kamera nära delfiner, och bilderna som vi fått kostar 180 dollars. Det är för mycket pengar.

The meeting of the dolphins is amazing. Everything else around it is poorly organised. Our app told us to be ready for 8:45. It was actually 9:15, after an hours journey we had to sit in the waiting area for 1hr40mins with no fluids. You cannot take your own photos, we therefore were forced to pay $380 for photos of our family of 5. You’ll get it much cheaper elsewhere and a better experience. Disappointed Tui recommend this trip, I feel ripped off.

They wasted two hours making us sit and wait when we arrived. You should just give people the time of their tour and ask them to be ready at the pavilion when it’s time, then we could walk around and explore freely instead of making everyone wait for an hour and then moving them to a new place and making them wait again and watch the same video over and over. Plus $300 for pictures is stupid. I do not recommend this tour.

Erg toeristisch, veel op de foto voordat je de activiteit krijgt met de dolfijnen Bij de dolfijnen heel goed! Veel leuke dingen gedaan in het water met de dieren Foto’s wel erg prijzig….😅

It was a shame the phones were so expensive!!!!!! £350 for our family photos. The dolphins were incredible and the group guides were fabulous. 1 hour in the water in a group of 6! Such a special experience!

The time spent in water with the dolphins was amazing. My partner is disabled but can walk short distance. The coach was not equipped to take her collapsible electric wheelchair and the driver struggled to get it on board, with it taking up 2 seats. The coach was crowded. At the centre she had to transfer from her wheelchair to one of theirs, which I then had to push her everywhere, and it's a trek. We had to leave our glasses in a locker, then we had to watch a video which I couldn't see

Very disorganized. Took way too long from arriving to get into the water. There was clearly no difference in packages. Adding the fly after waiting in line then having to wait again was ridiculous. The forced pictures were ridiculous and time consuming. Did not expect to spend more than half the day for only 30 min in the water when it was supposed to be more

Staff is rude, condescending and entitled. The entire activity is a cleverly designed tourist trap. They don’t allow any video or picture, then they offer to sell their own to you for $80 USD per person. We've already overpaid the activity at almost $150 per person for 45 min of actual dolphin time, just to be scammed at the end by greedy, pushy sales people. The dolphin pools are dirty too, looks like inhumane conditions. Will share this on Google Reviews to help others avoid this sketchyness.

We did the package with 2 dolphins, it was definitely worth it. Great experience. We also bought the video and photographs, these are quite expensive but they are worth it again we felt

Wszystko było super . Niesamowite przeżycie i kontakt ze zwierzętami. Delfiny piekne i widac ,że to nie praca tylko zabawa Polecam w 100%. Jedyny minus to dość dlugie czekanie najpierw na wszystkie autokary ,potem kilkanascie razy ogladany ten sam film instruktazowy i na końcu na spektakl z papugami. Ale mimo to polecam naprawdę warto.

As an observer i was not allowed to be close to the dolphins that i had paid for my wife and grandaughter to participate with. It took nearly an hour for a bus to be. arranged to take us to our hotel
