Las mujeres embarazadas de hasta cinco meses de gestación pueden participar en este programa siempre que vayan acompañadas de un adulto y firmen el formulario de exención de responsabilidad correspondiente.

Los niños de entre uno y cinco años pueden participar de forma gratuita, siempre que vayan acompañados de un adulto que haya pagado la entrada.

Los niños que midan menos de 1,20 metros pueden participar en el programa si van acompañados de un adulto que haya pagado la entrada. Los niños que midan más de 1,40 metros pueden participar sin acompañante.

Recuerda utilizar crema solar biodegradable para contribuir a la protección del medio ambiente.

El impuesto gubernamental correspondiente a esta actividad no está incluido y se abonan 50 pesos mexicanos por persona directamente al realizar el check-in.

Die Delphine waren ok, aber….Der Ausflug begann 30 min zu spät, Fahrer unsicher, keine Ortskentnisse. Kein Guide vor Ort, komplett auf sich selbst gestellt. Ausflug mehrere Stunden überzogen. Keine Abholung, Teure Telefonate zu TUI ( 12 Minuten). Taxi-Transfer selbst gezahlt, nach telef. Zusage der Kostenübernahme. Fazit: komplette Katastrophe, nichts organisiert… dass kenne ich so von TUI nicht. Bitte um Rückerstattung der Taxi Kosten 100 Dollar und angemessene Rückerstattung des Ausflugs.

Sehr enttäuschender Ausflug. Die Anlage ist viel zu klein für Delfine, Robben und Seekühe. Vor Ort wirkt alles ganz anders als erwartet. Die Organisation ist chaotisch, am Hafen herrschen Menschenmassen und mehrere Boote gleichzeitig ohne klare Abläufe. Zudem ist alles extrem überteuert: Ein einzelnes Foto kostet 40 Dollar, Fotopakete sind sehr teuer. Fühlt sich nach Massenabfertigung an, nicht empfehlenswert.

The trip was well organised. Picked up from the hotel and taken to the ferry. Then, we were taken to Isla Mujers. The aquarium staff well trained and very informative. The bands you were given were also well organised through to lockers and the buffet after. I'd highly recommend ??

De excursie op zich was waanzinnig. Het probleem was echter dag we met een reden hadden geboekt voor de halve dag. Hierdoor een planning gemaakt voor de rest van de dag. Pas op het moment dat we aan boord van de boot gingen bleek dat er geen boot terug was in de middag en werden we verplicht om tot het einde van de dag op het eiland te blijven. Graag hadden we op voorhand geweten dat er ter plaatse beslist word of er een middag boot terug vaart.

Interacting with the dolphins was great and worth the time and money we paid for it. What wasn’t great was my husband getting food poisoning from the food there and being on a half day trip and being told the transfer wasn’t collecting us until 6pm after finishing the experience at 12:30 so we had to get a taxi back to the hotel at a cost of $50. Also the cost of photos is extortionate. $100 for one photo or nearly $300 for 20 photos. Don’t buy off the vendors before you arrive on the island.

The experience itself is magical. The staff etc are amazing and it was a lovely place.Unlimited bar is on offer, but only soft drinks, no alcohol. Also no towels were provided. We were given 2 times to return and we chose the earlier option, only to be told once we were on the boat the transport to the hotel would only be available at 6pm this was 3.30pm so had to pay for a taxi back to the hotel. I have emailed Tui about this but have had no response in 2 weeks

Little direction on what was happening, no information on lunch given , too long after swim before return to boat, not told in advance that could not take pictures. Activity with Dolphins very limited, some other groups were in water with Dolphins pulling the along and lifting them up out of the water, We only got into the water and touched the Dolphins,

What a fantastic experience, spent a lot more time in the water than expected as went in with other families whilst experiencing your own time with the dolphin. The trainer was great and if we didn’t do the ‘trick’ right the first time was given another opportunity. Staff on the boat were great and provided drinks and the staff at the dolphin centre were great. Not able to take photos so bought the photo package but worth it for such a wonderful experience.

The experience itself was great. However, the marketing material was misleading. It also omitted information about additional costs for photographs. The trip is marketed as being 2-4 hours, when in fact it would've been a 10 hour trip. Also, the cost of photos are extortionate (£100, give or take) and there's no warning of the cost in the TUI marketing.

The tui app stated that towels would be provided, we got to dolphin discovery and found this was not the case. Not ideal not having a towel between a family of 3! Also it said on both tui app and downloadable voucher the trip duration was 2-4 hours…. We got picked up at 7am and didnt return to hotel until 6.30pm!! Please put correct information under this excursion its not fair when you are trying to plan your day and what you need to take etc!
