Bij aankomst bezoekt u een traditionele glasblaaswerkplaats, waar u een meester-ambachtsman deze eeuwenoude kunst ziet demonstreren. Leer hoe silica glas wordt, wat het zijn kleur geeft en wat de uitdagingen zijn van dit complexe ambacht. Na de demonstratie heeft u vrije tijd om het eiland te verkennen en unieke glaskunstwerken te bekijken – in geselecteerde winkels zijn speciale kortingen beschikbaar.Vervolgens vaart u verder naar het kleurrijke eiland Burano, beroemd om zijn felgekleurde huizen en historische kantkloskunst. Ontdek de verhalen achter de kleuren van het eiland en bezoek een kantwerkatelier waar vrouwen nog steeds met de hand delicate patronen borduren volgens traditionele methoden die van generatie op generatie zijn doorgegeven. Hoor hoe deze eens zo bloeiende ambacht nu een zeldzame en gekoesterde kunstvorm is geworden.Wandel langs de charmante grachten, proef lokale koekjes of shop voor unieke souvenirs voordat je terugkeert naar Venetië. Deze tour biedt een ontspannend uitje en een authentieke blik op het rijke artistieke erfgoed van Venetië.

This trip was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our guide Elana was lovely and friendly. She had a great sense of humour and got us all chatting and laughing with each other. The glass blowing tour was very informative and really good to see up close. But the jewel of this trip had to be beautiful Burano. The colourful houses will brighten any day no matter the weather but we were lucky and had gorgeous sunny weather too. The photo opportunities can’t be missed. Don’t miss this trip!

We were stunned by the beautiful boat we had, it was gorgeous. Romi was the perfect guide, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great experience and enjoyed both islands, however it would have been even better to have more free time on each, but this was a great introduction to Murano and Burano. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful guide, Chiara, who was both knowledgeable and interesting, and had a great sense of humour. She really made the experience extra special, and looked after the group well. She also filled in for the Lace-making demonstration following a last minute change in the venue due to unexpected circumstances, and did an excellent job. We enjoyed the glassmaking demonstration and experience on Murano, and loved the colourful houses on Burano. We also enjoyed exploring both islands.

Tour well organised, Frankie the guide was great, very knowledgeable and informative. Watching the glassblowing live was great and some love pieces to purchase available in the gallery. Burano was nice enough but the town was dead, nothing open.

Our guide, Manuela, was great! She was very informative and interesting. The glass blowing was interesting and Burano is very picturesque with lots of photo opportunities. This is a trip everyone should take!

The tour guide, Alicia (?) was excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining, and the glass workshop was very interesting but the shopping experience there was too expensive and only really interesting to those wanting to buy glass sculptures or chandeliers.

The glass factory was beautiful. In Burano, the lace making factory was closed on Mondays, and we weren't told until we left Murano. This was actually better for me because we have plenty of time to eat and see the island. Elisa, the tour guide was wonderful.

Really enjoyed the trip. I was glad we left on time and kept to schedule as we moved around. It was good to get some time at each village to explore. The boat was comfortable and good quality. Shame about the rain but we really enjoyed the day and would recommend the trip.

Guida molto piacevole e disponibile.
Immaginavo più spazio alle dimostrazioni di lavorazione di vetro e merletto, invece sono state solo propedeutiche al giro della vetreria e del negozio di merletti per eventuali acquisti.
Speravo fosse previsto uno sconto per bambini/ragazzi sotto i 12 anni.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment , chiara notre guide a été pertinente dans ses explications , on était un petit groupe de 20 personnes mais le champ etait libre pour tous sans que ça fasse groupe de touriste .

Die Reiseleitung war freundlich u. hat viel wissenswertes erzählt.Leider hatte man nach den Besichtigungen der Glasbläserei u. der Stickerei kaum Zeit,sich die Inseln allein anzusehen,geschweige denn sich in ein Café/Restaurant zu setzen,um etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. 15-30 Min. sind zu wenig.

La experiencia estuvo bien organizada y la guía muy simpatica salvo un comentario que hizo pensando que las únicas españolas del grupo no estábamos presentes (porque en teoría llegábamos tarde) pero en realidad estábamos allí. Creemos que no debió hacer ese comentario. El resto todo perfecto.

Weather was bad but thankfully the tour wasn't cancelled. The guide Christina was very professional to find shelter for the group despite arguing with the hotel management. She tried get best to make the tour enjoyable and shared many stories with the group.
