Great

We booked a private tour as I am a wheelchair although it was expensive we enjoyed it. The taxi driver was outstanding he gave us an unforgettable tour, his knowledge was brilliant. The falls were not accessible but I was able to swim in them. To see the crocodiles was amazing. When booking the Tui rep was polite and understanding

Excellent

Despite receiving a different start time to our guide, it's a good job we were early. It was a fascinating morning drive through Jamaica to reach the falls which were not at all busy. It meant we could enjoy the cool water and natural environment. The river boat trip was very informative too and we saw some interesting birds and a few crocs. The drive back was again very interesting as various old colonial buildings were pointed out as well as the different churches of so many denominations.

Our guide Patrick Williams was wonderful, very polite, knowledgeable and did not rush us. Crocodiles were amazing. Fruit we tried at market was delicious also too was lunch. The YS Falls was very scenic and beautiful cool waters. We've booked another experience to Kingston and we are hoping Patrick will be our guide there too.

Sowohl der Besuch der YS-Falls als auch die Bootsfahrt auf dem Black River waren sehr beeindruckend. Die An-/Abreise durch die Berge war informativ, aber mit jeweils 2 Stunden auch lang.

Wir hatten die Privattour zu den YS Falls und Blackriver gebucht. Unser Fahrer Uton war absolut angenehm und informativ. Auch das Fahrzeug mit dem wir gefahren wurden war gepflegt und tadellos. Der Ausflug ist absolut empfehlenswert ! Alles Top ! Danke ??

Not a great start as waited for half hour after the pick up time then went to find the Tui reps on site and they discovered the driver had picked up the wrong people! It was eventually sorted out but we got there much later. The YS Falls and Black River boat were great. Lunch was OK but only one meat / one vegetarian option and it was at 3.30 due to the late start. I was expecting to have a tour guide but it was just a driver, no info about the areas we drove thru. We did have a good day tho

Die Wasserfälle waren super. Ebenfalls the black river. Die Anfahrt war beschwerlich und anstrengend. Aber alles im allem okay.

Our driver was outstanding, very knowledgeable, easy going , super friendly we loved Utan :) The YS falls were lovely tho we would have appreciated more time to swim and explore on our own without the falls quite as he made us rush ( don’t know his name ) Black river was wonderful :)

Es war ein wunderschöner Tag mit viel Infos die Dame die für uns zuständig war hat es super gut gemacht,wir fühlten uns sehr wohl bei Ihr. Was allerdings extrem schade war wir haben auf Deutsch gebucht und es war alles auf Englisch.
