La edad mínima para el paseo en buggy/polaris es de 6 años y 120 cm de altura.
Los conductores deben tener al menos 18 años y presentar un permiso de conducir válido.
El parque puede solicitar un documento de identidad y una prueba de edad a los visitantes que participen en las actividades, incluidos los niños mayores de 6 años.
Los clientes pueden utilizar una foto digital de su documento de identidad, guardada en un teléfono, tableta, etc. Sólo es necesario mostrarla a la llegada al parque.

The reservation recommended that we bring all sorts of stuff and stated that lockers are not provided. We packed and were prepared to bring our belongings on the Polaris with us until we were told that can’t happen and we’d have to rent a locker. We were also told there would be checkpoints and that cellphones were not allowed and would be confiscated. We put our phones in the locker. We saw at least 10 people with their phones. We feel like this excursion was a pure money grab.

first time zip lining. It was a great experience. It was a little confusing as far as where are locker were. We were sent to the zip lining line but still had our backpacks. Then we had to go back to get to the lockers. Otherwise it was a good experience and the chicken lunch was delicious.

Loved the actual park. Getting to and from the park was a nightmare, an hour and a half on the coach to get there and the coach back was half an hour late for pick up then last to be dropped off.

Im großen und ganzen ist für jedermann etwas dabei. Auch für Kinder. Der Lunch war sehr lecker. Es gab ein Dominikanisches Gericht. Gegrillte Hähnchenkeule mit Beilagen. War sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Schluss kann man seine digitalen Fotos ansehen und käuflich erwerben. Allerdings bei dem Preis haben wir dann gerne darauf verzichtet.

The buggy broke down. Buggies are not well maintained. Not able to take in phones so unable to take photos and professional photos were ridiculously expensive. We were not informed about this by the representative. Enjoyed the zip wiring but unable to take photos of the experience!!!!

Didn't like that we had to follow a group w/buggies. Would of liked to have some space in between and be ablet to drive at our own pace. Zip lines were good, enjoyed. Didn't like that we couldn't just walk around and do our own things in the park. Didn't like that photos were SOOOOOO expensive. At Mexico Xcarat/Xel-Ha it cost approx $80 for ALL digital photos and they had scan bracelets where we could take photos on our own. $200 for digital photos is insane!!!!! Blah! Would not return.

The adventure was great, however we purchased our photos expecting the link to be emailed to us. However, now we have to set up an app and now you have to subscribe to something just to get the photos we paid for I think that’s crummy.

The whole experience was worthwhile. My most favorite activity would be the buggies and the zip lining. Going through the mud was fun and dirty ??. I would say that the least favorite activity was the horseback riding, the saddle was a bit uncomfortable while riding. But overall I would give this experience a 10/10??

Everything was great! We so enjoyed our day there. Carlos was a fabulous guide! And big Willie did a great presentation on the coffee and local products. The entire experience was so much fun.

The waterfall and the blue lagoon were artificial not real also the horse ride were too short and with the buggy ride we just went around in the circle. The amount of money that we spent is not really worth it I wouldn’t recommend for anybody else either.

Wij hadden combinatie Buggy rit en Zip line. Het was ontzettend gaaf om te doen met de kids. Er is hele goede begeleiding en alles goed georganiseerd. Wij hebben een topmiddag gehad.

Beaucoup de suppléments payants proposés avec insistance. Nous n'avions pas non plus l'information indiquant qu'il fallait impérativement prendre un casier à 10$ pour y déposer notre sacoche car même celle-ci n'est pas autorisée. Balade très bridée, pas de possibilité de se faire plaisir si l'on attend un minimum de sensations. Village "authentique" dominicain créé de toute pièce pour faire encore dépenser. Déjeuner proposé à 15h avec un seul plat : poulet et riz. A fuir !

The only thing we regretted is that we could not use our own camera device since we would have known best what shots and videos we wanted. In the buggy, the second person can safely use the camera. A goprp could be safely used on the zipline, on the horse a companion could use the device before the ride. The package is already expensive, having to pay further for my memories really stretched me.

I really loved the zip line. It was my first time and I was so scared, but the staff made me feel comfortable and helped me get over my fear to just do it. I didn't get to do the other activities, but the next time I visit I will be doing all activities. I also really loved the waterfall pool. So refreshing and beautiful. I appreciate all the staff that welcomed me and conversated with me. I really enjoyed my time. Gracias por todo!

Transportation to and from location was absolutely horrendous. It made the entire experience negative. To top it off, the reps selling the experience for TUI aren’t part of the same complaint form, making it difficult to assist in resolution.

Blue Lagoon was terrible - water was nasty, no staff, no chairs - not worth the walk. Dominican Village - again, not worth the walk. Did not buy anything, the house was terribly put together. Waterfall pool was better - still not what we expected. Horseback riding was awesome! Good guides, good instruction, overall great ride.

Die Polaris Tour war super, es wird extrem auf Sicherheit geachtet. Bei Ankunft muss man jedoch ein Locker für 6$ Zwangsmieten und sowohl Tasche als auch Elektronische Geräte im Spind verschließen, nach der Buggy Tour, darf man dann wieder alles rausholen, um Fotos etc. zu machen, sollte dann aber gut zu Fuß unterwegs sein, da kaum Zeit bleibt alle Plätze ab zu laufen. Hatte nur das halb Tages Polaris VIP Ticket und war für den Preis etwas enttäuscht, gerade zum Ende hatte man zuwenig Zeit 7/10

We truly enjoyed the monkeys, buggies and horse back riding. The brief history on the coco plantation was informative. I believe you should allow pardons to take their cell phones if it can secured to their person. The individuals taking the pictures do not capture the individuals or parties and their interaction with each other while enjoying the activity.

Overall it was an excellent adventure. If I owned it, I would put a few overhead water hoses so when the buggies go under them, the riders get wet from the top down. It adds to the dirtyness of the ride. Mr chicken was great and very entertaining.

Enjoyed zip lines however only given 5 lines and not the 6 lines which was advertised so felt short changed by this. Lunch was nice. Not enough photo opportunities. TUI (Daniel) did not explain the other items which were included in price I paid (waterfall, blue lagoon, Dominican village) and tried to sell these as a whole package which I didn’t need to do.

The meal was decent however at least one drink should be included. Did not like the idea that I was not allowed to use my camera and had to pay so much for photos your staff took. The process to obtain the pictures at the end was horrible and tedious has to be a better system Should also be allowed to take the adventures in the park on our own time not on a schedule.
