Located in the heart of Parc de la Ciutadella, Barcelona Zoo is the perfect spot for a family day out. With over 7,000 animals to meet – from lions and elephants to meerkats and all kinds of little critters – there's something for everyone. Toddlers can cuddle goats at the farm, older kids can dive into hands‑on exhibits, and you can even peek at artwork drawn by the zoo's own gorillas. When you need a break, there are plenty of shady picnic areas, cafes and restaurants to relax in, too.

So we had booked the barcelona zoo and barcelona aquarium with tui and we got told at the entrance we couldn't use our tickets we had downloaded as we needed a qr code so instead of letting my little girl down and standing in 34 degree heat we had to pay again. I have proof of receipts that we bought again.I spoke to the manager at the golden thasaurus and she said I would be getting a response via email. And something would be sorted. This also happened on the same day at the barcelona aquarium
