Poor

This is the worst trip i have ever been on. I was expecting to kayak down a river, not in what the guide laughed "they call it a river but they really dug it out with diggers". We expected to be immersed in Mayan culture and be shown how to make tortilla. We were served chicken and rice. When the guide asked a woman to show us how to make tortilla she just said no, not me. They then argued in Spanish. Another woman reached into a platic bag and threw a tortilla at the first woman, who angrily

Poor

This was not a full day as advertised it was about 4 hours and that included at least 1 hr waiting around. We left hotel at 9.10 and we're returned at 2 45. The guide spoke little English so we did not learn about history of the cenotes, the advert stated a national geographic guide to tell you all about this. Also no tortilla/masa demonstration, this was something we were looking forward to. Very expensive trip and didn't deliver all that promised.

Great

Excellent

The tour was great and guides were excellent only downside was the mosquitos but that’s what it is and the tour was a little shorter than expected but we were the first to arrive and every experience was private to our small group therefore losing a bit of time was beneficial for us rather than being stuck in crowds ??

Poor

The trip oneself was good the cenotes were great particularly the last one. The mozzies however were out of control I know this is difficult to control but maybe advising customers regarding long sleeves etc would help all our group were bitten to shreds. The Mayan village was also not a great experience not much to see. Buffet lunch delicious

Kanu fahren super. Führer war sehr gut. Laut Buchung länger als 8 Std. Nach 6,5 Std waren wir daheim. Essen mittelmäßig. Viel zu viel auf der Straße unterwegs. Insgesamt hat es mir mittelmäßig gefallen

Great

We had a really good guide, Victor, who was able to point out interesting facts and guide us through the day. Being part of a small group made it a lovely experience. The only downside was being bitten by the mosquitoes, but that’s what you get in the jungle after rainfall.

The only thing that let it down was the transfer . The location was only 30 mins away but took us 2hrs 30 mins on a small bus because he had so many pick ups very long and uncomfortable

The whole experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed every second of it thoroughly. If possible though perhaps send via text the registration of the vehicle being used to transport us. As a new traveller I was very weary of getting into the mini bus to begin with as I had no information or idea on what to expect

I enjoyed the whole experience. It was a beautiful place , breathtaking being in the cenotes, it would of been even better if the zip line going across the cenote that was wasn't allowed to swim in but we was allowed to canoe in it which was fun but as I said there was a zip line going across which wasn't included also would like to add we wasn't told about walking to each cenotes was very stony you need to watch where your walking, it wasn't a problem for us but it would of been good to kno

Enjoyed how relaxing an experience it was, that we could take gentle stroles between each cenote whilst enjoying the company of other guests. It would have been nice to see different types of cenotes rather than all being open ones.
