Incredible experience with the elephants, learnt so much about their lives and how they were rescued. Felt they were very well looked after, came with complementary tea and coffee. Loved feeding them and getting photos. Reccomend taking mosquito spray for being in the jungle and some good shoes to walk in as you get to walk around the sanctuary with the elephants.

Kierroksella oli aivan liikaa ihmisiä kerrallaan. Alku oli hirvittävän hektinen. Norsujen syöttö oli heti alkuun kaoottinen ryntäys. Ei kiva kokemus. Tämä ei mitenkään vastannut kuvausta liikkua ja syöttää eläimiä pienissä ryhmissä ja rauhassa. En suosittelisi tätä. Koska ihmisiä oli niin paljon ei opasta edes kuullut.

It was god to see that the elephants were well cared for. I have never been that close to one before, let alone feed them. Great experience, were sandals or trainers, as the track is a bit rough in places . The guide was very good, quite entertaining! All in all was a good couple of hours.

Our pick up was right on time . The guide for the tour ,as were all the keepers were very helpful, informative and pleasant. It truly makes for a magical experience. The guides ensured we had some fantastic photos to remind us of these wonderful creatures . The elephants seemed very happy and well looked after . The park is doing a great job rescuing them from a life of cruelty. A great morning ..highly recommended.

Elephant part was very good however TUI clearly use the Bukit drivers topic is up and drop us off. Both drivers were anwful and going twice the speed limit and constantly beeping at other cars. We felt so unsafe we were going to ask him to stop and walk the rest of the way. We would do elephant trip again but via our own private drivers.

Da es eine Rettungsstation ist, haben wir uns davor gut informiert. Man konnte ausgewählte Elefanten streicheln (3stk.) Das Baden oder dem gleichen war nicht möglich (was wir super finden), um das Tier zu schützen. Auch wurde jedes Tier von seinem "Betreuer" begleitet, da sie viel Hilfe benötigen. Ebenso sind die Tiere nicht eingezäunt und haben einen offenen Freiraum, wo sie begleitet werden. Wir waren zufrieden, wie sie mit den Tieren umgingen und sie auch nicht den Besucher aussetzen. Top!!!

Was just long enough to see the elephants and to contribute to the upkeeping of them. Better than the touristic tours of bathing and riding them. The animals were very well looked after .

Guide was excellent, the resting elephant areas were basically cages which was a bit disturbing as we were under the impression the elephants were able to roam at will.

Enjoyed the trip very much, but it was spoilt by an awful loud mouthed lady with her disabled son (not his fault all the mother). I, and most other people would have made her leave, but she ended up with another staff member with her to keep her away from other guests, surely such bad behaviour shouldn't be tolerated?.

Absolutely amazing experience,from feeding to walking around the park with these majestic creatures is spectacular. Fantastic photos and memories made from this visit…would highly recommend this to anybody coming to Phuket

Bra halv dag med djuren... Bra guide som berättar historien om varje djur och deras personlighet... Roligt att mata elefanterna... Bra säkerhets tänk, vilka man kunde klappa och inte...fick även se hur man tappade gummiträden..??????????

En mycket fin upplevelse att se elefanter i en trygg och respektfull miljö med människor som bryr sig om dom. Allt funkade perfekt från upphämtning till lämning och utflykten var lagom lång.

Silly inappropriate jokes from guide, rushed through and too many people in comparison of elephants to see. Barely 2 hours there, yet said 2 to 4 hours. Travel time was longer than time at the sanctuary. Overall really disappointing. Would not recommend

A great experience. Feeding the elephants at the start felt a big staged, but the rest of the mini tour was excellent! Although there's obviously a routine, the elephants are free to wander off if they're not happy. The guide was great and getting up close to these amazing animals was really special. A great trip.

It was sad to see the elephants in their enclosure at the end of the tour. Wonder how much time they have to spend in there as the park is not secure. The guide was lovely good English and very knowledgeable about each elephant. Free water and Thai tea on arrival and also available during the tour. An ethical sanctuary so recommend this tour over others.

Perfect trip, very hot in the open sun, but shelters are there for use, also you are in the wilds so don’t be shocked when they mention snakes. Good to see elephants are cared for.

The transfers were on time and the experience at the sanctuary was ideal with just the right amount of time there. The transfer back to the hotel was waiting for use which was great. The guide was very informative but with a large group you could not always hear her.

A very well organised tour from start to finish. Great interaction with Elephants, very knowledgeable and informative guide. Complimentary refreshments and use of wet towel. Only a short tour but suited me perfectly as very hot, even though plenty of shade. As a solo traveller, I have to be on high alert in case I miss something and get left behind but no worries on this tour as guides make sure everyone is put on correct bus on exit.

Had a great day from start to finish. Transfer picked up on time & was there to collect at the end. Your guide was excellent very patient & assisted with photos. Was very informative regarding the elephants so showed they all really cared about the animals.

The elephants were free to roam around, there was no chains or hooks used by the mahouts, each elephant was rescued from various other elephant riding and bathing places, the best ethical elephant sanctuary
