What a great fun day out. My husband and me were very excited to go to the water park (we didn’t have our children with us but that didn’t stop us ??) The staff that worked on the sides were all very nice and we had a good laugh with (Big shout out to them all specially the older man (not to be rude) but he was very nice and friendly. We had some drinks and some food which was very nice. What a great day out and always nice to book ahead so Thank you very much TUI ??

Generally a good visit. The pick up was fine and fairly smooth to the location. Unfortunately a fair few of the slides are only for ‘adults’ (or children over a certain age - I believe this was 12). Unlike many other waterparks, it was not done on height. This meant our son missed out on a number of the slides that he was excited about experiencing.

We were told by bus driver we can leave early if we wanted to it was arranged for 5pm , I rang TUI customer service as we had no way to contact the driver ? TUI support told me they would ring the driver for me and then ask him to pick us up at 3pm they said they would email me to confirm .. I heard nothing back from TUI and had to pay €25 for a taxi to get back to our hotel as we were changed and ready to go at 3pm

We enjoyed the water park. Was enjoyable and wait times not too bad for peek summer holiday. You are given bands to scan for food and pay as you exit the park. This was handy as we didn't have to go back and forth lockers. The park is card payments only. Staff are friendly. Transfer times were on time.

General experience was very good ! Transfer was efficient and the mini bus on time so no complaints there! We went on a very hot day which somewhat made the experience less enjoyable. But the water park itself was perfect. Lots of shade and was easy to find sun loungers. Food very tasty and reasonably priced. Take water with you but if you run out like we did buy it from the gift shop at the main entrance rather than food places. It’s cheaper. Changes of clothes are a must for return trip!

Water park was clean with plenty of staff. Food was good quality big portions. Loads of sun beds. Didn’t like that you had to pay extra for the lockers this should be free like all other water parks I have visited. Floor was burning should have been wet down or more shaded areas you need to take an old pair or socks to keep on.

Great experience over all. Would have liked to have stayed a little longer as 4.30 seems quite early for collection considering we didn’t arrive until gone 11am. This was out of the transfers control because some pick ups didn’t even bother turning up.

Was good that tui orginised transport to the water park what annoyed everyone was that we were told to be at bus stop 10 mins before bus to which we were then wee did a few pick ups then the last pick up thay where late and wee hat to just sit and wait for them To turn up so sat on the bus for an hour so really dident matter if we’re late for the bus which was not ideal in hot weather with kids on the bus .. but water park Was great

Booked through the TUI rep although wasn’t clear if we had to get on the local bus or wait for a transfer; the booking said transfers and so we assumed a coach like our other trips. We waited 15 mins but no coach arrived so we jumped on the local bus; €10 for 5 of us. Waterpark was quiet as the start of the summer season but was very clean and well looked after. Prices of food etc quite high. Bonus is you don’t need to carry cash and scan a wrist band to buy food etc and pay at the end.

Upon entering the park have to purchase locker at additional cost 5 euros non refundable given high entry fee would think this was free. Park aimed at children alot of the rides were out of service. Safety barriers were loose and taped up....overall not very good value for money and i would not return. Not as good as water parks i have visited in both uk and florida . Very over hyped in adverts sorry.

Return bus driver was very rude and did not stop at our hotel. I asked him to stop and he said he did. He didn't. He then missed another family's hotel. He had to turn around and go back to both of them. Very rude and made it out to be our fault even though he did not stop. Ruined the whole experience

Good Waterpark. Lots of slides to use rings Food and drink are a little expensive - would be good if water fountains were available to keep hydrated without pricey drinks. Loads of sunbeds if someone just wants to chill. Definitely a good family day out

The Waterpark was absolutely amazing a lot of different activities on offer and very clean but with the transfer we didn’t arrive until 11:30 and had to leave at 4:30 so works out quite expensive for the time you get at the park you would be better off making your own way there and back to get the whole opening times at the park but this would only be beneficial if the prices for entry were lower

Great fun, kids loved it. Made my 11year old grandson’s day, who is totally into reptiles, snakes and spiders, rescuing a small, non venomous snake from the lazy river! Clean, well staffed, food selection and prices reasonably. Coach transfers good, much better than getting the very crowded local buses! Well worth a day out.

The transfer was well organised- picked up from the bus stop outside our resort. A car for the water park came along first, checked our names off the list and let us know the coach was a few minutes behind him. We arrived on time and given wrist bands on the coach which meant no queuing at the water park. The water park itself was fantastic, really enjoyable day and well worth the money

The wrist bands determine which rides the children can/cannot go on. Unaware of this, my youngest son who is 1 month off of turning 12 was not able to go in the same slides as his 13 year old brother, he could only access the younger children slides.

Leuk park waar je heel makkelijk met je bandje eten en drinken haalt. Als je het park verlaat betaal je alles in 1x, wel zo makkelijk! De transfer ging om 17.00 uur weg, terwijl het park tot 18.00 uur open is. Dat vonden wij wel jammer, we waren er een half uur later binnen en moesten rond 16.00/ 16.30 uur al gaan omkleden en betalen om op tijd te zijn voor de bus

We could arrive a bit earlier to avoid big queues at the beginning. My advice is wear water shoes or just socks cause the stone floor is very hot, ive burnt my feet. Sliders are aloud with you to hold on all slides just not very convenient on vertical one.

My husband and I were slightly concerned about the transfer after reading other reviews but we had no trouble at all! We double checked with our hotel TUI rep just to be sure, and they showed us the bus stop on Google maps which was helpful. Our advice would be to get there early - our transfer was meant to be 10:15 and the bus was there and left at 10:05 (it may have waited if we hadn’t been there but not 100% convinced!) The water park itself was great and we had a fab day out!

Litt småstressa når vi så en buss med vannpark-logoen suse forbi! Burde vært tydelig at det kom en ny buss for oss. God tid i vannparken uten at det bør stress med å rekke bussen 1 time før stenging! Skjønner dog ikke at vannparken er nr 5 beste i verden og 3 i Europa? Vi rakk gjennom alt på relativt kort tid, kun litt kø ved de tre tøffeste skliene og det ble kun sendt ned en person om gangen vs tre mtp det er tre ulike sklier. Praktisk med armbånd som du scanner for å betale, norske priser

Plenty of shaded areas & sun-beds and a ok selection of water slides and pools etc. This was a smallish sized waterpark compared to some but when we went, the longest queue was only 5minutes and everything you wanted to go in you could. It was perfect for us. Height restrictions for some of the rides. Greatq use of wristbands which are simply scanned with any purchases on the day allowing you to pay at the end. Lockers available. Sun cream avail to buy. Wear sliders as paths become very hot.

We had great fun it’s not massive but big enough for us lots to choose from and the queues weren’t bad at all, definitely need water shoes or socks as the ground gets very hot! Didn’t really need the transfer as the 611 bus takes you there and was only about 5 minutes from our hotel but we had a great day out!

The park was good. Nothing wrong with the experience. The transfer information was sparse. Just told us to meet at a bus stop next to a different hotel. That was it. Started to panic cause the coach was late. Every bus that passed stopped and we had to ask if this was our transfer. One of the busses said water park and we would have just got it but we didn’t have cash. Maybe give more information on what to look out for.

Absolutely brilliant experience. The slides were fun but safe and there were plenty of options for our young kids (4-7). The lifeguards were great with the kids. Great kids pool also. It ended up being one of our favourite days of the holiday. Transfer pick up instructions were slightly confusing (we were given a bus stop but also an address for a different bus stop) but we found our bus in the end! Drop off was included and was straightforward also.

This is small family friendly waterpark, that is ideal to allow children to experience waterslides in a safe environment. The waterpark was extremely clean and tidy and lifeguards on all slides/rides. Plenty of sunbeds and brollies. The cashless system is excellent - although my 9 year old took full advantage and brought a fair few drinks and ice creams.

Great food! Even our fussy teenagers loved every meal! Lovely location, the hotel was right by the prominade and beach. Seaview room & spa highly recommend. Octopus Water Sports by Stravos Flatley (Brittan gots talent's finalist) opposite the hotel was added bonus, he was very friendly and helpful
