Transport was bang on time our bus was half English and half Dutch so when on guided tour of Alicante the guide had to explain in 2 languages which took twice as long also think excursion should be extended couple of more hours as Alicante is to large to explore in tour length

De gids was enorm enthousiast, mooie rondleiding maar véél te kort--- geen /weinig tijd voor foto's. Christmas shopping viel tegen. Hadden kraampjes in kerstsfeer verwacht --kerstmarkt-- en niet gedropt worden in een winkelcentrum. Dan veel liever een langere rondleiding door de stad

In hotel Sandos Monaco ligt er geen papier aan het bord met de uren van de consulent in San Roy ook geen boek met beschrijving van de uitstappen als oudere persoon moet je het maar raden ,ja de app vind ik niet duidelijk als er berichten toekomen ,soms vind je het soms niet en veel te veel reclame voor volgende reizen,verwarrend,de gids deed zijn best maar was niet genoeg voorbereid op de weg,zijn stof en verhaal kende hij uitstekend ,maar de werkelijke uitvoering was niet voorbereid

When we booked we were told 14.50 pick up and to be there early. Had no other contact to tell me times had changed. We were waiting for 40 minutes, with another coach dropping off saying somebody would be there soon as apparently people waiting a previous stop too. Eventually other people turned up. Apparently time had changed to 15.35 but no attempt to tell us. Guide and driver were friendly and knowledgeable. More time to explore Alicante would have been better.
