Hammams have existed in Turkey since ancient times, providing locals with a way to relax and freshen up. They're also brilliant for exfoliating your skin so you're more likely to develop a lasting tan.Everything starts when we take you to one of the best local hammams. Here, you'll change into your swimwear in a cubicle and wrap up in a towel. Then it's off to the hammam itself – a humid, marble-tiled room with a ‘gobektasi', a heated stone slab in the centre. Relax as the heat softens your skin, opens your pores and gets you sweating out those toxins.Next, you'll lie on the ‘gobektasi', where you'll be treated to a body scrub followed by a head-to-toe massage in soft, soapy bubbles. And after that, you'll enjoy an all-over oil massage leaving you positively glowing and the most relaxed you've ever felt. It's a great way to start your holiday.

Sauna war super, Hammam war gut aber zu kalt drinnen und Massage war ebenfalls kalt der Raum. Trotz der info das es weg tat wurde an der stelle weiter massiert. Gesichtsbehandlung nie wieder da ich Ausschlag bekommen habe im Gesicht. Die Dame die das gemacht hatte war krank und schniefte rum.

Ich habe bereits gelesen, dass vor Ort Angebote gemacht werden, für extra 80€ habe ich mir eine Lymphdrainage, Ganzkörpermassage und ein Extra Peeling gegönnt und es war jeden Cent wert. Die Massagen sind besser als in Deutschsprachigen Ländern. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle ausgesprochen freundlich und konnten mich gut beraten. Durch die offenen Gespräche war dann eine Maske und alle Getränke kostenlos. Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht, es war alles ausgesprochen hervorragend!

Our experience had a very bad start as we waited outside the hotel for 65 minutes This was caused by TUI who had not booked the pick up despite us receiving a confirmation email The Hammman was very nice were sold an extension to the massage included to an hour at a cost of 30 euro each We did have a concern that when the host called for the two massuires he click his fingers ,a little concerned about the potential treatment of staff ? Apart from that we enjoyed the Hamman

Hello Vi hade problem med varan upplevelse vi skulle till spa för att slappna av men det var inte som förväntade det var sa irriterande smuts otrevliga människor och till hammam vilket är äckligt smutsigt och stökigt Det var inte rena alts Även smutsiga tofflor vilket jag och min dotter vägrade att använda Vi gick in men vi kunde inte fortsätta för att det var mycket folk som sitter i bubbelpoolen och i hela lokalen Vi gick tillbaka till hotelen med taxi efter 10 minuter eftersom det var inte al

Die Abholung vom Hotel erfolgte ca.25 min zu spät als vereinbart. Die Anwendung im Haman (Peeling & Schaummassage) sehr kurz gehalten und bei meiner Tochter (11Jahre alt) wurde z.B.gar kein Peeling gemacht und sie musste immer auf uns warten, weil bei ihr alles noch verkürzt wurde. Insgesamt trotzdem guter Service und gute Leistung. Natürlich wurde vor Ort eine bessere und längere Massage empfohlen für diese man noch drauf zahlen sollte. (1,-€ pro Minute). Eine sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage.

Meget turistet oplevelse uden autentisk tyrkisk bad stemning. Selve hamman var okay men resten var absolut ikke pengene værd. Stedet har 2,6 i rating på trip advisor og det er hellere ikke mere værd. Uden massagen blev både min kone og jeg afbrudt og en såkaldt supervisor fortalte os begge 2 samme historie om vi havde behov for yderligere rygmassage selvfølgelig for 15-20€ ekstra. Vi havde tilkøbt en thai nakke og hoved massage for 25€ og den var ikke pengene værd - det var stort set ubrugeligt

They did not arrive to pick us up despite us waiting nearly an hour. The reps on the resort were fantastic and they contacted the spa and they were going to come for us however we took the decision to ask for a refund instead as our first morning of our holiday was wasted sitting about waiting. I am still awaiting the refund therefore if that could please be arranged

Svært at forstå hvad og hvornår man skulle gøre hvad mht de lokale på stedet, samt at de hurtigt lokker os til at købe meget mere end hvad man havde tænkt i første omgang. Og de booker selv ny tid ved at lokke med "discount". Det kan man afslå i know. Men som 1 gangs besøgende i et Tyrkisk Bad ville jeg jo blot have den oplevelse jeg købte vis TUI.!! At de så er så dygtige til at lokke/overtale var ikke lige med i mine beregninger.

My wife and 3 daughters all had the same treatment, would go every week if I could, nice to feel like a king for a few hours.

Der var ingen information, når man kom ud fra omklædningen står man og venter, indtil der er en der kommer og siger ens hotel.navn. Jacuzzi var vandet koldt og Hamam fik man ikke ret meget af, massagen var ok. Alt var på samlebånd, hurtigt ind hurtigt ud. Da jeg var færdig og skulle retur. Ventede jeg 5 minutter og skulle yderligere vente 10 min. Jeg sagde til dem, at jeg gik hjem, da det kun tog 5 min. Det var en kedelig oplevelse, da jeg havde glædet mig til det.

Hammam at Ottoman is basic. A large group goes in together and everyone is scrubbed, washed and rinsed together. The area is cold. I wasn’t very comfortable. Sauna was nice but steam room not hot enough. Jacuzzi big and very basic. Looks tired. Scrub was ok, male and female staff. Short massage to finish where they offer you extra services. Everyone hears the same message “you have tension, stress, spasms etc” Not worth the 50€ I heard one woman pay as she only had an extra 10 mins.

Da ich linksseitig körperlich behindert bin und der Shuttle Fahrer es nicht für nötig hielt mich anzugurtel schlecht von wegen alles inklusive würde uns versucht was zu verkaufen mehr aus als zuvor Fließbandabfertigung und zum Schluss eine riesige Hotel Rundfahrt es wurde gepöbelt und gehetzt mehr Schmerzen als nötig.. unfreundlich inkompetent Körperverletzung 100% ich verlange das Geld zurück für 3 Personen zurück falls nicht ,klage ich per Gericht.

Enjoyed every minute. American guide didn’t speak to us when we wouldn’t upgrade for massage. Practically ignored us and never guided us any further. Next guide couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this trip for value for money , experience and pleasure.

We gave 8 for VFM because it cost us £25 for a 15min Sauna. Cursory hamman scrub and foam and 20min massage. We both did not feel it was a great experience lack of communication whilst there and they did the classsic actions of separate us for our massage, speak to Female for sales pitch then try to deter wife from speaking with husband for potential future treatments. An okay visit but a NOT a repeated one for us

Første gang vi prøvede hammam og det var virkelig dejligt. Et flot og rent sted, man blev guidet igennem de forskellige steps. Vi kunne have ønsket man lå lå stenen lidt længere - det gik lidt stærkt. Der blev tilbudt ekstra køb til hele gruppen ved start, de accepterede fint at alle sagde nej tak. De var meget børnevenlige!

Nous avions rdv à 9h au corps de garde nous y étions à 8h50, un bus avec une hôtesse de tui nous a fait monter , a pris notre voucher et au bout de 10 min de route celle ci s est rendu compte que nous n’étions pas dans le bon bus , elle n’a pas f son travail de vérifications , nous a limite insultée de part ds faute nous sommes arrivées en ********** au point de rdv et nous avons dû prendre un transport à nos frais heureusement le moment au spa était vraiment agréable

Ich war das vierte mal dort , jedes Jahr einmal. Es war immer Mega schön und professionell. Dieses Mal war es überhaupt nicht professionell, die Massage sollte auf einmal das doppelte kosten und mein Getränk musste ich bezahlen. Das waschen und die Massage waren alles andere als gut. Ich fühlte mich abgezockt und unwohl. Ich habe es dort auch gesagt worauf hin ich noch einmal gewaschen wurde und das Ergebnis ist , dass meine ganze Haut wund ist und ich schmerzen habe. ????????????

We booked this for the second day of our holiday, what a brilliant way to replace! Collection was prompt and a very short drive away from the hotel. On arrival the staff were very friendly and the process was very easy. There was no waiting around, as they had plenty of staff working to ensure everyone was seen to. You read some stories about being forced to buy extra services, we were asked but they did not push this after I declined. 10/10 and well worth a visit.

Sauana jacuzzi, salt room and bubble scrub was amazing however once u got into the massage room and half wat threw the massage a lady came in and said I've been asked to come and translate as the therapist has noticed you have some medical problems and thinks you should have a lymphatic drainage massage at an extra cost........I declined this offer and she went into the next room with her same speech and offered my mam a €435 medical massage. Apart from that it was a fab experience.

On arrival to Antalya, from the transport to the hotel was wonderful. The staff were also wonderful. They arrange something for us to eat as we arrived after the dinner was served. All the staff were polite and helpful. I could not fault it. Although, I would have like more option of activities for the children. Thank you for the fab experience. We will definitely be going again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are interested in a 5star experience then this is not for you. It is a traditional old Turkish Bath experience. They don’t speak any English but the guy in charge does and he was very polite. We upgraded our experience while we were there for an extra €25 each which was worth it. So ended up being €55 each. You have to pay for the drinks including the water. We enjoyed it and felt great afterwards.

The setting was a mix of run down leisure centre and model of traditional village scene with faux windows, plus is had the added weirdness of a a nightclub with strangely placed neon lighting. Saying that the Hamman element was traditional and a great experience. The rest including the massage and the salt therapy was just very odd. None of the treatments were explained so had no understanding of what was going on. It was relatively cheap compared to the hotel in-house offering.

Get the hotel to offer more reasonably priced treatments so that customers don’t have to leave the site. The cost at hotel was £150 per person the one I attended was £25 if the hotel offered a similar treatment for £60 I’d have used the hotel spa.

Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. We didn't realise there was an extended experience on offer until we arrived. Had we known this was available in advance we could have planned for the additional time required at the venue, and taken advantage of this.

Ablauf insgesamt dem Preis entprechend in Ordnung. Allerdings erfolgte die Abwicklung eher so im Kasernenhof-Modus. Wie gesagt, alles bekommen was für den Preis wohl zu erwarten war. Aber eine Entspannungsatmosphäre war da eher nicht inbegriffen. Haben gestern noch ein gleiches Ritual im hoteleigenen Spa-Bereich gebucht. Das war schon alles in allem wundervoll, aber natürlich auch entsprechend teuerer.

Hotel was superb, staff were brilliant and always helpful. Food was top drawer. Exercise classes four times a day and brilliant swimming facilities.

We werden opgehaald door een man die allen Turks kon. Ik liet de voucher zien en hij begreep er niets van. Eenmaal in het badhuis (Babel palace) vol met Russen. Geen enkel andere nationaliteit. Zelfs personeel alleen Russen. Niemand sprak Engels of Duits. Ik vond de sfeer grimmig en ontspannen ging dan ook niet. Tijdens de massage werd er iemand gehaald die mij vertelde dat ik aandoeningen had en voor 300 euro alles zou verdwijnen. Dit nooit meer.
