Der Transfer war sehr gut. Die Informationen über die Behandlung war mehr ein Verkaufsgespräch, ob ich noch Extras dazubuchen möchte. Die Wertsachen könnte sicher weg geschlossen werden, die Hygiene war okay, etwas Schimmel in den Duschen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut. Die Massage war sehr entspannend.

Het was een fijne en ontspannende dag. Ik was zelf niet lekker toen ik uit het vervoersbusje kwam en moest overgeven. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gaf me gelijk een flesje water en een plek om me op te frissen. Ze hielden overal rekening mee en het was een zeer ontspannen uitje van begin tot eind. Houd er rekening mee dat ze je grotere pakketten willen aanbieden tegen een prijs variërend tot 230 per behandeling. Wij hebben voor de VIP behandeling gekozen (€100), deze was top!

I booked the €70 package and was offered the upgrade once there for an additional €69, for extra massage time, facial and 30min reflexology The Hamam itself was great but the staff member who guided me through was miserable. Didn't smile once. The facial was basically a wipe of my face and a face mask- so not a proper facial and the reflexology lasted no more than 15 mins max. It was incredibly painful though so I didn't raise there. Again the masseur was miserable which was a shame.

Was een leuke en relaxte beleving! Zeker een aanrader om ooit eens gedaan te hebben. De hamman zelf heeft nog het meeste indruk op ons achtergrlaten! + netjes en vriendelijk ontvangen! + waar voor je geld! (Hotel spa is duurder en korter) - bij aankomst proberen ze je vrijwel direct een upgrade pakket aan te bieden. Hier heb je zelf de controlle in. - het voelde nogal gehaast aan tussen de verschillende activiteiten. Terwijl juist de rust momenten aangehaald werden in het praatje voraf.

Lack of communication from staff to explain what to expect. Unfriendly staff, no smiles or pleasantries, as if the job was a chore. I had a young male approximately 20 years old looking doing my treatment and it was off putting because his breath smelled of garlic. Welcomed to the place by a male whose only interest was to try and sell you an upgraded package with more treatments. Offered a drink after the treatment and a glass of fresh apple juice cost 6 Euros.

Im Allgemeinen ganz gut wir haben noch das VIP Paket vor Ort dazu gebucht! Die Massage war so lala aber dennoch sehr entspannend! Ist zu empfehlen allerdings hapert es wohl an der Komunikation zwischen Abholung und Rückfahrt! Mussten vor Abholung ca 1 Stunde warten.

Transfer, welcome and initial information was excellent, from the nice air conditioned transfer vehiclse with friendly drivers, to the staff at the Hammam who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facility is traditional but with modern fittings and all treatments were explained fully as we passed into each area. The facility was lovely and clean and the staff were attentive and skilled! Would have liked a bit more of a traditional Roman baths, but overall would recommend!

Bardzo nam sie podobalo ale nie znalismy rodzaju pakietów. Opiekun nam powiedzial, ze sie róznia jedynie czasem i mozna na miejscu dokupic co okazalo sie kosztowne. Gdybysmy znali pakiety to bysmy od razu kupili wiekszy. Ale byc na KOS a nie pójsc tam to blad. Koniecznie skorzystajcie. Takiego odprezenia to ja nie pamietam odkad zyje:) Na miejscu pracuje Joanna, super przystepna i mila Polka. Chetnie pomaga.

Het basispakket is wat aan de minimale kant, wij hebben er een langdurende massage en gezichtsbehandeling van een uur bijgeboekt die erg goed is en aan te bevelen is. De scrubbehandeling met sop was wat magertjes vandaar het bijboeken en upgraden naar VIP behandeling.

A relaxed, calm environment. Everything was very well organised, staff were lovely, professional and accommodating. We have not felt so relaxed in a long time. The massages were soo good. Transfers from the hotel and back were included free. Everything was provided, felt very luxurious. Our rep Evangeline was amazing going above and beyond to get us the experience. A must to put on your itinerary.

In het begin onsamenhangend wat begeleiding betreft. Vanaf het in zeepgedeelte werd het tij echter wel gekeerd. De massage was evenwel de kers op de taart, dikke pluim hiervoor!

Ich hatte ein packet gebucht- ok. Vorort kommt ich dazu buchen- dachte mir ja warum nicht. Aber 10 min Sauna -15 waschen mit einer Massage?(gehört für mich dazu)- dann ging es an die Luft zum Ruhen- man konnte sich ein Getränk (6€) aussuchen- dann ging es für 30min zur hauptmasage ( die war gut) Und dann fertig.mmmmm angeblich 2-4std es waren genau mit abholen und zurück bringen 1.30 h Schade fürs Geld ausgeben

Het pand waar de hamam in gevestigd is, was mooi en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De trappen zijn glad en het is nogal donker. De behandelingen waren heerlijk. Buiten waren relax stoelen en daar kon je een sapje bestellen. We moesten het sapje à €6 wel betalen. Dat viel tegen, gelet op de prijs van de hamam verwacht je dat dat gratis is. We werden door een taxi opgehaald en teruggebracht. Leuke chauffeur die goed Engels sprak.

Leuke ervaring en goed geregeld. Bij aankomst voelde ik alleen wel erg the pressure om naast het geboekte pakket nog meer bij te boeken. Het pakket is al vrij prijzig en dan toch proberen meer te bieden. Voor de rest prima ervaring vooral het arrangement met modder. Mooie locatie, massage extra bijgeboekt met facial. Facial vond ik top, massage niet.

Het was een leuke ervaring. De Hammam behandeling was goed. Het basis pakket 3 was het start pakket bij de Hammam en ze begonnen direct er meer bij te verkopen. Als je dat weet dan kan je er rekening mee houden. Mooie schone Hammam.

Das Hamam selber war sehr gut, war sehr entspannend. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett dort. Ich musste eine halbe Stunde warten, bis der Fahrer kam. Das war etwas unorganisiert.

I booked sauna, scrub and foam massage then a body massage followed by reflexology. Really enjoyed the whole experience. The massage therapists were very professional and did a really good job. The reflexology session was also very good and I felt very relaxed and pampered after the experience.

Folka var rolige og hadde god tid..men det vi hadde betalt fir var litt lureri..for de ville at vi skulle kjøpe mange andre "pakker" da det vi hadde betalt for kun var dusj,håndkler,badstue og hammam med såpe Så vi endte opp med å betale oss opp med massasje med olje...og da vi gikk og sa de knadde veldige forsiktig og lett sa de at da måtte vi ha betalt mer for å få en hardere massasje. Det burde bli opplyst at de vil selge deg masse pakker for at det skal bli bra,men da blir det mye dyrere

This was an amazing experience, not to be missed. Pampered from start to finish. The staff were very polite and explained every step of what was going to happen. First a sauna, then mud bath, shower then the Hamam experience, salt scrub and foam massage, and finally an oil full body massage- bliss! We paid a little extra for a seaweed facial which again was amazing.

Whole experience was very good. Having experienced the mud bath in Turkey, the mud element here was just a bucket with muddy water that we could apply to ourselves whilst standing outside in a courtyard. Not what we were expecting. The scrub, bubbles and massage were very good.

We did experience 3. Good though rather brutal massage. No medical checks first or asked how firm we’d like the massage. The relaxation area was grubby and tatty. The scrub and soaping were great.

Heel leuke ervaring als je het nog nooit hebt gedaan! Zeker een aanrader? We hebben pakket 2 gepakt met schuim en modder en beide waren echt heel fijn! De sessie in de sauna kon iets beter en de rust ruimtes zouden ze nog iets meer mee kunnen doen. Maar een heel leuke ervaring! ( Ik heb gehoord dat het in Turkije wel nog iets beter zou zijn )

We paid for a 6 year old who ended up not participating as it was too hot, no alternative offered. Transfer to hammam wasn't clear so needed to check with the rep who managed to sort out for us. The actual experience was good and relaxing

TUI let the whole experience down as they didn't book the transfer from the hotel and was a nightmare trying to get them to sort it out hence we missed or time slot there and TUI were no help at all

A very well organised experience from start to finish. Transport arrived on time at our hotel and we were taken to the Hamam 10 mins away (we were staying at Grecotel Casa Paradiso). We had a sauna, foam bath/scrub, 40 min massage and facial (they call it face mask but it's more than that). It was all absolutely fantastic. The whole experience was bliss. Lovely staff, well organised and such good value for money. Highly recommended.
