Tour guide very good , very informative, it was an emotional experience how the elephants got to be there & now have to be moved, I hope TUI with all your profits you as a company help rescue more of these beautiful elephants

The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the fact that they genuinely care for the elephants and do not serve the tourists demands - just take care of the elephant.

Vi havde en rigtig fin tur til Bukit Elephant Park. Vi blev hentet på hotellet af en bil fra parken. Selve parken var rigtig flot og man fornemmede straks at turen var på elefanternes præmisser. Vores guide var både sød, sjov og meget engageret. Vi valgte denne tur, da parken på Trustpilot var rangeret som en park der overholdt dyrerettigheder og det var også vores oplevelse. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 børn (8 + 11) afsted. Kan varmt anbefales ??????????

A really lovely and memorable experience. Nice to see a beautiful and safe environment for the rescued elephants who get to roam freely around the reserve when not being fed. We found it was the right amount of time for this particular tour and the right amount of people on it so it didn’t feel too over crowded or rushed. Overall very well organised and would recommend even in the rain.

I felt truly honoured to spend time with the elephants in their surroundings. The elephants had been rescued and were being kept in very ethical conditions. It was good to know that our money was being used to look after these elephants and future rescue elephants.

Our organised transfer driver had to turn around almost as we were near to Sanctuary to go & collect more customers making us late & in a panic that we would miss show,obviously a communication issue with driver

The experience was very good once in a lifetime opportunity for me but I felt the money charged was too much for this experience. The driver had my name written incorrectly on his list and when I tried to rectify this he couldn’t understand me and he wasn’t very welcoming.
