An exotic blend of the familiar and the unusual, Gibraltar is a must-visit. This tour ticks off all its top attractions – the Barbary apes, the Rock and Main Street. And to top it off, you'll set sail around the Bay of Gibraltar for the chance to spot dolphins along the coast. Rosa, one of our expert local guides, says, ‘Gibraltar's monkeys are the most accommodating wildlife around. Unlike dolphins, you don't have to search for them – they come looking for you, especially if you're holding food.'The fun kicks off with a boat trip in the bay to look out for dolphins. Three species – bottlenose, common and striped – are known to frolic in these waters. Then, back on dry land, head for a guided minibus tour of the Rock of Gibraltar, which juts 426 metres above the Mediterranean. You'll stop at Europa Point, where there are many famous monuments, a mosque and a historic Christian shrine. Plus, you'll also visit the Rock's recently renovated St Michael's Cave, which now hosts an auditorium.At the Upper Rock nature reserve, you'll meet the free-roaming Barbary apes – Europe's only wild monkeys. There are about 300 monkeys on the Rock. A local legend says that if the monkeys disappear, Gibraltar will stop being British. Back at ground level, Gibraltar's town centre has a distinctly British feel to it. Head to Main Street, where many of the British high street chains have outlets, for a mooch around its duty-free shops.

De gids Anaïs was supervriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het enige minpunt is dat ales heel strijd geregeld is qua uren en je een gejaagd gevoel krijgt. Maar op zich is het zeker de moeite waard en hoedje af voor haar dat ze al die talen spreekt en iedereen zo goed begeleid. Bij de rotsen heb je opzich te weinig tijd, maar de aapjes maken dit goed. Once on minibus the audio tour guide was in Polish, we booked this trip in our hotel with English speaking rep. WE DO NOT SPEAK POLISH. This Gibralta section of trip was very disappointing as the driver was only able to give us limited info as obviously he had to concentrate on driving. We did make a formal complaint to your Tui rep, unfortunately we have received no correspondence on the matter. The coach also broke down in Gibralta delaying our return considerably mobility to walk from c

Great day out, kept well informed by our tour guides Robert and while on the rock Rosa( we think that’s her name) it’s busy so you need to be ok on your feet but it’s worth it. The caves are truly beautiful and then the stars of the show the monkeys made an appearance and kept everyone amused, the traffic on the rock is mad with mini buses nose to tail all the way but that’s the only negative, then onto the dolphin spotting and we seen a pod and they stayed with us for about 30 minutes

Unfortunately, the tour was booked for a day that turned out to be quite overcast and misty. There was also a half-hour delay in the coach's arrival. Thankfully, the traffic wasn't too bad, and the journey was very smooth. When we arrived in Gibraltar, we had around 90 minutes to explore the main street. On the dolphin boat trip (1 hour), however, we only saw 2 or 3 dolphins before heading back. When we visited the Rock, we didn't have a lot of time to really explore, and it felt rushed.

From our pick at 7am it took 2hrs to the final pick up and then a further 45mins to reach the Gibraltar check point. We were not made aware that the info given would be in English and German. On arrival at the bus depot we were told to make our own way to the town centre main st and meet with the guide 2hr later to be taken to the boat to see the dolphins. The tour guide provided excellent communication into Gibraltar and the information was provided in 3 different languages!!! The Dolphins part of the excursion was spot on and very informative. The time in the centre was needed to get a little lunch but could have been reduced by 30mins to give us 30mins more on the Rock experiencing St Michael’s Cave and the monkeys! Overall, though the excursion flowed really well and was a great day had by all!

The two guides we had Hans and Gary both amazing explained everything perfectly and where both very funny with it too very informative with the history and rules and the monkeys etc I really couldn't rate them and the experience any higher the experience made our whole trip would definitely do it again well worth the money

Temps chronométré pour les arrêt pour les activités.Trop de trajet pour le temps alloué de 8h, locaux désagréables, ils n'aiment les touriste.Temps d'attente trop long à la douane, pas assez de temps libre.Pour boire de l'eau , il faut faire un credit à la consommation et encore quand on nous laisse le temps...pression elevée..Excurssion dauphins décevante: on a vu suelques dauphins, une espèce sur l'ensemble présenté, et vu en surface de l'eau.La sortie reste chère pour l'ensemble de la journée

It was disappointing to be told my husband's walking aid (it's a wheeled walker) would not be allowed in the mini bus nor our grandson's pram he's 3. The tour guide was taking a backseat approach when I complained & said it was up the TUI rep at the hotel to cover it. I am absolutely certain this wouldn't have been Han's first encounter with this problem. We enjoyed the day but it could have been better.

The actual dolphin tour and rock tour were brilliant. We saw everything we wanted to however it was very rushed in between and we didn’t actually have any chance to even buy a bottle of water after the boat trip. It would be better to do one trip first and then the time in gilbratar followed by another trip. The guide wasn’t particularly understanding and literally took us on a hike to the dolphin tour straight from the rock tour. Overall the experiences were amazing though.

Nous avons paye deux sorties, une pour les dauphins et le rocktours. Lors de la sortie des dauphins, nous etions de retour au port a 14h15 heure a laquelle nous devions etre au parking du bus , ceci etant impossible car nous devions traverser la ville sans guide. Sans guide nous nous sommes perdus en ville et n avons pas pu participer au Rocktur que nous avions paye car le minibus etait bien evidement deja parti.

The tour guide and the dolphin experience were great. However it went downhill after that, we had to rush with two young kids through Gibraltar town from the dolphin experience to the coach depot to get to the next part of the trip. After this the rest of the experience was just a rush, we didn’t get to enjoy the cave or the monkeys at all because the timing of it all was on a deadline. We had to rush through the cave and then take a quick photo of the monkeys as we got back on the bus.

Superleuke ervaring. Je ziet heel veel in 1 dag. De vrije tijd mag iets langer duren. Na de dolfijnen heb je een uur om te eten en vlug eens Main street te doen maar heel krap. Als je dan verloren loopt is het moeilijk om op tijd terug te zijn. Maar met TUI ben je veilig!

The trip itself was very good, although due to doing both experiences and the coach arriving late it was a rush from one to another! And that was the downside coach arrival should have been 8.32am we were told to be there 15 minutes early then it was half an hour or more late, with no communication of this, surely there could have been some reps on hand or a way to track where the coach was so you're not just left wondering is it ever going to arrive!

Iedereen deed enorm zijn best, bij het sporten van de dolfijnen bleven de mensen op de boot zoeken, uiteindelijk vonden ze er en vaarde ze terug naar de plaats. Waar we op het ogenblik heel wat hebben kunnen bezichtigen. De tocht was leuk met de busjes, de grotten de apen alles was af. Jammer hadden we weinig tijd voor achteraf nog even door Gilbraltar zelf te lopen, we moesten steeds onze tijd in het oog houden en dat vonden we wel jammer

Tui Tour guide was multilingual and spoke continuously throughout the 4hr return journey, confusing information given. She would not engage in answering specific questions raised by holiday makers. Overall visit & experience good but costly, despite being a 8hr day, time allocated at actual sites was hurried - only 20mins on rock, then 90mins + shopping ? Then 60mins looking for dolphins ??? Left to find bus station once boat returned to dock some 30min away in a busy town

The timing of the trip was ok, except when we went to see the light show in the cave which was excellent but there wasn't enough time to take photos at the top of the rock, we could have done with 40 minutes stay instead of 25 minutes stay.. The dolphin trip was excellent, we saw plenty of dolphins, the timing of the trip was ok too.

Also der Ausflug nach Gibraltar war insgsamt sehenswert. Nur der Tagesablauf war nicht gut organisiert. lange Wartezeit auf die Vans.Unser Reisebegleiter hat sich insgesamt mehr um die englisch sprachigen Gäste bemüht. Ich hatte ja extra deutsch gewählt. Nur die nötigsten Infos wurden auf deutsch kurz erklärt. Der Guide war auch bei den Unternehmungen nicht dabei. Der Fahrer des Minivans sprach auch nur spanisch-englisch, erschwert durch Familie mit schreienden Kleinkindern an Bord. Schade.

We did the dolphins and the rock. Although very enjoyable - we were very rushed. Didn't have time to look around. Some people who couldn't walk as fast as us missed the boat to see the dolphins. There was no time to have lunch fortunately we took a drink with us. Suggest if you want to look around do either the dolphins or the rock don't try and do both!!!

Beste, We zijn net terug van de excursie naar Gibraltar maar willen hiervoor een klacht indienen. Betreft boekingsnummer MUS11429974 met ticket 5088-**********. We hebben door tijdsgebrek namelijk niet het gedeelte van de dolfijnsafari kunnen meedoen omdat de bus(voor bezoek aan de rots)te laat terug was om nog de dolfijnsafari mee te doen....De gis Robert begreep onze situatie en zei om zeker een klacht in te dienen om een deel van onze excursie terug te vragen....heel jammer, we gaan al ettel

Bus kam eine Stunde zu spät (ohne proaktive Informationen durch den TUI Mitarbeiter vor Ort, im Hotel), Kinderwagen durften nicht mitgenommen werden. Lange Wartezeiten an ungeeigneten Orten, weite Wege zu Fuss und chaotische Organisation. Der Tourguide schien teilweise überfordert. Affenberg-Besuch war viel zu kurz und dadurch sehr stressig. Die Bootstour am Ende war jedoch ein Highlight.

The bus turned up at 9:20, pickup was meant to be 8:32. The guide blamed traffic yet the same tui tour but for Polish customers arrived at exactly 8:32 so blaming traffic is a blatant lie. We were told we had no time for the toilet & couldn't apply suntan lotion to our 2 small children after exiting the bus as we had to rush to the dolphin tour. Due to the bus arriving late we were told we couldnt stop for lunch or shopping as initially advised so had to cancel the cave/monkey. We need a refund

Rock tour was allemaal snel snel. 10 minuten hier de bus uit, 10 minuten daar. Dolfijnen was echt prachtig om te zien Weinig tijd over om door de stad te lopen. Gids kwam onervaren over, erg gestresst.

I went on my own and enjoyed the whole day. Would have liked a bit more time with the monkeys. We had mini bus delays getting up the rock to see them so I think our time with the monkeys was cut short so as to catch the boat in time to see the dolphins. I still had one of the best days of my holiday. Thank you.

The bus was clean but had no toilet or mobile chargers. The guide NEVER gave me a map of Gibraltar/locations. The tour bus dropped us off at a point where there was no monkeys and said we only had 5-10 mins max on the rock. The dolphin tour was ok but could’ve been shorter and the rock tour longer. It was all so so rushed to get from the rock to the boat. We then had to wait 45 minutes as one passenger was missing. It was nowhere near worth £93 and I’d NOT RECOMMEND.

Great day, fab tour guide. Chaotic getting mini buses for the rock tour. Only half the group were accommodated. We waited 30 mins for a 2nd bus. During this time 2 of the drivers had a physical fight over a parking space.

wij hebben dolfijnsafari gedaan, gids bracht ons naar vertrek, maar bij eerste kennismaking werd verteld, dat als je terugkwam van safari moest zelf terugkeren naar de bus in ca 15 minuten en dat je anders nt kon meegaan op de rots, wat bij een mevrouw met problemen op luchtwegen voor volle paniek zorgde, gelukkig kwam andere gids ons ophalen, want deelnemers zitten alleen op boot, en deze respecteren hun tijden nt, aankomst was op moment dat we reeds aan bus moesten zijn, voor rest was dit ok

Met 1 gids is het redelijk verwarrend in een grote groep ook de deelgroepen ( wel/ geen dolfijnen, wel / geen rock tour) te managen. Het lijkt mij beter om dit niet in 1 groep te doen. De groepen samenstellen met als uitgangspunt een eenduidige excursie.

We waren 1 van de 1e hotels bij het afhalen waardoor we 3u op de bus zaten enkel. Dat is wel lang. Op de rots kregen we weinig tijd om rustig foto's te nemen en de apen te volgen. Alles was redelijk getimed. Maar de dolfijnen waren top! Interessante uitleg over de dieren die we zagen. Aangename boot en genoeg plaats aan boord om goed te kijken. We hebben zeker een uur in de buurt van de dolfijnen gezeten zonder andere bootjes in de buurt.

We loved this trip. It was incredible! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and organised. Shout out to Anais and David. I would suggest that having an itinerary ahead of the trip would have been useful. We were on a coach with people doing various Gibraltar experiences so it did get confusing. Also, it does say on the Tui website that food isn't included, but it needs to more clear that there isn't actually time to eat due to the tight schedule. Guests should bring food with them.

Although an early start, was greeted by a very smiley Oscar the coach driver. The guide Anna was knowledgeable and kind making sure everyone was comfortable on the approx 2 and a half hour journey from our hotel. At coach park we were put into a minibus to caves which very beautiful with a very informative driver who also ensured we saw plenty of monkeys. Spent 30 minutes dolphin watching, then had time for a walk up shops and for something to eat. A long but lovely day

The dolphin experience was fantastic, we saw loads of dolphins and the boat company was very informative about the dolphins. The tour of the rock was very dissatisfying and rushed, we only got to spend 10 minutes at St Michael’s cave which wasn’t enough time. We didn’t get to experience the talk about the caves or the light show and there was no time to get anything to eat from the cafe. It was straight through and back on the minibus. The other two stops of the minibus were the same - rushed!

When booking this tour at our hotel meeting, we asked Jane (our representative) if we could not visit the Rock as we had done this as family group a few years ago, instead going on a Town Visit. Jane advised we would need to speak with the Tour Guide (Sonia) on the coach, we did this. It was agreed a meeting point was confirmed, with a time of 14.00hrs. We made sure we were early. Sonia met us, we made our way as a walking group to the Ocean Village where we boarded the Dolphin Boat Tour.

De rock en de apen viel wat tegen, we hebben 2 apen gezien aan de uitgang van de rock. Er werd verder niet meer gestopt om naar nog andere apen te kijken. De boottocht naar de dolfijnen was zeer leuk en interessant. De gids van tui gaf te veel niet relevante informatie en praatte zo veel dat de info die we nodig hadden ofwel verloren ging of niet gegeven werd op het moment dat we het zouden verwachter waardoor er bij de reizigers verwarring ontstond.

I travelled as a single mum of two for the first time, Tui are brilliant. It was a smooth drama free holiday, we will always book again with Tui in the future. They just don't let you down. Thank you x

The guide Ali is wonderful, knpwledgable, passionate with a great sense of humor. Wonderful women, alway's there helping us all threw out the tour. I have to say a big shout to David the minibus driver for the rock tour, he was a brilliant man and even let my daughter be his copilot in the front. Very attentive, hilarious and kind. We didn't expect to get so much from this trip, it is well worth and more what we paid. Please do not be put off by pricing, it is a full morning and afternoon.

Coach guide very good. Visit to caves and tour of Rock also enjoyable. Weather prevented us seeing dolphins, a shame but safety first. Refund made promptly.
