Our driver arrived promptly to drive us into Pula. He dropped us off at the Colosseum building and explained he would pick us back up there at 1pm. There was 6 of us and we all arrived back for return journey about 12.45. Our driver was already waiting and so we got back to the hotel just after 1

Decided to make this trip easier than catching local bus. For us it was better. Pula definitely worth visiting. Use the map the hotel gives out to see places of interest, a lovely morning out

The map was not easy to follow as the streets were not named. A larger map for the main historic area would have been better. The amphitheatre was magnificent and we spent quite a lot of our time there. A couple of places we couldn't find though they marked on the map.

Good to have a transfer into Pula. Driver told us where to look for main sites of interest. Clean, aircon vehicle and prompt. Ideal for exploring on your own

An easy and efficient way to get to Pula. Driver was on time both ways. A bit of commentary on the way about what to see and do may have been helpful. The amphitheatre is worth a visit. The shopping and cafe areas are fine though thought there would be more to see and do.

Trip was around the right time length with bus on time to and from pula..could do with more info as to what else other than the arena is worth visiting example tunnels under the castle

The timing was about right would have been good if the driver could have driven past shopping street and or pointed out various locations, stopped right next to the colosseum

Unfortunately we didn't even go on this trip. When booking i picked our hotel gorgeous pick up Belvedere Vrsar. Which in the booking process it let me do. Then received a phone call after the time of pick up, to be told the pick up point wasn't available for us and was in a totally different area. Very disappointing

The driver was too stern and when you’re on holiday you really want someone happy. Advanced warning of how hilly the city is would have been nice as my husband is waiting for a knee operation. Saying that we still managed to have a lovely time. 3 and a bit hours there is probably a bit too long

The arranged transport picked us up exactly on time, delivered us right to the centre of Pula and picked us up again exactly on time. I would highly recommend using the arranged transport rather than using the local bus service.

It was nice to not worry about transport and we had plenty of time to look round by ourselves. Drive was friendly and nice air conditioned mini bus.

The taxi driver was professional and efficient and the taxi was air conditioned.We needed a better map and information as to to where the places of interest are possibly using a guide or information on how to get the information on our own phone.

Minibus transfer for 8 of us in total from the hotel (4 groups that had booked separately) - picked up at 9am and then picked back up from the same location at 1pm. Journey only took 15 mins from Medulin and worked out better than having to sort & pay for our own taxi.

We could have made our own travel arrangements by local bus cheaper but the guaranteed pick up and drop off from our hotel door guaranteed that we travelled in comfort as we had heard local bus services were sometimes full especially on the return journey. A mini bus collected 8 of us including my wife and I and dropped us off outside the amphitheatre in Pula which we visited for 1.25 hours. The 1/2 day trip gave us sufficient time to do sightseeing and drink at a bar. Pick up was on time.

Driver arrived on time and very friendly. Dropped us off at the amphitheatre which is the main attraction of Pula. We had a map but still got a bit lost. The old town is lovely and plenty of options for snacks and drinks. Lots of steps and steep hills so take good shoes. A good trip if you want to go alone but I think a guided tour would be nice too

Taken into Pula by a small air conditioned people carrier , only 6 people which was good . Dropped off and told to meet back at same spot, gave us an option of what time we all wanted picking up . We opted for 11pm which was fine but could of been picked up earlier or later if we preferred . Beautiful city and would highly recommend going .

The transport arrived on time to pick us from the hotel reception and dropped us outside the amphitheatre, driver arranged to collect us 4 hours later. Not a guided tour but free time in Pula. We enjoyed the Amphitheatre and walked around the Old Town to the fort and the quayside and had a coffee in a local bar. Driver arrived on time to return us to the hotel for lunch. Couldn't fault this experience.

Even though is on you own a tui person could of been on the bus to give advise or a map. As we just got dropped off and not told anything. A elderly couple nearly missed the return journey as the driver didn't wait and the had to run a cross the road to stop the bus.

As it was a self explore, And only a short transfer time, we think that you should consider extending it from 3 hours to either 5/6 hours this would allow time to o orientated anf visit more attractions and even have a relaxed meal.

We had an excellent guide called Darko who had a good grasp of English and encouraged us all to chat on the way into Pula. He took us into the heart of Pula at the amphitheatre, which was more efficient than a bus and worth the slightly higher cost. The main reason for a very high rating is that Darko was kind enough to wait for us even though we were accidentally late after visiting the aquarium. But perhaps TUI should encourage visitors to leave their contact info with the driver just in case.

It offered value for money when compared against taxi fares/Uber. Had the freedom to explore on our own and see what we wanted as opposed to being guided to sights that may not be of personal interest. Our driver was very knowledgeable and gave us great tips and advice during the journey to Pula.
