Utflykten rekommenderar jag starkt! En bussresa på ca 1h från hotellet med upphämtning efter vägen. Intressant men lite svårare genomgång av koraller och hur de restaurerar dem. En kortare båttur följt av snorkling, landsting på en strand där de bjöd på färska kokosnötter, ett lunchstopp vid en restaurangbåt med flytande bar och mer snorkling. Kan tilläggas att maten var inte bara en upplevelse, den var riktigt god också. På det hela taget en mycket bra utflykt som inte tar hela dagen. :) :)

Die Crew des Bootes war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Faszinierend war das Küchenboot von dem wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Große Portion und sehr schmackhaft. Auch die frische Kokosnuss mit Rum am Strand sehr schmackhaft. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ausflug!

Above and beyond our expectations. From the moment we got off the minibus we we're looked after,, everything was explained about how the day was going to be. Give snorkel mask and flippers and a floatation belt if you wanted one, the flotation belt was fitted so no worries about being safe in the water. Help was on hand with a life bouy for anyone struggling. Dinner cooked on a floating kitchen out at sea, amazing. Only downside 4hrs wasn't enough. The time went too quickly. Fantastic experienc.

Coach was late and driver waited for no shows for 15 mins. Didn’t affect our arrival though. The whole day was a nice experience. A little bit more on the restoration perhaps but our lady guide was very good. Boat trip and crew- excellent. But the food from the floating kitchen- amazing Couldn’t believe my eyes at both the kitchen coming alongside and standard of food

Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit,Hilfsbereitschaft,alles sehr gut,Essen sehr gut,originell suf dem wasser die schwimmende Küche,einfach Klasse.viel Fische gesehen,auch Schildkröten und grosse Fische,auch ein Lob an Frau Kikii vom Tui,sehr nette person.vielen Dank für alles,typisch Tui.Wir haben schon viele Reisen gemacht mit Tui,immer zufrieden,nochmal zu betonen,es ist kein Partyboot gewesen,sehr gut.

A lovely day on board the catamaran. The boat was spotless and the crew were very friendly and caring. Great snorkeling with everyone's safety in mind. Staff were very knowledgeable about the coral reefs and the fish. Food was excellent and plentiful. Too much food if anything. Good range of drinks. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend thoroughly even for those of older age like me.

The catamaran was beautiful and clean. I also liked the small group experience as I felt very looked after all the way through especially as I am nervous in water. The staff were also attentive and knew what they were doing and what was expected of them. The drink selection was excellent as something for everyone and food outstanding. I would certainly recommend this experience.

We did not like the taxi driver on the way back to the hotel. He was driving quite fast, overtaking other vehicles in a dangerous way and talking on his phone and listening music on a high volume

This was a wonderful experience, and the staff were very informative and kind. There were about 16 people on the boat, so lots of room to sit around. We saw lots of coral, and enjoyed feeding the fish. The only let down was ham in the cheese croissant, it had been described as the veggie option. The main food was lovely! Would certainly recommend this trip

Good mix of education, fun and environmental responsibility. Food was delicious but portions far too big. We could have managed a plate between the two of us as a sharing plate. Bar was varied and free flowing as stated. Enjoyed the coconut milk. Staff were fun and very professional. Safety was ensured at all times and crew were very supportive with anxiety at swimming at sea. The marine biologist was very informative and interesting.

This trip was excellent and exceeded our expectations, we had reservations after booking and reading that it wasn’t good for people with reduced mobility and back problems. My mother is 75 and has some reduced mobility but the guide/staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I’ve had surgery on my back and it in no way caused me any issues. The food was amazing and the crew 10/10 The snorkelling and beach trip was outstanding Do not give this trip a miss you won’t be disappointed !

The trip was perfect for us. We didn't want to spend a long time travelling to any experience really and the transfer time with our friendly driver was only 20 minutes from the TRS Turquesa Hotel. We were welcomed by friendly staff and given a lot of information about the reef and the environment. The service from the drinks, to the food cooked on a boat, to the lovely man who gave us coconuts to drink from was amazing. It was such a lovely trip, would highly recommend

Pick up from hotel was very nice and comfortable. The process of booking in was smooth. Marine biologist knowledgeable. Crew on board helpful and polite. Well looked after. Snorkelling and feeding fish by hand an enjoyable experience. Lunch arrived by kitchen boat an unexpected pleasure.

Toller Ausflug. Wir haben während des Ausflugs viel gelernt und die Kulisse entlang des Bávaro-Beach war einfach nur atemberaubend. Die Guides standen den ganzen Ausflug über für jegliche Fragen und Anliegen zur Seite und man hat sich allzeit sicher gefühlt. Am Coco Beach haben wir die leckerste Kokosnuss getrunken, die wir jemals hatten. Ein rundum gelungener Ausflug auf der „Grandma“. Lediglich die Zeit im kleinen Korallenmuseum am Anfang hätte etwas länger sein dürfen.

The staff were great, informative, funny and couldn’t do enough for us. The experience its self was brilliant, it was amazing snorkelling, seeing all of the fish and sea creatures as well as getting to contribute to a coral reef. Lunch was also great, being served to us on our boat and the open bar and rum and coconut drink was a plus.

We had an amazing time, the staff really looked after us and we got to learn about the reef restoration, my husband helped to plant some coral on a rope that they were going to put in the sea, all in all had a fantastic time and would recommend it to any future guests.

I personally did not want to go as I am not a fan of boats as I can’t swim. But I absolutely loved it. Ideal number of people on the boat. Great facilities. Awesome staff . Excellent food. I cannot recommend highly enough.. I did not do the snorkel as it was too deep , but did everything else in the shallow water. Thanks for organising success a memorable trip. The mobile food and drinks station are an excellent idea, as the food was so freshly cooked.

Deze tour was heel erg leuk en kinderen worden er heel erg bij betrokken. met het snorkelen wordt er heel erg op ze gelet en alles was goed geregeld. Ze maken er op en rond de boot echt een feest van. Op de heen reis een stop moment op een zandbank waar je uit een kokosnoot kan drinken en op de weg terug nog een BBQ op het water.

Iets minder snorkel groepen op het zelfde stukje zee maakt het iets druk en chaotisch je raakt snel je eigen groep en gids kwijt .er is dan ook geen ruimte om echt te zwemmen en te duiken iets wat ik persoonlijk heel fijn vind met snorkelen

Everything was fantastic. The guides were lovely, the food was amazing and the drinks selection was great. We wished there was a little more information about coral on the excursion itself, but there were a number of non-swimmers and children in our group so the guides had their hands full in the water ensuring all safety- the most important part! We wished we had a bit more time in the second snorkel stop but saw lots both times and would highly recommend

Amazing experience, the staff were brilliant and the children and adults loved every moment! Had fresh coconuts on the beach and 2 reef stops, one deep and one where you could stand. Even had lunch cooked on a boat in the ocean! Saw turtles and plenty of fish! Brilliant!

The reef restoration snorkelling trip was excellent! My children and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The tour guides Raymond and Baby Chilli were excellent and went out of their way to ensure everyone enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this trip.

The tour guides were amazing, lots of great information but not too much. Boat was really good with a top deck and slide, crew weee constantly on hand to bring drinks up, food was much better than we were expecting. The main guide was brilliant, our 6yr old son was nervous and never snorkelled before and was struggling a little. he took him out personally and swam around with him showing him all of the fish and he even saw an eagle ray, he was so happy. Then finished off by going down the slide

Superb trip that had a little bit of everything. We were looked after well by the team throughout. Felt a bit rushed at the very end. I would have like a few minutes to use the restroom before transferring back to the hotel, however this was a minor niggle, otherwise I would highly recommend this trip!

To be completely honest this trip far outweighed our expectations. It was educational for not only the kids but for us....Alexa gave a great talk on the catamaran when we set out and got the kids involved. The crew were incredibly attentive and looked after all the passengers and Ramon was absolutely brilliant! The photos were all free which I know isn't the case on other trips we took. I really have to say this was a brilliant experience! We really enjoyed it!

The staff on the boat were amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. The marine biologist that accompanied us on the boat was very knowledgeable. The snorkelling was brilliant and our children (19,16,11) all enjoyed it. The life belts helped so you never needed to stand up. The food and drink were fantastic. We would 100% recommend this excursion.

The staff and crew on the boats were excellent the transport staff were excellent however one of our party is in a wheelchair .we were told it would be a minibus both ways it wasn’t and I had to lift my niece up into my shoulders then up 6 steps into the coach The trip was excellent very informative and entertaining through out the boat crew spoilt My niece and included her in everything that she could manage and the snorkelling part put the biggest ever smile I have seen on her face thank you

Everything ran smoothly, the hotel pick-up was early, only one other pick up and then to the harbour. The staff there were really informative, so we knew what was going to happen and when. We learned interesting facts about the coral, then set off. Snorkeling was very safe, and the crew will help those who are struggling (there is quite a swim from the boat to the coral) Lunch was excellent, free unlimited drinks, and free photos by the crew. First class excursion.

Enjoyed everything about this trip! It was educational, they are environmentally conscious (regrowing the reef), the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fun to be around. We saw turtles and loads of beautiful fish. The food from the boat kitchen was amazing (great veggie options). Very generous with the drinks. We had a great day and would definitely go again. Great trip, very informative throughout the day. It felt good to be involved and be a part of learning about conservation at the coral Reef. With marine biologist and crew. Ramon our guide was really funny and very knowledgeable and he made everyone feel safe and well looked after. Food was lovely and plenty as well as the lovely rum coconuts we tried ?? Added free photos were a nice touch from in the water and on boat. Would highly recommend

Fantastic half day trip. Info before we started out,from the marine biologist/ecologist. Saw some different corals. She explained alot and asked us questions. Taken to boat, had 2 snorkel stops,loads of fish at both. One stop was deep water,2nd was alot shallower so easier for me. We tied coral on to rope so it can be placed back into the ocean to regrow. Lunch was amazing. Staff were friendly,helpful and entertaining. babycchela was our guide, very very good. 5 star to all on the day.

The experience has a hole with the local company was fantastic from transfer through to ordering lunch and the actual restoration cycling experience. Highly recommend the only aspects which let this down was a communication from the TUI wrap. I’d received confirmation emails after booking however was told on the day I wasn’t on the list and I should have confirmed in person 24 hours before but I’ve not been told this thankfully the tour company did have me on the list after initial stress.

It was a great experience and we would definitely love to do it again. The only negative was the lunch. It was nice but was served at 4pm. Maybe it should be more of a morning excursion rather than starting at 1pm.

The excursion was very well organised. We saw lots of different fish and got to see the coral restoration efforts in action. The guides were very informative and attentive, and the food included was very tasty, as were the drinks. We didn't have to pay extra for drinks, food or the photos which was a nice surprise. The location was beautiful, the sea is a gorgeous colour and perfect swimming temperature. We also saw a couple of green sea turtles from the boat!

Super nette Mitarbeiter, die sich um alles gekümmert haben und sehr zuvorkommend waren. Das Schnorcheln war ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir haben 2 Schnorchelgänge gemacht. Schade war, dass wir aufgrund der Algen am Coconut Beach nicht an Land gehe konnten, dafür kann der Veranstalter allerdings nichts. Musik auf dem Schiff war etwas laut. Etwas leiser wäre besser gewesen. Ansonsten ein empfehlenswerter Ausflug.

Overall we enjoyed the trip but felt it didn’t meet its brief in the sense that it was sold as an information-based coral conservation trip. We didn’t learn anything at all. The marine biologist onboard was very nice but spoke very little English. We weren’t given any time in the conservation project area on land and the ‘planting of coral’ activity consisted of each guest holding a piece of coral and pushing it through a rope. The food was massively overcooked and we couldn’t go on the beach.

It was perfect. The staff were attentive and super friendly, they helped me get comfortable in the water and snorkelling. The food was also nice and it was really good to learn about the coral.

The experience was amazing, some education, delicious food, but more importantly a lot of time in the water snorkelling and hand feeding fish if you wanted to. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Safety was paramount. Best trip ever ! The only negative was I almost missed the transport as I didn’t know they didn’t come into my hotel as the other trip had. So, it would be helpful to note the transport company, if possible, and also the exact location of collection, IE outside main gate !
