Paseos en buggy todoterreno, ceremonias tradicionales taínas y baños en piscinas subterráneas conforman una noche llena de adrenalina desde Punta Cana. Juan, uno de nuestros guías locales, afirma: "Las cuevas y cenotes desempeñaron un papel importante en la cultura indígena taína. A pesar de su tentador aspecto, con sus frescas aguas color aguamarina, los taínos nunca nadaban en los cenotes ni utilizaban el agua porque creían que eran una puerta al inframundo". Además, disfrutará de una cena dominicana y barra libre seguida de música en directo.Para dar comienzo a una velada llena de acción, atravesará la campiña dominicana a toda velocidad por pistas de tierra y observará cómo el paisaje se transforma del día a la noche. Buggy ride was great, although it is very dusty and there's a lot of stopping and starting. Chocolate, coffee and liquor tasting was delicious, recommend trying the chocolate tea (and buying it!) The cave pool party was great, the water is cold which is perfect to cool off. Changing rooms are available but no lockers. Also watch your feet on the stoney ground. Dinner is a buffet style to choose with water and open bar supplied. Would recommend, but do bring wet shoes and waterproof bag.

Too much time was wasted waiting to start the buggy ride, which made most of the ride happen in the dark. Then, We were rushed through everything else. About 20 minutes or less spent in the cenote, which was very disappointing. The rest of the activities were very rushed, only to leave you waiting for your return ride for 45 minutes while they tried to sell overpriced photos. This was ridiculous and very frustrating after being rushed all night.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Schlechte Organisation von Abholung bis Rücktransfer. 2 Std. Hinfahrt im engen, unangenehm riechenden Bus, danach 1,5 Std. Wartezeit. Es wird behauptet, Wasserschuhe für 25 $ seien Pflicht – sind sie nicht. Buggytour nur 1 Std. mit ca. 50 Buggys (ständig Stop-and-Go), Höhle völlig überfüllt. Insgesamt nur ca. 2,5 Std. Programm, aber rund 5 Std. Warte- und Transferzeit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. (Musste leider gekürzt werden, da nur 500 Zeichen)

The history of the locals was very interesting, but the overall experience was just a hard sell and the whole night was governed and timed to maximise how much time we spent in the gift shops, it felt like that was the main objective of the whole night. Also the service was really poor, upon arriving at the first point there wasn't even a bottle of water on offer (for free) and had to wait over 2 hours.. i before we finally could refresh. The potential for a great night was ruined by the greed

The experience was amazing, a great day/evening out. The offroad buggy drive was amazing. The guide was amazing. The tour around and a little history lesson was great. The rave in the cave was fantastic. Food was ok. The down side. You are not off the bus 5 minutes and they are trying to sell you the whole shop. And if you haven't booked with tui you have to hire masks and goggles. (Which was not cheap) But after the bad points it was worth every pound/dollar.

The buggy experience was great. Some people broke down but we didn’t however there were staff in buggies in front and followed us in case we needed their help. The driving was nearly an hour which was great and the track was bumpy and wet in places which was great. The idea of going in the water in the caves was a great idea to get rid of the dust and dirt. The shows and meal were good. Overall a fab experience and value for money

Een leuke gevarieerde activiteit met een kleine kanttekening, bij het aan komen op de locatie van de buggy tour wordt je gelijk overrompeld om 70 USD te betalen voor de foto’s, als je niet cash betaald wordt er 15% toeslag gerekend voor bankkosten en zit je al snel op de 80 USD. Dit vonden wij erg jammer en ontzettend prijzig voor een paar foto’s, hierdoor wordt het toch al best prijzige uitje alsnog tamelijk duur. Wij hebben de foto’s geweigerd en zelf foto’s gemaakt, dit was goed te doen!!

Rave in the cave was brilliant, they did mix up our buggy options but changed it. Was fun but could be a bit more wild. Food was average but tastings were good. Our guide was brilliant and the Tui rep called Jennifer at the Royalton punta cana is the best rep I have ever had!

Het enige minpunt was de fotoservice. Je betaalt best wel wat geld en er wordt niet echt moeite gedaan om goede foto’s van je te nemen zodat we uiteindelijk weinig mooie foto’s hadden. Dit zou ik dan ook niet nogmaals doen. De avond zelf was goed.

a little feedback from the buggy ride. Rest of the trip was ok, but the buggy ride had problems. First i dont think we got the blue TUI buggies, we got small red buggies we barely fit in...we also didnt get face masks but DIY work goggles and a bandana ... Other then that what was really annoying was the heavy coloring of our clothes due to the mud/water during the ride. We expected dust, we didn't expect heavy coloring red liquid ...We tried to have them laundered they are ruined...

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. The buggys were great but very mucky! Staff were attentive to safety. The village and the swim in the cave were divine. If anything we would have liked to stay in the water longer. Food was good and service excellent. Bus driver home played some great tunes which just kept the experience going. Would highly recommend.

Iur driver to event and back drive like a F1 racing car driver from brans hatch, no regards for speed limits, vehicle safety, or passengers. There were no seatbelts in the van, he drive above speed limit the entire time, was asked to slow down and turn off AC, but completely ignored us. The trip itself was nice if not rushed and over crowded

This experience was excellent, were a family of 8 adults and teens, we all loved everything about it, the buggies was great, only thing was there was quite a few buggies so it was a little stop start. But a great experience, the cenote/cave was fab we all wanted to stay longer, the culture info was great inc the chocolate and coffee tasting. The buffet food was great we loved it- and party at the end lots of fun. Highly recommended- perfect eve

Ausflug war soweit ok. Es wurde gesagt, dass es sich um einen deutschsprachigen Ausflug handelt. Aber es konnte wirklich niemand aus der gesamten Crew nur ein Wort Deutsch!!! Es wurde (sehr schnelles, undeutliches) Englisch oder aber Spanisch gesprochen. Der Ausflug war lustig und "dreckig". Die Verkaufsveranstaltungen waren nicht so unser Geschmack. Das Schwimmen in der Höhle war in den Abendstunden wirklich ein Highlight. Musik aber sehr laut. Das anschließende Essen war sehr fein.

Whole evening was rushed and guides shouting at you hurry up come on over there no explanation of how to drive buggy or help with fitting head gear ... Buggy gave off intense heat from under the seat and front console which meant you needed to shift about in the seat ... Guides repeatedly sped past with no warning and no wing mirrors on buggy ... Had to follow a procession of 50 buggies and not very much mud didn't receive extra time as a TUI customer ...

The evening and excursion was fantastic overall the only slight teeny fault and this is with TUI would be to make people aware and to change on their website or app for the excursion itself is that IF YOU DONT DRIVE or have ever driven you wont be able to drive a buggy as this is not explained and it states u dont need a licence etc...and we were told we didnt need one or that it didnt matter...but it did as 1 of the guides had to drive us round...still a fab excursion though all in all 👌

De activiteiten waren heel leuk! De organisatie tussen de activiteiten is was soms wat chaotisch, de communicatie had wat beter gekund. Verder super leuke ervaring en we waren blij dat Grace van Tui had aangegeven dat we schone kleren mee moesten nemen. Je kunt je namelijk daar omkleden na het zwemmen. Alles was ook super netjes, heel fijn.

Would 100% recommend this trip, overall fun experience, especially buggy ride...prepare to get wet! Cave pool was excellent as well. I would avoid paying $70 up front for photos , it's not worth it: out of 41 pics only 19 were okay...alot are repeated of the same photo. Wait until the end then pick a few of what you like

Pick up in a open truck was an experience in itself. Arrived with a big group, some Tui some not! Given basic safety glasses and bandana, pay for upgrade! Pay for waterproof phone case, pay for photos, pay for this and pay for that, hard sale from the off! Buggy ride was a free for all to start, ours had no working seatbelts, no working running lights, no instrument panel but the engine worked and off we go. Lead kept the speed low so wasn't able to let rip! Cave pool was a great experience 👍😀

Excursie niet je geld waard. Erg kort ritje. We zouden extra tijd krijgen vanuit tui maar niks van gezien. Ritje ook super saai beetje achter elkaar door 3 plasjes en terug helemaal saai. Je krijgt niet echt een koffie proeverij met chocolade maar 1 shotje koffie en chocomelk en thee iets. Wij kregen t gevoel dat je een koffie en chocolade proeverij zou krijgen. Dat is dus niet waar. Het wordt mooier gemaakt dan dat het is. De grot is ook gewoon een zwembad. Einde dansen wel leuk. Wel te prijzig

Honestly the best excursion we have ever done!!! From the buggy ride, to learning about the taino, the cave, the food and then the carnival and dancing! It was so much fun all round! The cave is an experience in itself well worth it! Sexy chocolate and sexy cappuccino was so funny the whole night and kept the guests entertained, engaged and stayed with us the whole evening!

We did this trip but did not use the buggies (personal preference) the other aspects of the trip were great. The party in the senote was amazing the guides do a fabulous job. They keep everything going and they work hard! The dinner was one of the nicest we have on an excursion like this. Tasty food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't really fault this trip. Only thing I wanted was for it to last longer. Great excursion!! Highly recommended.

The whole experience was fantastic. The kids loved it and I myself was celebrating my 40th and embraced my childlike self with some fun, learning about the culture, food and just being able to relax made my night. I would defo recommend doing this. The only thing I want to say is that one person said one thing then another causing confusion. However, this is something that can be improved in time.

De busreis heen en terug was heftig. De chauffeur reed erg wild. Eenmaal daar aangekomen kregen we weinig uitleg en werden we in de Buggy's gezet. Vanaf daar werd het enorm leuk! Enthousiaste reisleiding, goed te verstaan en leuke sfeer! Ik zou het zeker aanraden, maar houdt rekening met de busreis

The good, The bad, The ugly…. the good: the team inside the excursion after it commenced- fantastic, the entertainment team really care. the bad: the team before the excursion the people at the excursion when you arrive- VERY pushy sales people. with tui: glasses and bandana included- safety glasses that were scratched to beyond what you can reasonably see through. better? pay more… the ugly: the driver from berlin excursions; on his phone watching instagram whilst driving- incredinly unsafe

Alles rund herum sehr schln und nahezu perfekt. Allerdings war die Buggy tour, um die es ja eigentlich ging, nicht so Toll. Es wird einem ein Sonnen untergang versprochen, jedoch sieht man davon nicht sehr viel auf der gemachten pisste. Die Piste ist zu eintöning und umschlossen von dichtem wald und gebüch. Rest alles perfekt.

A little truth before the experience would be beneficial as clothes had to be thrown out as the mud did not come off clothes. A longer ride would be better with different terrain. A long bus ride to get to the experience

The buggy riding is minimal, it’s around the same length of time as the sales pitch for local produce. It went on for ages. Then there was the cave swim, it was like a club with really loud music. Not ideal for kids especially as it ran so late. Food was served late and was not great, this was around 830. Then there came the dancing which went on for half an hour, it’s now 930pm. After this view your photos that they pressure you to buy at the start of the experience. 90 USD! So much more to say

The actual buggy experience was great, unless you really want a photo of you driving the buggy with splash don’t buy the photo package and just use your own mobile! Improve the structure on arrival at the experience- no clear guidance until we were actually on the buggy! Food was tasty but rushed!

It was good start to finish, the only thing I would add is, it needs to state to take your own towels with you as none are provided and it doesn’t say to take them either

Fun trip with a bit of everything. Boogy drive, local chocolate and coffee demo, short cultural show, cave pool party, followed by dinner and drinks. Tour guides were very friendly and funny. Each part of the trip was just about long enough, and the complex where they took was very well planned out and pretty.

Picked up in a truck. Had a double seated ATV. Really good fun but be prepared to get dirty. Had an informative talk and tasting items with a guide. Watched a traditional dance. Water in the cave with pumping music was fab but the water was so cold! Changing rooms very clean. Had a buffet. Then the chance to have a dance before being taken back to our hotel. Had a really good evening.

The organiser of the event was 1.15 hours late picking us up at the hotel we had to call UK help line who had to chase the driver to the pickup, he told us that we were not at the pick up we were 20 minutes early for the pickup. The driver was constantly on his mobile phone while driving !! Once at the event we were given very little if no safety advice given just put in buggy right foot peddle go left stop then go, we were rushed so that we caught up with the main group so

Hi me and my other half have traveled to Mexico Jamaica, and now Dominican Republic,, with RUI,, tui,, 1st 2excellent ,,,Dominican,, very few understand English,, entertainment. For 2 weeks terrible,,,rooms need. Updating,, fan made a noise AC. Made a noise,,, but then they offer you an upgrade ££,,

The buggy tour was great alongside the food and learning about the tribe. The rest of the evening was a complete waste of time and felt like the ‘disco’ and swimming in a natural pool was more of a gimmick for tourists. I’d also recommend not taking customers from a hotel in a safari bus to a location. Both myself and the rest of my group felt very uncomfortable as it felt incredibly **********.

Everyone was great and make the experience welcome to enjoy time together. There was no push on every corner to tip no matter where you move. However photos where so expensive to purchased and I didn't see anyone to buy them.

Enjoyed the entire experience. Wish the resorts have us more information around clothing, foot wear and back packs. We ruined a pretty expensive back pack because we couldn't b leave it at the buggy stop.

Quality service the staff from the buggies were 100% in there job role made you feel safe and valued guide sexy chocolate ans sexy pineapple so much fun full and full of knowledge and so polite and caring. The guides on the buggies so understanding and caring. Didn't really like the pressure of buying in the shop but I do understand that is the way you make money. The meal.great the entertainment really good the swim so much fun

We loved the whole experience ( apart from having to sit in a wet swimsuit ). The food was good, the cenote amazing fun as was the dancing . Value for money all round ????
