L'île de Holbox, avec 36 km de plages immaculées balayées par des eaux vert émeraude, s'offre à vous. Cette excursion exclusive vous propose de découvrir des sites tels que la Isla Pasión en bateau privé et de manger dans un resort écologique 5 étoiles. Un tour de l'île en voiturette de golf est également prévu. Ariel, l'un de nos guides locaux, nous dit : "Holbox est l'habitat de plus de 300 espèces endémiques et migratoires, c'est aussi une sorte de terrain de jeu, avec des activités telles que les tours en hors-bord et en beach buggy".À Chiquila, c'est votre bateau piloté par un pêcheur local qui vous attend, et c'est parti pour une balade de deux heures, alors que les autres agences proposent de prendre le ferry local. Votre guide vous indiquera les meilleurs endroits pour observer la faune et la flore et vous expliquera les efforts déployés pour préserver cet habitat. Si vous faites cette visite entre juin et septembre, vous aurez peut-être la chance d'apercevoir les flamboyants flamants roses de l'île. Vous découvrirez aussi la beauté des plages isolées de Isla Pasion et Punta Mosquito. À l'heure du repas du midi, vous rejoindrez l'éco-resort, avec assez de temps pour vous détendre sur les transats.Une fois le plein d'énergie fait, c'est parti pour un tour en voiturette de golf pour vous amuser à explorer les environs. Fantastic day out! Both the driver and guide were friendly. We were a small group of 8 strangers but by the end were all friends. Both the breakfast and lunch stops were authentically local and we had a generous amount of time at each location we stopped at with lots of photo opportunities. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mary Jane was absolutely brilliant and we loved her so much…..she was so caring and informative and kind The bus driver was basically a selfish inconsiderate ********** who was not prepared to move his chair forward anyway whatsoever despite having lots of room to do so ( I know as I am driver and I could see how much room he had and could have speared but he was not prepared to budge one inch causing an issue for the whole group as we had to swap seats as a result ) the whole bus was cramped

La journée dans son ensemble était très bien. On a aimé que tout ait été respecté la promesse du paysage carte postale paradisiaque y était. Par contre ne pas avoir de temps libre avec la voiturette pour pouvoir visiter l’île comme on le souhaite c est dommage. Dans l ensemble très ********** expérience avec un guide super !

Tour operator claimed he did not know we had a toddler in our party. Even though our reservation clearly stated 6+1. Fortunately he was able to move a couple of passengers so we had the space required. The designated lunch break was the best I’ve encountered in many years of travelling.

Guide was brilliant and went out of his way to make sure we were ok and informed. Travel to island was long and for some on back seat of cramped mini bus very uncomfortable Food and water was insufficient for a trip of such length and early start before hotel breakfast available and poor quality. Being left in town with nothing to do in searing heat not good. Boat ride back very bumpy and not for faint hearted. Scenery amazing around the island and did see flamingos Buggy tour uncomfortable

Das organisatorische war zeitlich gut geplant und ein entspannter Ausflug in die Natur. Beim Mittagessen waren die Getränke nicht ausreichend ( wurden nicht nachgefüllt) und auf dem Boot hatte das Wasser zum Trinken nicht ausreichend für alle.

Described as a reserve for protecting and nurturing wildlife we saw nothing, apart from birds in the sky, this was more of a rush beach sightseeing a posing opportunity for wannabe influencers. No information on the nature or wildlife there was potential of seeing, understanding you’re not guaranteed but there was no interest shown by guides or captain. All felt rushed. Then to be dropped in middle of a town and told explore with no direction or history given apart from there’s the beach.

I was the only English person on this trip which wasn't a problem as Kenneth our guide was multilingual and very informative. All three islands on this trip are beautiful. Holbox was the main attraction where we had some free time, followed by a golf cart trip around the island. We then had lunch at a private beach club. It was a great day out.

Today we experienced true paradise! I cannot begin to describe in words just how stunningly beautiful Isla Pasion, Punta Mosquito and Holbox are! Also the wildlife! We saw an alligator, parrots, pelicans, a king crab, various large lizards and a raccoon. All in all we had a truly perfect day which we will never forget

Oscar was wonderful. Breakfast was lacking. Transfers were fun, comfy.. Lunch hotel and lunch were wonderful Holbox is the most amazing place I've ever been. Beautiful beaches took my breath away. Buggies were amazing fun. Thankyou. Best trip I've ever neen on.

Hay there. We have choseen this cos we have been told transfer to the boat about 2 hours and 2 hours back way. So me and my wife decided we and our kids can manage. But fisically we have spend 5 hours in bus aboutb2 hours to pick random people from random hotels in cancun to get to boat which is radicollous plus 4 hours back way. which whatever you call "whole day chill out relaks" is rally not what we could serve to out kids. Which is really not acceptable. 800 dollars for most of day in bus

Gefallen hat uns der Reiseleiter, Martin, der war klasse Der Komfort im Bus war super Der Ausflug war meiner Meinung nach zu teuer, da wir in einem anderen Hotel als ursprünglich geplant, unser Mittagessen zu uns genommen haben, das Buffet war kalt. Es wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Die Auswahl war sehr gering und auch Getränke gab es nur drei verschiedene zur Auswahl. Zudem war das Essen schlecht und hat auch nicht geschmeckt. Der Strand war sehr ungepflegt, die liegen schmutzig und überall lag Müll

The transport (mini buses) were very uncomfortable especially for such a long journey. Rep said no need to change into swimsuits but the changing facilities were totally inadequate. Given a stop time of 20 mins with only 8 toilets to change in for 80 people - put cream on (only time allowed to do so) and grab a drink. Golf buggies not available on day although we did witness lots of them being used.

Wir können keine Antworten geben, da die Tour gecancelt wurde. In der App haben wir das nicht gesehen und morgens um 7.00 Uhr in der Lobby gewartet. Vielleicht könnte man älteren Kunden, die mit der Technik nicht so vertraut sind in diesem Fall eine SMS oder E-Mail schicken!

It was a pricey trip but worth it! Although there wasn’t as much information given once you hit the islands, they speak for themselves. They are incredible with some amazing views. Holbox island is unique and having the golf buggy tour was great fun. Food was healthy and tasty and the beach club was lovely! If you’re looking for a mix of activities and chill this is the one for you! Rocio was super passionate and a great guide.

The guide was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. The downsides were that the food at the lunch stop was cold when it should have been hot, and secondly the minibus was a real squeeze, the seats towards the rear of bus were extremely cramped with no leg room, and no where to place hand luggage.

Das Erlebnis an sich war ein Traum und die Guides waren super. Sowohl Martin als deutschsprachiger Guide als auch Mikael, der hauptsächlich für den französischen Teil der Gruppe zuständig war, waren beide super und extrem bemüht! Leichte Abzüge für den Transfer. Unser Hotel war am nähesten zum Treffpunkt für den großen Bus gelegen, trotzdem wurden wir als erstes abgeholt und als letztes wieder heimgebracht. Aus unserer Sicht zweimal unnötige 40 Minuten im Minibus.

Was told only 6 people on tour at once. There was 12 on ours. Joined another group for the buggies so 32 people for 8 buggies. Was told it would be one per couple. Had to pay for drinks at hotel for lunch. Was told it was included. Rep asking for tips and feedback 2 hours before trip ended then counting her tips in front of us. Rep getting dropped of first before the rest of the trip at the end. A lot of money for what we got.

Trip wasn’t as described by rep. Trip is described as suitable for less mobile. This is incorrect as had to climb in and out of motor boat with big steps down (approx 3 ft). Stunning scenery , experience of more traditional island not as commercialised lovely trip The one downside was the bus that we boarded . The bus was very cramped , small and incredibly hot on the way home especially as we never stopped on the way home . I think you should inform people booking that it is a long day as we never arrived back at our hotel until 7 pm . That saying I am glad we did the excursion it was stunning, the guides very informative and helpful .

We recently booked the Holbox Island excursion from Cancun and, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. To begin with, our pick-up was scheduled for 6:50am but we were collected 45 minutes late, with no communication at all. We had started calling TUI customer services to find out where the taxi was, which isn’t how you want to start a long excursion day. A delay can happen, but some communication would have made a big difference.

Great day out thoroughly enjoyed the day. Maria, our kind was very welcoming, kind and did everything she could to ensure we had the best time. Holbox is truly beautiful. We saw lots of wildlife too. Lunch was very pleasant. Transport was good too. One improvement is it was hard to hear Maria on the boats but she gave us the info afterwards. Could you supply the whispering headsets?

The island of Holbox is stunning, a real insight into Mexico. A beautiful experience where we saw perfect beaches, wildlife and a township. The only thing that let the trip down was the 3 hour each way travel in a small cramped minibus in which the journey did not seem well planned

Man erwartet allerdings lt.Beschreibung des Ausfluges mehr: Die Transferzeit ist mit 2h per Bus ziemlich lang, das sollte man wissen// vom 5-Sterne-Öko-Resort erwartet man besseres Essen und bessere Location für über 2h Aufenthalt, das waren maximal 3 Sterne// die Überfahrt per Schnellboot nichts für Teilnehmer mit Rückenbeschwerden// ansonsten Holbox viel Seegras, viel Müll//nichts mit Beschaulichkeit

Sold as going on a ferry not a fishing boat. Rep left us at harbour on return journey just with a driver who didn’t speak English Transport arrived 20 minutes late at pickup in the morning.

„Der Reiseleiter Martin war sehr professionell. Obwohl die Gruppe zweisprachig war, schaffte er es, alles Notwendige in beiden Sprachen zu erklären. Der Ausflug war gut organisiert und ein schönes Erlebnis. Absolut empfehlenswert!“

Unser Guide Martin hat ausführliche Informationen gegeben, war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Busfahrer hat uns sicher ans Ziel gebracht. Die Bootsfahrt mit Kapitän Elias war ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir konnten auf der Tour karibisches Flair erleben. Das Mittagessen und die Buggy-Fahrt waren gut.

In een woord top! Alles tot in de puntjes goed geregeld. Zeer vriendelijke gids ( Nederlands sprekende man) die ons meenam omdat wij de enige Nederlandse gasten waren deze trip. Alles geweldig verteld en zeer behulpzaam. De trip zelf en de dingen te doen cq bezichtigen prima. Kortom superdag van 07.0O uur tot 18.30 heen en terug. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

The layout of the day was fantastic. Our Guide Rould made sure each stop was just the right length of time. The island of Holbox is beautiful and well worth seeing. It is a long journey from the playa del Carmen region but Minibus but I would say worth it. The lunch was ok at mystique beach club and there was a limited number of sun beds and towels so not everyone got one.

Une très belle journée passée à Holbox. Petit havre de paix, et magnifique. L'arrêt sur l'ile au moustique était agréable et a permis de démarrer l'excursion de manière agréable. Le temps libre avant le déjeuner a permis à chacun de déambuler dans les rues du villages au gré de ses envies. Le restaurant n'était pas extraordinaire (enfermé) mais la nourriture était correcte. La visite ensuite en voiturait de golf a permis de visualiser l'ensemble de l'étendue du village. Merci.

Really enjoyed our trip, fun, informative, new what to do and when to do it, thankyou so much, one thing to be aware of the overall trip is around 12 hours and not 8 , not a problem for us , just good to know
