Great
Massage was good paid extra for longer massage did not get all the time as transfer was waiting. The hamam scrub was not that good based on the many injace had in the past.

Good trip and value for money. Was taken into the male changing rooms and wasn’t informed the were female rooms - discovered this after I was dressed. Staff on arrival were a little brusque, but this could have been due to the language barrier. Bath and massage staff were very nice

I did not feel safe as a single female, lots of men who were not working there hanging around, felt very uncomfortable as I was in my swim suit , the massage room smelt and had a hole in the ceiling and machinery on the floor

Dreadful hard sell in a room of our party to try to pressure us into other treatments. Very rough handling when treatment of scrubbing. Unnecessary throwing bowls of cold water over your head. Doubt most of staff are properly trained.

Arrived @3am was given a room totally unacceptable & not what I had booked . However staff did rectify this the next day but we spent half the day moving rooms Hotel was clean & well kept. Staff very friendly & helpful . Outstanding variation of goods & meals . Sadly we could not book add by of the a la carte restaurants apart from Chinese as all fully booked . Leggings as ps this needs reviewing as not able to book during our stay . Kami- tui rep was fab really helpful & informative.

The mini bus that picked us up was awful, I am surprised it made it to the destination, it's not safe to be on the road. As soon as you get there you are taken in room where you are offered the extras/ pressured into buying more treatments The people doing the treatments are very good, the people running it not so good Once done you then have to wait for the next full bus to go back in the death trap to drop you off.

Not a relaxing experience as it was described to us. On arrival we were taken to a side room and given the ‘hard sell’ to buy further treatments. This felt really pushy and the guy just did not give up! The treatment was rushed like a conveyor belt, not relaxing as you’re in the room with others who may have bought the photo package where their pics are taken constantly while you’re trying to chill. People running the place seem to boss the other staff around and not treat them respectfully.

Ophaling aan het hotel ging vlot. Heel fijne ervaring. Spijtig dat men je ter plaatse meer behandelingen wil aansmeren dan waarvoor je tijdens de excursie voor gereserveerd hebt. Bij de start met de sauna voel je je een nummertje dat mee met de massa de sauna in moet en je je een beetje aan je lot voelt overgelaten, maar zodra het scrubben, schuimbehandeling en de massage volgen ebt dat gevoel weg en ontspan je meer.

De busje was een 20 minuten te laat en moeten tot dat het busje er was en verde de sauna wel langer gemogen we zaten ongeveer 5 minuten erin en toen wij eruit gehaald de rest was prima . En de massages was ook wel lekker

I have had a lot of Turkish baths but I have to say that this was one of the best. I paid extra for some other treatments and it was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and very good at what they did. The only thing which would mprove the experience is soft mood music in the therapy rooms i.e. facial room and massage rooms

The experience was not one we would do again. Once they realised you were not interested in purchasing additional packages their whole demeanour changed and it felt a very rushed experience. We were left waiting around not knowing what to do next or whete to go. - from pick up at hotel to return was all within 1hour 15 mins. Did not feel it was value for money

The overall experience was much better than I expected . It was varied and I definitely came away thinking I could have done with a longer session. I would have preferred a more private changing facility. Excellent value for the money
