Would have liked to spent more time on Saona.....felt rushed there. Just got relaxed and then had to go. Would have also been nice to take the catamaran back as the VERY LOUD boat was very annoying and at one point we did not think it was going to make it back. Reynaldo - representative at the hotel was FANTASTIC to deal with!!!!!

Décevant pas à la hauteur de la prestation vendue, catamaran, vieux sale, pas de place assise pour tout le monde, prestation à bord insuffisante, rhum coca ou rhum Sprite dans un petit gobelet en carton, repas du midi très moyen, plus de crudités pour les derniers servis. Saona sans intérêt plage sale rien de paradisiaque, harcelés par les masseuses. Retour en speed boat serrés comme des sardines à 4 sur des banquettes prévues pour 3. Nous ne recommandons pas cette excursion

Lo mejor, los paisajes. Lo malo: la comida (en mi comedor ni siquiera pusieron fruta y las “ensaladas” dejaban mucho que desear). Además, está el problema de los cambios de transporte acuático. Deberían hacer el tour con un grupo único y no juntar gente en una embarcación más grande. Las fotos mostraban piña colada, pero las cobraban aparte. Otro: sin preguntarnos nada, nos pusieron un paño en la cabeza (a casi todos) y, después, lo cobraron a 5 dólares; afortunadamente, se podía devolver.

Nos ofrecieron un servicio más exclusivo para mi grupo de 12 personas. Nos llevaron en la lancha bastante deteriorada. El tramo final en un catamaran con muchísima gente. Pregunte y varios había pagado USD80, en lugar de los 120 que pagamos cada uno. El guía malísimo. Nada de carisma. No es o primera vez que hacemos este tour pero de hecho fue uno de los peores.

El vendedor y el guía muy buena onda.demasiados cambios de transportes desde el hotel (van+colectivo+colectivo) en el traslado a bluelagoon viajamos sentados en el piso mucha gente.Nos vendieron comodidad y viaje mas exclusivo.viajamos con otro grupo que pago mucho menos e hizo mismo tour. El almuerzo frío y poca variedad. poca fruta para tantos. Se terminó y no reponen. Los fotógrafos te obligan a sacarte foto aunque no quieras. No vimos diferencia precio calidad con los ofrecidos x la mitad$$

This trip was sold to us as a small group tour… There was 50+ crammed onto a speedboat which was not very enjoyable as some people are larger than others. The open bar was no exsistent on speedboat and only offered a drink when we stopped at starfish. The islands were very good , beautiful infact… The tour would of been better and more enjoyable if the group was smaller and the food offered better

The whole experience was fantastic. The islands are beautiful and our tour guide Obama was phenomenal- he was so helpful to everyone, speaking many different languages to ensure everyone got the required information. He was an excellent guide. We were not informed to bring extra dollars for the pina coladas so unfortunately missed out and that was the only negative I can say about the trip.

Also paid $50 USD for 5 pictures and i was sent the wrong pictures, ones I actually did not like at all.. the picture people never answered to fix the issue..

Es war eine Segelboottour mit Privatszrandabschnitt gebucht, stattdessen wurden wir im Katamaran und Speedboot verschifft. Das schwimmen an den Stränden war nur zwischen stinkenden Motorbooten, die ********** aufwirbelten, möglich. Das Essen war landestypisch und ok. Von der Flora und Fauna wurde nichts erzählt. Den Ausflug hätte man sich sparen können.

The guide Castro never stopped talking from the start to the end but the content of what he said was always selling something - from pineapple coladas to stuff at the mall at the end. I didn't feel safe on the boats to or from saona. others seemed uncomfortable with water getting inside all the time too I wish he had been quiet and that there was a safe solid boat playing less agreessive music the whole ride out. It felt like we needed to tip 5 teams by the time we were done for nothin

La excursión de ayer muy linda, él único inconveniente es que se termina muy tarde. Llegamos a las 8:30. Se pierde mucho tiempo en el transporte, en pasar por tantos hoteles para recoger a la gente y en los cambios de transportes. La guía no fue muy profesional, no me parece que tenga que pedir propina a cada uno de los pasajeros.

Be more clear with time upon stops- the stop at the first store is a waste of time and coming back home to- The trip is long enough and to waste time like that isn't needed. The pictures is a great option but the value asked is insane however the price is not consisted and some pay higher when some pay lower for the same service and that isn't right.

Hopping from one boat to another was pretty sketchy. It as slippery and could have easily been a disaster for many. The company should use a portable ramp system to move people from one area to the other. If you have any physical handicaps or problems it was dangerous. It was also rather dangerous for larger people who did not have adequate mobility.

Danny was our guide and made everything easy simple and fun. The transfers were good even the bus changes were smooth. The experience was just fantastic and paradise awaited. Food was good and drinks flowing. Overall would recommend for adults who wish to either be leisurely or have a party vibe if that way inclined as the mix was balanced. Wouldn't advise taking young children as the day is long . Thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Thoroughly enjoyed the sandbar and beach.. the water is amazing and staff fantastic. I would suggest some activities while on the beach so it doesn't seem like such a long day laying around being eaten by sand fleas. Must reapply bug repellent often

Vor der Buchung wurde gesagt, dass wir eine Fahrtzeit von ca. 1,5h hätten und 18 Uhr wieder im Hotel ankommen würden. Realität= 3 Stunden pro Weg und Ankunft um 20 Uhr. Der "private Saona-Strand" war ein totaler Reinfall (40 Minuten auf Saona-Island und dann nennen Sie die Tour so). Weit entfernt von den Bildern und reinste Touri-Abzocke. Die Bilder die wir für "70$" erworben hatten - waren auf dem Konto 80$. Anfangs wurden 350$ verlangt!! lächerlich Die Blaue Lagune war zumindest wunderschön.

The excursion was supposed to be 8 hours and ended up being 12, that took up all of our last day on vacation. We paid more for sailboat cruise and we were crammed on a motorized boat for most of the day. The food for lunch was very unsatisfactory. The sandbar was cool, the second beach for 1 hour was not what we were promised, and then the last part of the trip on a catamaran was combined with another group that packed the boat when we paid extra for small group. Definitely will not recommend!

The trip was not as described and not 12+. We were told the trip would be no more than 30. The catamaran was 60 people and it took me the whole catamaran ride to discuss purchasing our pictures. There were no seats by the time our group boarded the boat. The salad items were not edible as they were completely covered in flies.

It did not start out to good, I arrived at the pick up place a half hour before, and I waited for an hour , then I called my booking agent and it turns out that the bus driver forgot to pick me up. The booking agent came, and picked me up and handed me over to his cousin who then drove me for an hour to meet up with the group. The tour guide waited for me and after that everything went great. In the evening they even arranged a taxi to take me from the last stop to my hotel so I did not have

Lo mejor el paisaje No me gustó las piedras que hay para el ingreso a la playa que lastiman los pies. La comida estaba medida. Lo peor de todo es que la lancha que utilizan para el traslado de la playa al catamaran, la gente va apiñada (deberian hacer 2 viajes para que la gente vaya comoda y lo principal con chaleco de seguridad) El Catamaran de regreso tenía un equipo de música con pésimo sonido y a un volumén estridente y el parlante al la El guía muy reiterativo con recordar dar una propina.

The entire day was transportation and not much time on the beaches. You spend maybe a few hours on the beaches in total. The entire trip you get pressured into tipping everybody and buying things. Food was mediocre at best. “Open bar” was just rum and coke in Dixie cups. Got told at the hotel we would snorkel, definitely was not part of the trip. Basically don’t take this trip if you are staying at an all inclusive and then try to sell you it. Spend more money on a better one at least.

Overall we enjoyed our time. It took way too long for us to get there. 7:20-11am before we arrived to get on the boat. Soana island was trashed. So much trash all over the beach which is highly disappointing. Not long enough at what they call the natural pool & blue lagoon also had so much trash all over it. All of these things are completely preventable. Wish the bus & boats had water for everyone at anytime and a light snack. Crews need to be better at picking up trash instead of drinking rum.

The staff were awesome . The island was beautiful . But the first beach was dirty and there should be some sort of snacks offered . Even if have to pay . The lunch was wonderful except having to get up multiple times to get water in tiny cups when it’s like 190 degrees .

The only fun part was on the boat. Good thing is the transportation. The rest was disappointing. The beach was far away from what described, white sand was full of debris and rocks. The shallow water is only above your knees, no place to change so you must wearing swimsuits before the trip. Food at blue lagoon was ok but long line and we waited 20 minutes for discussion between tour guide and owner before line started moving. They ran out of drinks so only water left.

O guia nos esqueceu na ilha. No entanto, conseguimos outro guia para nos levar (Presidente), que era muito simpático e divertido. Não acho que a qualidade do passeio esteja condizente com o preço (elevado) que foi cobrado. A comida era bem ruim, e as bebidas não valiam o valor pago. O passeio foi muito bonito, mas a experiência não foi excepcional.

We paid VIP but there was no VIP section at restaurant or beach area. We were told VIP does not exist. The transfers from boats were very disorganized, on the first boat from Blue Lagoon to natural pool we were told to meet at 2:45 and boat was getting ready to leave 2:30. Tour guide got angry with people if they asked him questions about the instructions. We felt very rushed.

SaonaIsland was stunning and we would have preferred more time at our first stop. The second stop for lunch was awful - infested with flies/wasps. There was no running water - toilets did not flush and no way to wash hands. The sea here was cloudy and felt dirty. Even the guide commented on there being for too many flies.

The real blue lagoon is in Jamaica. There’s nothing like that in Dominic Republic. Some parts of sea bed had stones, we had to be careful how we walk where you go. They were too many people in Central point? We did get enough an opportunity to enjoy the space and freedom

A maior parte da viagem foi em speedy boat, mais ou 70%, altamente desconfortáveis, foi-me vendido uma viagem em catamaran, logo o passeio não foi o que paguei, além do mais o almoço não foi suficiente para todos quando chegou a minha vez já não havia quase nada, e a empregada que nos servia, disse só tem isto,. Everything was beautiful and staff are fantastic. The only thing I would do different next time would be to pick a small group tour offering with less stops. It is too many people and too much getting on and off the boats. I would have liked more time in Saona and skip the first beach stop. The star fish and then the rest of the day in one place would have been more enjoyable.

Lagoon was beautiful. The service great on the island and with the tour. Food was ok and Dixie cup drinks at bar was not good at all. Also, on catamaran it was quite disappointing that a guy came around and put Dominican Republic scull caps/bandanas on my 3 children without asking or indicating that they cost money, and then someone came and told me I owed $15. Unfortunately, not bringing a ton of cash with me resulted in less tips for the crew, bus driver, and main guide (guy) in charge. .

The staff were excellent. The blue lagoon and Saona beach were both very good, however there was a lot of travelling compared to a short amount of time at both of these locations. We were not told that it would be approx 4 hours on the bus travelling

The tour was supposed to be a catamaran back from Saona island. They put us back on the speed boat took us out into the water and then pulled the speed boat we were on next to the catamaran and had us transfer to the catamaran. Once we reached Bayahibe they did the same thing made us switch back to the speed boat just to dock. This was very unsafe for the older passengers including my mother who is 67 years old. There were a lot of people older than her who felt the same way and women with kids.

Me gustó el bus . No me gustó que pasara a retirar pulsera y no me gustó que pare a tiendas de souvenirs ya que no están dentro de lo que él se vendió como tour. Le puertos o lugar de salida y llegada precario, de mal aroma y organización deficientes Lanchas muy mal mantenidas y con personal poco profesionales, ellos van a divertirse no a trabajar. La comida un 5 de 10, el lugar de la comida precario! 0 de 10. Instalaciones de buffet sucias y muy mala mantencion. Mi hotel un 10 el tour un 0

We enjoyed our trip but I thought it was a little expensive and also we were promised a motomoran but got a little motor boat. Only on the last stretch back we got a motomoran. Also all of the vessels we were on were over crowded making it less enjoyable

we had the VIP wich stands for very importsnt person. When you are vip you have acces to pretty much everything but on thst actity we didnt have acces to the bars the buffet thst was on the first island. speaking of wich the second island that was supposed tovbe "private" well it was not. when there is 3 to 4 groul of 40 person at the same plac eits notnprivate anymore.When we arrived at the last location there were not enaugh food , beach was trahsed out so in general 3/10cand im generous
