I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the trip, from stepping on board to the seating arrangements also the staff were very helpful and courteous, it was a great afternoon on the Mediterranean coast and being able to see places not ordinarily seen from the beach

Why does it mention Dolphin when there was no site or sound of them?? Otherwise a nice little boat trip with clear waters and some other fish seen below deck but couldn’t really understand staff/explanation of where we were and what we were seeing!

Had to make our own way to where we had to meet the boat which was a little bit sketchy. There was no safety briefing I would not recommend this trip as it was worth the money at 30 euros each

We weren't happy cause after only 15 minutes from setting off they stopped the so they could start selling refreshments ( after only 15 minutes? ) plus was not impressed by the collection bucket on bar when buying refreshments. And guy shaking bucket in your face when we were getting off boat

This is the 2nd year in a row I’ve booked the trip and o thoroughly enjoyed it, however think the guides should mention dolphins ?? there was no mention of them on the twice I’ve been. I understand it is nature and we can’t be guaranteed to see them however the fact they weren’t even mentioned made me wonder if it is in fact a Dolphin cruise I was on.

No life jackets. Very dangerous for kids to swim lots of people had to get back on the boat due to it being to unsafe to swim without jackets. Overpriced beers.

You have completely misdescribed this trip. You do not advise that there is another pick up which took a good 10 mins, nor do you advise that there is a 30 minute swim stop. The cruise set off at 13.10, and we were back on dry land at 15.00. Taking in to account the above elements at most this is a 1 hour 20 minute cruise. It was pleasant enough but had I received a proper description of the trip I would not have gone. Please do your research and make your advertising ACCURATE.

Keine Delfine konnten gesichtet werden, weil während der ganzen Tour viel zu Nahe an der Küste geblieben wurde. Auch bei der Begrüßung wurde eine mögliche Delfinbeobachtung im Gegensatz zum Badestopp etc. nicht erwähnt.

I think because the boat wasn’t full, the windows at the bottom of the boat were out of the water so it made it difficult to see anything. We had to lay on the floor to get a decent view. Saying that I would have hated this trip if the boat was busy. Also the area that we stopped to view the sea life was just grass and there wasn’t much to see anyway. It was a nice boat trip though, just don’t expect to see too much. Dolphin in name was very misleading as no dolphins get spotted on this trip.

My wife and I enjoyed the trip and looking at the island from the boat we also went past Cala Vinas where we were on honey moon 41 years ago . Crew was very friendly and helpful .

I really appreciated how the staff on board made me feel safe even though I was scared to go down the ladder into the sea their encouragement really meant a lot. Also appreciated being helped on and off the catamaran. The viewing area for the underwater experience could have been better as the windows seemed murky and we couldn't see the fish very well but otherwise a lovely trip!

The trip was great , the only thing I would say is that we couldn’t really hear the tour guide as the boat was noisy ( as they are) we was sat next to a speaker and still couldn’t hear what the guide was saying , apart from that a great trip !

The room was very nice and quiet, very clean every day. Food was good I was worried before to come. I read bad reviews about the food. For sure you can find something what you like, the problem was the missing food tags and maybe more options for cocktails Overall very great hotel !!!

Die Fahrt mit dem Katamaran war sehr nett und man hat viel von der umliegenden Landschaft gesehen. Leider haben wir keine Delfine gesehen und der Reiseführer hat nur sehr schwer verständliches Englisch gesprochen. Die Fahrt war nett, mit Delfine beobachten hat es aber wenig zu tun - wahrscheinlich ist das nur um mehr Menschen anzuziehen!

We originally booked for the Sunday trip on 21st July at 15.10 which we was waiting for until 15.40, to then have to ring the TUI rep in hotel to find out that the trip had been cancelled due to weather conditions, but nobody bothered to let us know. We wasted half of our day on the Sunday because of this and felt proper mugged off. So had to do the trip on the day after, it’s not good enough communication is the key and we felt as though our complaints at the time was falling on deaf ears

Overall the experience for a boat trip was average!! One of the men was quite rude regarding our mobile phone ticket !!! He never made it1 clear what to do and then came up to my wife on the deck infront of everyone and made us feel really embarrassed!! Not very professional at all. So as you can imagine this had made our experience affected before we had left!!

As a disabled person they were very helpful getting me on and off the boat. I could see all the things they pointed out on the tour from the main cabin but could not get up on top deck or down under water area. We enjoyed seeing the fish and nesting birds.

Er was te weinig informatie over de boottrip, je wordt op het strand opgehaald met de boot en gaat vervolgens nog twee plaatsen aan ( duurt 20 min) en vervolgens vaar je een stukje kust en mag je 20 min zwemmen. ( niet van te voren aangegeven) zat toen met zeer verdrietige kinderen die geen bikini aanhadden. Of mee hadden. Dus veel meer info zou prettig zijn. Verder was de bemanning niet te verstaan over de microfoon en vertelde weinig ( ook al ) info.
