A great day out! I recommend booking before as the queue for tickets were three times the wait. The queues for the rides on a Sunday were very quick! 5 mins or less

I don’t know if you are aware but men/boys cannot wear swim shorts with zips on them as they scratch the slides. Customers need to be made aware of this before traveling to the waterpark so they can take the appropriate swimwear.

The staff did not manage the rides efficiently. Some rules required an inflatable raft. After coming down a slide users kept hold of them and did not relinquish to guests waiting their turn. This caused queues and arguments. Staff told us they were there as lifeguards not to monitor the rafts. Otherwise the site was clean and well serviced. Food excellent and plenty of choice. Although it was the height of the season it was not too full or.busy. good choice of rides. Great day out.

Great day out, was unable to have transport provided but TUI rep recommended using bolt, easy enough to organise and were able to stay as long as we wanted rather than on a time schedule

Price is not bad for a day spent in there. Reading about this park being award winner for some years I was expecting high standards. They didn't had our reservation printed so had to write it down, no guide given at entrance. 12 year old is classed as adult no check if still need life jacket. There was no big ques and service up there was good and safety followed. Cash for lockers only 20x20 barely can fit towels and after you pay €7 you get £2.5 after return the key on the hairband

The waterpark itself was great however staff had very limited patience when you were trying to get out the water with a float which can be difficult. I travelled 20mins and cost me 70 euros there and back. So be warned you will have to find your own way there and it’s costly! This is something the reps don’t warn you of!

We loved the water park it wasn’t overcrowded. Lots of sun bed and lots of shade. My kids are 7 and 10 and they had the best time highly recommend it. Lots of food options and they were very reasonably priced which I was surprised about.

The water park is a good day out for the kids. However there isn't many slides, there doesn't seem to be enough rings for the slides for everyone so you will have to wait. The sun loungers are dirty In every water park iv been to iv uses water shoes, some even encourage you wear them to stop your feet burning but here they will make you take them off. We got 2 lockers at €14 and got €5 in return. There tiny lockers too. The taxi is €30 each way. We got told this was cheaper than the bus.

The ticket cost was reasonable and the waterpark itself was great fun however, we we told by the rep and saw online that NO food or drink could be taken in and that we would have to buy at the park. On arrival there were family’s with packed lunches and water bottles and the cost of food was expensive. Also for us there wasn’t any transfer included from TUI so we had to pay €60 in taxi costs. So this is why overall I don’t feel it was great value for money.

Busy waterpark with a great amount of attractions to keep the family entertained throughout the whole day. Staff mostly friendly however 1 did turn a blind eye to two younger girls queue jumping at the doughnut stand.

No transport to the waterpark. Was told a taxi would be 25 euro each way but the price was 30 to the park and 40 back. The waterpark was great but an extra 70 euro on top of the ticket price is too steep.

Easy transfer. Collection from the hotel and then picked up outside. The locker I needed was expensive—10 euros! However, as I was the only adult present, t. I wish I had also been told before the trip about what was allowed. My daughter's rash top, which protected her from the sun, had a zip on the back, and after a long queue, I was very disappointed to be told she wasn't allowed on. We did turn her top around, so she was then allowed on but missed out on the giant pillows.

We arrived just before 11am and didn't get in until just before 12pm as they only had 1 gate open the side we were queuing. My husband was told he couldn't go on 2 waterslides as he had a zip on his shorts (which was covered up by material) so wasn't too happy about that.

Easy entrance, great park good food. The transfer was on time but we found the overall transfer time too long. We had a stop en route on the highway on the way but no information given as to why. It would be good to reduce the overall transfer time. Everyone had a great time at the water park

Everything was great apart from the lady selling the lockers would only take cash euros which we didn’t realise. Didn’t have to wait for the slides, lots to choose from, could do with a little tlc.

We have been to much better Waterparks. Loungers and parasols very cheap and many damaged. The water was dirty a lot of vegetation and insects in it. Cockroaches in the lazy river! One lifeguard saved a little girl who fell off a ring on a slide who couldn't swim. She was too small as tge lifeguard told the person at the entrance of the slide. Loads of children in the adult only pool, no one did anything about it. Drink and food overpriced. Photos good value, photographer friendly.

The park is great and the sunbeds being in shade is a genius touch. Not all food venues were open when we visited (June) which was disappointing and as you can’t take your own food into the park the day can become expensive. Transport to the park is not included in the ticket price which also adds to the overall cost.

The water park it self was ok , I think the paying 70 euros to get there was a bit much and something should be done in respect of providing transport at a small additional price to make it worth it as there is not much else to do around the area

Because we had prebooked we did not get a park map. The staff did not speak good English so found it hard to ask questions. Three out of the 6 water slides which needed rubes were not working so not many open if you didn’t like body slides. Queues weren’t bad so not long waiting except for the lazy river. We got tricked into prebooking a taxi for our return but when we go there, the staff could book a return taxi for you so don’t do what we did. It was €25 each way from our hotel 30 mins away.

The water park it’s self was fun, been before when I was younger, didn’t spend as much time there as an adult, but still good fun. Tried to book through the TUI app it kept failing tried their website and ended up paying £10 less than on the app, so happy the app didn’t work!

The hotel it’s self is lovely with a lovely pool. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is miles (literally miles) away from the town and the local area around the hotel does not really provide the classic ‘tourist’ experience. I feel this was not explained when booking. If you are looking to stay in the hotel and not venture out it may work for you. I also feel the entertainment provided was appalling. It finished most nights at 10pm and was of horrendous standard.

Booking and flight no issues what’s so ever but the information for the arrival on how to pick up the keys etc no one there to guide us, not a massive issue because we knew that ! but at 2am in the morning it would be nice to have better idea of where we to pick up the keys to our villa. We found them at the security guard at the bottom of the hill.. lucky we had a car

Visited in first week of June and the park was so quiet it was wonderful. Everything was open and we didn’t once queue for a slide / ring etc. Had some really interesting attractions we’ve not seen at other water parks. Had a fantastic day and would definitely return.

No rep available, told to try app but it was regularly down. Hotel advertised as having three restaurants but only one was open in the week. One was only open Sunday/Monday and as we flew Sunday to Sunday and couldn’t book Monday we weren’t able to use this. The other only had one slot Saturday eve

The water park was great - we had such a brilliant day! We got a taxi there and back (organised by our hotel) - took about 20 minutes. The tickets for the water park were far cheaper through Tui than if bought on the gate.
We went on Friday - nice and quiet there with minimal queues!
