The guide was nice except initially when we were ushered to the back of the coach because we had a toddler. The whole way back we were stuck at the back of a coach with several other children that were clearly very unhappy - made for a very long hour and a half back to the hotel. We chose this experience as we wanted to go to Barcelona but without a long winded tour with our child in tow. Which is what we got. Florian the driver was lovely and great with our daughter. Generally good experience!

De rugleuning was stuk waardoor we appart moesten zitten De Rambles was in onderhoud en was ons niet verteld Hier gingen wij voor om te winkelen op de markt. Er waren alleen eettentjes en veel stof ivm de werkzaamheden en het lawaai ervan. De vele cruiseschepen die op dinsdag en zaterdag aankomen en dat op dezelfde dag als de tour. Hierdoor was het zo druk dat er bijna geen plekje te vinden was om te zitten en wat te drinken. Het zou handig zijn om de tourdagen op een andere dag te organiseren.

Great day out. The guide Michael, really made the day with his advice and friendly attitude. Answered all our questions and put our mind at ease with safety tips and guidance about the area. Gave us clear instructions about drop off and pick up. The driver George was great- got us there and back safely and in good time. Would recommend the Barcelona on your own trip- gave us chance to discover a few places off the beaten track that we otherwise wouldn’t have found. ?? 10/10

Barcelona on our own, pick up and drop off bang in time, fabulous driver felt really safe. Mike was helpful and informative. Great trip, 5 hours was enough to see the familia do some shopping have a leisurely lunch. Easy to get around by taxi, walkable if your young and able. Great day.

The day was ruined by a crash on the motorway sat on the bus for over two hours the guide could have given more information and updates about things but we ended up having a history lesson on the area we could see from the bus also the guide could have put everyone into coma with a voice that was so annoying didn't think it was value for money and only got around three hours in Barcelona city.

Easy to book on the App. Given a map and great advice from Michael the guide on the coach. Same coach both ways so able to leave things on board if you wanted to. Coach driver Florin was also very friendly. Had a good 5 hours to explore on our own. Enjoyed the day and nothing we didn’t like about the day

We had already done an organised tour of Barcelona with Tui the previous week, was 11 hours but wanted to return. Theresa the rep was very informative and funny, our teenager really enjoyed the journey there. She gave some great tips on places to go. The coach was very clean and comfortable. We had clear instructions of where to meet the coach after. Plenty of time to shop and look around, but will go back for a weekend some time. Felt quite safe there, kept phones secure but no issues.

We really enjoyed Barcelona on our own on Tuesday 8th July. but most of all, with Teresa's knowledge and expertise, it made us at ease knowing where to go and what to see . She asked first what we most of all want to go for and my kids wanted sephora so she detailed on the map all the shopping centres. She helped and explained beforehand on the bus what to be prepared for and tips etc . Really recommend this trip and if you have Teresa guiding you, well then your in luck !

We had never been to Barcelona before, so was unsure what to expect, regarding fitting everything in during one day...Ideally, you could do with a weekend there to explore the whole place...But this experience definitely gives you a taster of the city...Our guide, Tracey was excellent. She was very informative, friendly, approachable and reassuring. She recommended places to visit while in the city and was very clear on pick up points and times. The overall experience was brilliant.

We had about 5 hours to explore Barcelona on our own. Definitely doable if you make use of the metro in order to see the main sights. TUI operator very knowledgeable about the local area. Probably best to go on a cooler day as we found walking around in 32°c to be a little difficult

Tui guide Tracey very interesting commentary and helpful tips re : our visit and safety. Ariel driver very good. La Ramblas spoilt by very heavy construction works, increasing noise. Taxi much more expensive than expected from Bacilica Familia back to port pick up and as Tracey warned, stung for drinks with meal in Itapa restaurant in La Ramblas.

Barcelona was a good trip out, super busy but lots to see and do. Coach & guide was lovely, very informative! My only downside was the trip was advertised as 8hour to explore the city & it was actually 8hour with travel which was a little disappointing & felt a little rushed.

Barcelona itself was well worth the expense but the travelling to and from Barcelona was something I would like to go through again trying to get a disabled wheelchair user on and off your coaches was horrendous. I think you should look into having coaches designed to take wheelchair uses To take them to and from your organised adventures.

What can I say? On time going. On time returning. Guide was helpful and informative, without going o er the top. Journey restful and relaxing. Barcelona absolutely wonderful, my first visit, exceeded my expectations. Sufficient hours to see what I wanted to see, and enough to know I need to come back and revisit. Now added to my other favourite Cities of the World - Paris, Florence, and Bruges. A fantastic day out, and well worth the cost.

We enjoyed the information that was given by Teresa on the coach, she had a lovely sense of humour and was very friendly. the fact we could go off and explore by ourselves and found some very old and beautiful buildings, the market with its fruit stalls , cold drinks of evert flavour, fish and meat. And as as small group of friends had a wonderful time . Our driver was very good and a got us to our destination and back safely.
