Incredible experience! We loved the educational moment at the beginning- we had our 11 & 7yo boys with us and it gave them some context to the offer. The guide was brilliant. The only downside was the pushy shopping at the end.

An absolutely fantastic morning out. So many fish and coral. A wonderfully friendly crew. The food was absolutely top notch. Would have done this again had we not been going home the next day. We were on Grandma, with Ramone and crew. Brilliant teachings too. Thank you so much to them all.

Family of 4 with a 7 and an 11 YO. Fantastic morning out ran very well start to finish. Defo get this booked if you’re looking to go snorkelling. We left around 9am and got back to the hotel around 2pm. Highly recommend. Beautiful meal on the ocean too 👍🏻

We went with our family - including a 15 & 14 year old. We each had a great time - Pickup was on time, we stopped to pick up some others on the way. Lunch was included, as well as unlimited drinks (soda & alcohol) We got to swim/snorkel with the fishes - enjoy lunch on the boat, fresh coconut drinks and a shallow area to get out and swim. The staff and captain were all friendly. Would definitely do it again!

Great experience but it was the same as our previous experience, just a different name. Great snorkeling, on board though crew were not as attentive as our first experience, even though only 6 guests on board large catamaran. Food was excellent, compliments to the floating kitchen staff.

Our son experienced a sudden illness two days prior to the scheduled excursion. The hotel representative declined to cancel the reservation, citing various reasons such as the necessity of a medical certificate, the option to cancel only for the child, or the late timing of the request.

We had a fantastic time snorkeling yesterday. The crew was superb and the team took special care of our 10 year old son, even taking him out for an additional snorkeling adventure alone while the rest of us hung out in the boat. I highly recommend this excursion!

It was a very nice snorkeling experience. I liked the fish food which allowed us to really see the fish. It would have been nice if the guide waited for everyone in the water to explain the coral and tour together. My son and I were amongst the last to get it the water and the guide had already left so we could not hear the explanations.

We were on the family friendly tour. It was well organized. The tour guided took care of our needs and questions. My two kids (7 and 10 y.o) are not strong swimmers and the guide took good care of them. We saw a lot of fish. There were drinks and snacks. The seafood meal on the catamaran was unbelievably good. Highly recommended!

Baby Shelly was our guide and I cannot express how lucky we were. Not only did he lead the crew, but he let the kids in the group be the guides. He showed them time and attention and allowed them to expire the underwater environment of the Dominican. Crew was attentive and great to be around. The lunch meal was perhaps the best we ate during our vacation. 5star for sure.

Best excursion we have done. Great people and brilliant day out and amazing price. It look expensive to start with but when you add up the travel pickup and drop off, the boat trip, snorkel hires, drinks on the boat, truly amazing seafood lunch etc it’s a great day out!

We really enjoyed this snorkeling trip! Loved that they provided fish food and took memorable photos for everyone even in water. The crew was friendly and entertaining. Life vests, snorkels, and masks were clean, in great condition, and available in all sizes. Food options were selected at check-in and made fresh on a separate cooking boat.

If I could give staff more than 10/10 then I would. We enjoyed this trip so much we went twice, and the second trip was even better. Ramon was a brilliant host, looked after parents (with snorkelling, info and drinks) and kids alike with genuine warmness and friendliness. The crew were great too. Food was also top. We spent plenty of time in the water with hundreds of fish and an eagle ray which was a real highlight. Water slide on the boat also a fun bonus. Go on this trip and thank me later!

The trip was fantastic! Highlights were the staff and introduction to all things coral reef. The food from the floating kitchen was just awesome- especially the lobster! Only one thing to watch is the second snorkel in deep water - was quite tough. I made the mistake of accepting the flippers but realised I do breaststroke legs so they hindered me. Was quite rough - if you're not a really strong swimmer take care! That being said you're given life jackets and the staff are there. Fish amazing!

From start to finish the snorkeling trip itself was great. The crew was very attentive and very good. However part of the cost was pictures taken by a crew member that we were supposed to receive via email after the trip. It's been over the estimated days to receive them and still have not received the pictures of our excursion.

From the moment we got out of the vehicle we were greeted super friendly staff. There excitement and friendly personalities put us immediately at ease. We got on the boat with two other families and it was perfect amount of people. Baby Chela led the tour and kept everyone involved on the boat and it the water. You simple could tell they truly enjoyed being with you in family memory. Shout out to Juana, Odalis, Emilian for providing drinks, serving food, monitoring the water.

Amazing experience for my family. The crew were absolutely brilliant with their enthusiasm, knowledge, safety and making us all (with children) feel safe but ultimately have fun! No real negatives, one that can’t be helped (I guess) would be seeing some colourful coral but on the flip side so many fish and rays to see which was amazing. Food was amazing and lots of it - lobster/steak and chips! Special mention to Ramone (crew leader), absolutely brilliant guy and made everyone feel like VIPs.

Guides were really helpful especially my 7 year old daughter who was quite nervous with the waves on the deepest part but guides put thereselves out to setler her and she finished the trip wanting to do it again. All the family couldn't help but give it a big thumbs up would recommend this trip to everyone even children that a bit nervous because the guides were there and went above and beyond there basic duties to make everyone safe.

This is our first time as a whole family doing snorkeling. We didn't know what to expect before we arrive. However, the staffs was so friendly and helpful. They guild us from A to Z. We enjoyed very much and we all love it. The staff was awesome and amazing. I definitely recommend you all to try them out. Love it. We have so much fun!!!

This was a really lovely trip. The boat was reasonably small but I liked the small number of people on it and the facilities were great. The two snorkelling activities were lovely. We were given snacks and a meal. The staff were so friendly and really helped those who hadn't snorkelled before. The one thing that did disappoint was that the staff took loads of photos which they said were included in the price but we have never received them even though we wrote down our email address for them.

We were picked up 30 minutes late - it was sold as a family trip but the next collection was a load of very loud overbearing over weight yanks and the journey to and from the excursion was totally unsuitable for a young family - better coordination regarding travelling participants is definitely required. The minibus was way too small making it uncomfortable in more ways than one
