El museo puede cambiar la hora de su visita, por lo que su hora de recogida también podría variar. Recibirá la confirmación final por correo electrónico uno o dos días antes del tour. Debido al gran volumen de visitantes y a las políticas internas, Auschwitz-Birkenau se reserva el derecho de cancelar tours o guías en cualquier momento, incluso unos días u horas antes de la visita. En tal caso, se le informará y, si es posible, se le ofrecerá una fecha o programa alternativo. Las salidas desde Cracovia pueden tener lugar en el siguiente horario: de 6:00 a 13:00.
Todos los visitantes deben pasar por controles de seguridad antes de ingresar al recinto del museo.
Las dimensiones permitidas para una maleta que puede llevar son 30x20x10 (tamaño A4). Se le pedirá que deje sus pertenencias más grandes en el coche (estarán cerradas con llave y bajo la supervisión del conductor).
Tenga en cuenta que hay cientos de turistas que visitan el museo todos los días y no es posible mantener su propio ritmo de turismo.
No recomendado para Niños menores de 14 años. Por favor, lleve su propia silla o portabebés cuando viaje con un niño.
Los estudiantes (de 13 a 26 años) deben tener una identificación válida.
El tamaño estándar del grupo en el museo con un guía (si no se especifica en las opciones) es de hasta 30 personas. Para grupos pequeños, es de hasta 15 personas.

Minder leuk was de vervroeging van de start van de excursie. In plaats van 7:30 moesten we om 6:40 uur vertrekken. Beter om dat vooraf te melden want we waren sowieso gegaan ondanks is het vroege tijdstip. Leuk vind ik niet het goede woord om te verbinden aan deze excursie. Het was indrukwekkend en de rondleiding goed van opbouw, ik werd echt meegenomen in het verhaal. Ik ben van mening dat iedereen deze ervaring mag meemaken zodat er nooit meer zoiets onmenselijks gebeurt als in Auschwitz.

Ophaal punt lichtelijk chaotisch Bus nummer klopte niet. Gids was fantastisch. Jammer dat we de gids niet konden bedanken maar ik begrijp dat deze door de organisatie ter plaatse wordt geregeld Heeft het geweldig gedaan.

we got the guided tour thinking we wanted to know the history. We were rushed around the site and for most of the tour we couldn't hear the guy as he kept speeding off and the headset kept losing connection. We struggled to keep up. Its a shame because we really did want to have time to process ever

De organisatie Hello Crakow was zeer stipt bij het oppikken , heel vriendelijk en een zeer duidelijke uitleg! ook de gidsen waren zeer vriendelijk, spraken duidelijk Engels en gaven een heldere uitleg waar nodig. Er is ter plaatse een restaurant waar je iets kan kopen om te eten en te drinken. Je kan kiezen uit zowel warme gerechten alsook uit broodjes. Dit is wel iets duurder in aankoop.

Gids was goed. Het tijd stip van ophalen met de bus was bij de boeking afgesproken tijd 9.15 uur maar werd vreemd genoeg naar 12.40 verzet. Als je zelf een redelijk strakke planning hebt is dit op zijn zachts gezegd heel vervelend. Stel voor dat je een vlucht hebt om 20.00 uur hoe dan?

Although we booked a later trip we were brought forward to an early trip as explained in the pre-booking blurb. Details on pick up were clear to the point we had vehicle colour, registration and driver's name in advance of the pick up. All worked well.

Only thing stopping an excellent is ths speed you go through. I understand thousands of people go through every day, but it would have been nice to take a bit more in a bit more stock of the feeling of the place. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Apart from the fast pace it was.

Der Fahrer war absolut perfekt! Guter Fahrstil und viel Information über die Stadt und Tour im Auto. Leider müssen wir sagen, dass die Tourleiterin in Ausschwitz eine Katastrophe war! Sie zeigte durch Ihr Körpersprache und Erklärung, wie unmotiviert sie war. Ihr Englisch hätte besser sein können, man hatte keine ********** Fragen zu stellen. This was a. very thought provoking visit. Marek our driver and co ordination did a great job and collected us on time and gave very clear instructions relating to collection points and meet up times. It was great being a smaller group and opposed to another co was far better.

Zeer interessante rondleiding. Tijdsduur is te kort! Gids vertelde veel over waar we langskwamen, maar de groep was zo groot dat ze alweer andere dingen aan het vertellen was terwijl we het vorige nog niet eens hadden gezien. Hierdoor mis je regelmatig informatie. Iets meer tijd en rust zou heel fijn zijn geweest!

Der Service war ausgezeichnet, alles war perfekt geplant. Aber was mich am meisten beindruckt hat war die Führung durch Museum und Auschwitz-Birkenau durch den Guide. Er hat durch seine sehr persönlichen und eindrucksvollen Schilderungen eine tiefen Eindruck hinterlassen.
