Plons in het wildste waterpark van Lanzarote, Aqualava. Je vindt er het enige zoutwaterzwembad van het eiland, met allerlei attracties. Denk aan glijbanen, zwembaden en attracties voor daredevils waar je het uitschreeuwt van… de pret. En met de VIP optie hoef je niet te wachten en heb je er een lunch bij.Aqualava is meer dan alleen een waterpark. Alle zwembaden worden verwarmd met behulp van geothermische energie, dus is elke centimeter van het zwembad afgestemd op het vulkanische landschap van Lanzarote. Er zijn glijbanen en zwembaden voor het hele gezin, adrenaline-pompende attracties voor de sensatiezoekers en een speciale ruimte voor de kids. Liever wat relaxter? Dan dobber je de Lazy River af of strekt je uit op een ligstoel.Als je trek hebt gekregen ga je naar de bar, het buffetrestaurant of haal je een ijsje. En met de VIP optie kies je uit hamburgers of hot dogs met een drankje. Bovendien zijn de attracties aangepast voor gasten met beperkte mobiliteit, inclusief het gebruik van een amfibische rolstoel. En met de gratis wifi laat je je vrienden thuis meteen meegenieten.

The food was great, good choice. Enjoyed the splash park but it was a cloudy day, the water felt cold.

First of all it was disappointing to find on arrival that there was only 4 areas for our teens to use not really enough for a full day which I expected for the price. The pools although we were told we’re heated they were not and vey cold on the day we attended. The flooring although in places had grip in them there were a lot of areas which were very slippery and we saw a number of visitors slip and fall (including my younger daughter whom had a lovely bruise to show for it!) The final thing which was very disappointing was the food order which we had paid for as part of the excursion became an issue when the we came to use them as the reception staff had mistakenly wrote 2 adult and 1 child so the food staff were not accommodating even when I showed them the ticket of entry and booking on my app. Having to stand at the cash register for the next 5-10 minutes whilst phone calls were made a person from reception came over and questioned me again and had to go through our booking to find they had made a mistake. No apology made and in turn our food was in fact cold when sitting down. For the money charged for the facilities and service we were not impressed at all.
