Children aged one to seven years, or less than four feet tall, can participate accompanied by one adult in the encounter programme or by two adults for the swim adventure
Children agred from eight years, or over four feet tall, can participate in the encounter program alone or accompanied by one adult in the swim adventure and royal swim programmes
Children ages 10 years and older or above four feet seven inches can participate in any program alone
Infants from one to five years are free in any interactive programme, one for each paying adult, performing activities according to their size and structure
All passengers pay ground transportation, except infants aged three years or less
Women with up to five months pregnancy can participate in the encouter interactive programmes
Guests aged 70 and above may only participate in dolphin encounter. Depending on their physical condition and limited mobility. Guests with a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart medication or any other major disorder should not participate
Guests should consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate. Guests who have concerns should consult with their personal physician before engaging in any activity that may be strenuous for them. We reserve the right to suspend or modify any behaviour based on the judgment of our specialists
