Sie werden Ioannina, die Vikos-Schlucht, Gebirgsbäche und rustikale Dörfer entdecken.Sie beginnen in der Hauptstadt von Epirot, Ioannina. Sie liegt an einem See und hat aufgrund ihrer osmanischen Vergangenheit ein türkisches Flair, das wir bei einem kurzen Spaziergang erkunden werden. Hier befindet sich auch die Ali-Pascha-Moschee, über die Ihnen Ihr Reiseführer bei der Besichtigung alles Wissenswerte erzählen wird.2 Als Nächstes geht es in das Dorf Monodentri. Sie haben zwei Stunden Zeit, um den Ort auf eigene Faust zu erkunden, aber Ihr Reiseführer beginnt mit einem Spaziergang zum kleinen St. Paraskevi-Kloster - Sie können sich ihm gerne anschließen.Wenn Sie mit dem Stöbern in den Souvenirläden fertig sind und sich ein Mittagessen gegönnt haben, machen Sie sich auf den Weg zum Oxia-Aussichtspunkt, von wo aus Sie einen fantastischen Blick auf die Vikos-Schlucht haben. Die letzten Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Sie besuchen, sind die beiden malerischen Brücken Kokkori-Brücke und Kalogeriko-Brücke. Von hier aus treten Sie die Rückreise zu Ihrer Unterkunft an.

What a fabulous full day trip. Very professional and friendly guide Natasha. Beautiful scenery. Very well organised time wise. Every aspect of the trip was very well thought out. The coach driver was very good too. Natasha and Nikos worked very well together to deliver a great trip for us all.

Beautiful area. Our guide was very informative about the places we visited. Our driver was amazing, and we felt very safe on the mountain roads some of which were very steep. A long day but well worth it as the scenery was beautiful throughout.

We loved the dramatic scenery. The tour of old Ioannina was interesting. You have to pay 1 Euro to look in the old mosque which is well worth it. The Vikos Gorge is very spectacular, but a difficult walk on rough cobbles for those with reduced mobility. Lunch was at a nice restaurant where you order and pay for your own food. The Stone Forrest was interesting, but we didn’t stop, the old packhorse bridges were great. A long drive, but worth it if you want to see something different.

Trip was really well-organised and the itinerary was perfect with the right amount of time at each location. Absolutely stunning scenery and so worth getting out of Parga to see. The guide, Tony, was brilliant - he shared lots of information before and during each stop and was happy to walk and talk with the group at each point. Would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone wanting to see something different and get out and explore the region more.

Ion a trip that lasted 11 hours our guide spoke to us for half an hour altogether.we didn't learn alot from her about the area we visited.she was more concerned with getting coffee and something to eat!the air conditioning was not used despite us asking for it..presumably to save fuel!we would suggest that a proper guide was used who gave back ground information on where we were and actually came with us to visit the various venues and explained things not just leave us to find out things.

The guide was unhelpful. She read from a script 5 mins before arriving at places and then stayed talking to the driver at each stop off point , never accompanied us. The coach was unbearably hot too, the driver and rep had their windows open which was the only draft !
